1286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: October 14, 2017, 04:08:08 PM
i usually gamble using dice its super easy to use and easy to understand the house edge on it and sometimes i gamble on roulette they both fun and easy to use and both have low house edge and i do sometimes play poker where there are alot of strategies.
1287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Excuses on: October 14, 2017, 03:55:01 PM
Gamble away moneys that isnt yours? bad idea..
Gambling should be for fun purposes only Cheesy
its really a bad idea when the person ask where did the money go you will get fuck up whatever your excuse is and you would end up with more debt instead of less. There are other people who reach for profit in gambling they dont do it for entertainment they only go for the profit but at the same times its entertaining too.
1288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: October 14, 2017, 03:37:05 PM
I think with a small amount of investment is not worth, because invest it always takes a long time, time is money. so it's better to put a small amount on the fast way. like trading and making a profit every day.

small investment can make you rich one day you still earn small profit and if you lose at that time your loss wouldnt be big unlike big investment but you earn big if you make big investment. investment takes a long time but there are other ways to pull off a big profit at short amount of time.
1289  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Bitcoin inadvertise na sa Radyo anu po masasabi nyo? on: October 14, 2017, 01:11:54 PM

1290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you find interesting ICO ? on: October 13, 2017, 04:02:19 PM
there's no place where you can find interesting ico you need to look out each of the ANN Thread about the coin and reading its whitepaper and what will happen later if the project is successful finding interesting coin now is hard to find , most of the new coin is bullshit , might take you while to find a interesting coin.
1291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Ever Be Shutdown? on: October 13, 2017, 03:49:39 PM
bitcoin will never be shutdown even the most powerful people in the world cant shutdown bitcoin or government cant shutdown the only government choice is to ban it on their country since shutdown is not possible. satoshi himself can possibly shutdown bitcoin since he is the one who made it.
1292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO SPOT A WINNING ICO on: October 10, 2017, 02:30:37 PM
I 've been trying to find out all the things that would lead me to spot the wining ICO, meaning an ICO that will not just enter a the platforms to make a quick buck.

An ICO I can really HODL.

I have gathered the below up to now:

  • The founders are working on something great, with details on their design and their roadmap.
  • The founders are not worried with deadlines, but are making changes when necessary to ensure the safety of their project.
  • The founders know their project of by heart. They can answer logical questions. They love it when people ask them about their project and the details of the development.
  • The founders could be promising the world, but not tomorrow. If they are promising you to become rich tomorrow, something looks bad.

New points from other members:
  • Competent development team is the most important rule. Ideas are not enough. There should be good devs to build around those ideas. That is main rule.
  • ICO's with a low or reasonable market cap and ICO's that have set a max cap.
  • [it could apply sometimes] The winning icos will be having a large of the communities that will always try to monitoring the development process of the project that was including about the crowdsale too.
  • Truly wining ICO gets a news coverage on the media.
  • The ICO softcap is fulfilled ahead of time.
  • If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
  • Projects with an existing product, could look more promising, but people could be less likely to invest. It all has to do, at which stage their project is running and where they want to take it.
  • The project is transparent, as the founders are transparent.

Looking forward to enhance my list. I will add your ideas to the above list.

i agree to your list im sure some of members will avoid the scam ico , i always pick interesting ico's before investing on them and doing some research about the developers about the project if nothing came up i will not invest their project because of the possibility of scam.
1293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's Time to Buy Alt Coin on: October 10, 2017, 02:23:08 PM
Look at the price, what's happening, it's all affect of hard forking, which will be happening in 3rd week of October. But now we can see the reaction of the market. Just wait couple of days more, All Alt coin price will hit rock bottom. It is good chance to buy or invest in alt coin, if you want to get into few new coins.
I don't think that you should hold any altcoins at the time of fork as the price of Bitcoin will surely go up after the fork and you can expect a good decrease in the prices of altcoins .
The decrease in prices of alts is certain. The higher the price of Bitcoin goes, the greater the fall in prices of altcoins will be.
there is still a possibility bitcoin price will decrease after the hardfork just like what happen before i think its better to just hold bitcoin because there are more chances increasing than decreasing after the hardfork or buy alot of altcoin now before it recovers.
1294  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: October 10, 2017, 01:52:28 PM
I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.
they may assume that bitcoin prices often change very quickly. some people say gambling because bitcoin prices are very easy to change. maybe that's interpreted, but i also never thought that way.
bitcoin price changed every second because of the total active markets on it and people currently using the pair. people saying investing on bitcoin in gambling because every investment there is a risk present there are alot of types of gambling out there.
1295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still believe in ICO ? on: October 10, 2017, 01:28:58 PM
Yes i still believe in ico's even there are lot of ico scams and some shady ico's to scam people out there even and my trust in ico is going less and less because of bullshit ico out there , i hope there will be good incoming project in the future the interesting ones and even ethereum started a crowdsale back in 2014

1299  Local / Pamilihan / Re: 1M PHP on: October 04, 2017, 12:42:30 PM

1300  Local / Pilipinas / Re: BTC Investing, good idea ba to? on: October 03, 2017, 01:58:19 AM
Hello, bago lang po ako sa BTC, nakakita po ako ng site na nag popromise na papalakihin ang BTC ko, coinify ung site. Should I go for it? Or tlga bang lugi ako palagi sa mga investment type of stuff.
