i don't see why scammers couldn't send in fake ID scans to any exchange and up their limits to whatever withdraw amount they want, then clean out the system.
i would hope Gox and other exchanges installed some safety measures to halt trading if the value goes too low/high too fast, must like the TSX/NYSE does

you can use nym email servers, or tormail, or privacybox.de for secure anonymous and encrypted communications for $0.000
if you want maximum security anonymity you use privacybox.de as a front that forwards emails to a usenet/newsgroups nym server. retrive encrypted msgs from usenet.. no way to track you unless you're the only person in your city connecting to newsgroups (unlikely). even in that case can use a remote desktop, or shell accounts to retrieve email in Netherlands and forward it to yourself.
if you want anonymous domains maybe that's a good service. a better way is to buy 'bulletproof' domains from Russians/CIS countries . even katzglobal is decent enough for anon domains (slightly overpriced tho) but at least they take LR and other payment methods. Can just pay somebody to change your coins into LR and send directly to katzglobal on your behalf.. don't need an LR account
if you need a VPN just make your own, don't trust anybody's corporate VPN service no matter what they claim about no logs. this is simple to do (google openSSL/vpn set up vpn) then layer socks5 proxies or RDP on top for only $3. or just use Tor

1,000yrs ago the lenders were either exiled or executed if the King couldn't pay off debts. The UK and Rome didn't build their empires by honoring all it's loan agreements with the Dutch or Spain. They simply said fuck you
Mexico is at least a modern version of defaulting on debt (remember when the peso was worth nothing?).. at first every Chicago school technocrat claimed disaster but low and behold it all worked out. I hope Obama does the same. It's all imaginary abstract inflation anyways, just wipe it clean

you can buy moneybookers stolen accounts by the dozens for dirt cheap on every CIS country u/g forum, and paypal accounts, and accounts here, and alert pay accounts, alipay, anything.
also almost every payment gateway/system are douches and don't want to promote other currencies, so prohibit it. you get a surprise TOS seized account with $2k in it and no way to get it out.
