261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token Public Blockchain Rating- What token/coin you choose? on: May 19, 2018, 03:37:26 PM
Come on man its like picking up the best coins in the market out there and asking to choose the best of them. Its hard but not impossible as well.I see much more potential in the coins like ETHEREUM, NEO, MONERO, QTUM, and WAVES. That would be my final list if I was told to select at leats five best of all time. After this if I were told to choose another top coins then I would say ETH, NEO and QTUM for the very much public interest and developments that they have achieved so far. Off course it is not at all hard to choose the #1 from all of this as it would be ETH for all of us.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin VS bitcoincash on: May 19, 2018, 03:05:08 PM
What are the main differences between bitcoin and bitcoincash?

Bitcoin is king and Bitcoincash is PAWN! Lolz.

Thats the difference between them for me and I dont wanna go in much detail as the comparison is really vain here.  Cheesy

Majorly bitcoin is first algorithm that was formed and copying the code from the same tech they forked BCH with little changes in it so that they can scale it up and do more transactions or be faster ! But really that doesn't matter these days as BTC still stands as king. Thats why I said difference doesn't matter here. Who agrees with me !  Roll Eyes
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥【ANN】🌟REMME: Blockchain powered authentication from the future🌟 on: May 19, 2018, 09:33:01 AM
What is REMME? if You briefly tell me, I don't want to read White List!

I can tell you the small summarize of the project idea.
The project rebuilds the system of authorization, where you should not remember passwords, login names, etc.
For logging in you just need to push the button and server will get all information from blockchain, what ensures secureness and simplification of all this procedure to users.
If you want to know how it works from technological point of view, it is better to read WP, as there are a lot of details.

Wait!!

I dont understand this one completely ! What do you mean by that?  Just pushing a button and getting info from the blockchain is okay but how does any system that we are accessing will know that its us or the authenticated user who needs to get permitted int he premises!

I am not sure if you understand my question above but its really simple. Will there be something to recognise the user itself? Like in the case of biometrics we do have unique eyes, finger prints etc but in case of REMME technology what is the sensing tech that can differentiate the user?
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥【ANN】🌟REMME: Blockchain powered authentication from the future🌟 on: May 19, 2018, 09:03:19 AM
Hey guys I tried to grasp the project insight but due to my insufficient technical knowledge I have few doubts.

As we know that this project will run over the blockchain and the main principle of securing the entities with public key, does that applies to only big organisation? I mean I am seeing everywhere that it talks about the security of big companies, entities etc.

My question is, can we implement this technology for securing our homes? Like those of motion sensors, alarm detectors etc we can do lock out our homes with this tech isn't it?

Will REMME have any plans like that or is it just applicable to the big enterprises?

265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell Hydro and buy what coins? on: May 18, 2018, 12:50:19 PM
There are lot of coins thats are cheap in value but great in the development. If you are going to switch the coins then it would be better that you make a proper portfolio first and then look after the application of each of the coins that you have listed. By doing that you will come to know which is next big thing.

You can choose from coins like :

REM (The REMME PROJECT): Recently started with their campaign but after reading the details about the project it does seem to me very simple yet innovative idea. Password management is the prime thing in todays world and thats were these guys come. So try it for the prime fortunes!

267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to spend my crypto, where do I go? on: May 16, 2018, 09:52:54 AM
There are many more sites like that and hopefully we will catch more as we move with the time. Thing is that, not many industries or companies are getting close to acceptance yet as government is trying ban them everywhere. So definitely it will take time for all the globe to come along. Then we can spend as much crypto currencies as we want. However each and every country is different and they have different attitude towards the crypto currency. Thus, in later time we can see things changed a lot and we might just open lot of options for us.
268  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is worth buying coins under $1? on: May 16, 2018, 09:17:31 AM
What's your opinion on buying new emerging coins that are not yet on top and cost less than 1 dollar?
How do you decide whether they have potential to grow or not?

We cant decide whether they have potential or not but we can keep trying for them.

There are many more coins out there which are undervalued like that and they are going good these days. Dont forget there was one day when ETH, BTC, NEO and many more project were couple of dollars worth few years ago and now they are worth countless!

So yeah, we should choose them with their fate. Thats what I can say.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more effective Bounty or Airdrops ? on: May 16, 2018, 08:33:47 AM
You should play bounties because they are far successful as compared to airdrops. Bounties are perfect way to earn more and more coins and thus if in the later part like exchanger listing if price of the coins stays low then also you earn pretty good money.

For airdrops, you get very little tokens/coins and thus they are not worth anything. Also you are thinking that the steps to follow are easy, true, but airdrops mostly come out of the scammers. Believe me that is true, you will know if hit the bounty section.  Shocked
270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will silence its haters... on: May 16, 2018, 05:40:01 AM
Imagine same haters who were there in the past also and they might have seen the tremendous power of bitcoin by now.

I mean there is no timeline where there are no haters of something good. Im sure bitcoin also had such intruders in the past and can be seen from the forum threads which were posted in the 2010 or around that. Many FUD's were there at that time also.

But see where we stand today, and those people might have shot killed themselves for not investing into bitcoin when it was couple of dollar worth.

LOL
271  Economy / Economics / Re: What if Zuckerberg paid us a share of FB advertising revenue? on: May 15, 2018, 02:18:52 PM
I dont think it works like that at all! I mean why would they go sharing their profits with us at all. Have you see the number of users out there? They will have to share billions of dollars like that with us and well facebook is something that can be joined with "multi-accounts" too. So it would be like scammer place where people will rip off the facebook profits.

I dont think it will work at all. Though they might just verify with KYC or somehting then they will turn all the users against them. Lolz. It wont be fun place anymore, it would be just another stupid money making machine.  Grin
272  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Am I safe ? on: May 14, 2018, 05:08:14 PM
I just opened my email to check it as I do every day and I saw 3 different IP had logged in my SKRILL account. I immediately didn't change password but added 2FA Authentication for Skrill. There is no way they to have find my Google password as I have it with 2FA too.
Am I safe or should I also change the password ?

Wow if I were you then I would have immediately notified google support about that and change the password immediately. Then comes the step of adding the 2FA authentication. However, adding it later on wont matter if those hackers have already logged in with your google account.

You should immediately visit the account and settings page where you can get the access to "log out from all devices" option and immediately click that one. This will log you out as well as it will log out all the devices connected to you from that particular google account. Its best if you are not certain about your privacy setting.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when your coin spikes? on: May 14, 2018, 04:42:30 PM
That is exactly what I do. I go selling almost all the coins at highest peak that I see. However, as long as it is below an ATH rate of it then I wont sell because we can still have chance of hitting it. So its better to wait little more if it is close to that one. If it is somewhere mid-priced then we can just play with the selling and re-buying strategy as you mentioned here.

That really fill up my coins sack and well I can just get more profits in the next high peak. Thats logical though.  Cheesy
274  Economy / Economics / Re: A coin issued by some country government - would you go for it? on: May 14, 2018, 02:40:31 PM
Imagine that some respectable country would go far beyond legalizing cryptocurrency and start one of its own. It would surely be no scam and it would probably have a strong support, but would there be any drawbacks to the currency and the state itself? Would it get more attention than some of the biggest coins now?

I think it will catch attention of most of the people around the world. But there are few things which it must contain, it must be more than a currency! It should have some function that can help the international people at something. Something like using it for the international transfers in the form of their tokens and thus not getting extra charged etc etc. Really there could be many more applications of that and this token can turn into some beauty to help investors earn something out of it. So yeah, it could be good deal but the country must let use it to internationals!!
275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hello crypto! Bye bye credits? on: May 14, 2018, 08:52:29 AM
I wonder this: if the usual banking system will disappear as such, then she will leave and credit system, leasing and installment payment, debt, etc. As there is no centralized authority that can issue and track correctness of performance. To some extent, this is certainly good, but in fact people who can not immediately earn a large amount of money and will remain in the lower levels of life, which gives the modern banking system (though not ideal). What do you think about this? How to Take a loan in cryptocurrency?

The banking system will never disappear and the same goes for credit and debt. Even if crypto 'takes over' the banking sector would just adapt to use it (and the banks are already looking to implement blockchain tech and is only a matter of time before they do). Credit and loans aren't inherently bad either and people are always going to need loans and mortgages so they will just be issued on the blockchain but you will still need some central authority to do so.

Indeed, banking system is like integral part of the nation and through the international connections it does form the giant global network.

Do you really think that something big like that will disappear from the face of the earth at all? I mean what are the chances of that happening in reality, its next to zero.

They might get modified, they might be upgraded in the time to come but they wont disappear like that!  Wink

I am not sure why your question turned into crypto loans at the end of your post but I think you can visit the lending section in the economics. You will get better answer there only.
276  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it digital gold? on: May 14, 2018, 08:07:32 AM
Bitcoin is like digital gold ........ is it correct? It is a transferable asset but not duplicable ..... do you agree? What are the points in favor and those against this statement? I would like a very analytical and specific arisposal.

Its not duplicate? But it can be copied and other copies can be made for this coin mate and thats what we call as forked coins. To be honest BTC is not gold or anything like that and its not comparable to that at all. Gold's characteristic are far better than BTC where it does have physical form, it is used in the jewellery and liked by billions of people. What about the BTC, where does it stand as digital gold also? I think no where! It is currency and we should look at this coin in that particular way only.
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cheap electricity in Africa on: May 14, 2018, 06:44:00 AM
I am in Nairobi and here we have cheap electricity that enables us to mine and get better rates. I pay about $ 0.1 per 1 kwh which is very cheap as compared to many countries.
I guess making bitcoins in Africa could be a very profitable project for heavy hardware investors. What are the rates in your country ?

$0.10 is fine but not that cheap to attract big investors. I know there are people who pay $0.06 for the electricity. I pay $0.12 and barely making any profits with my small rig.

People are investing in solar panels/wind turbines now mostly.

Cheap electricity is all right but have you guys ever considered about the increasing network difficulty? Its been long since the difficulty is rising and rising all the time. I know electricity plays a role into this but eventually it wont matte when you will need nigger has rates to cop up the current difficult situation of the mining.

Cheap or free it will just matter by 2-5% or less in terms of recovering your ROI. What we need to look after is better source of mining operation in terms of hardware itself. It should be cheaper itself and more powerful than anything.

About the solar energies, well the investment into it will be far bigger than anything so its not worthy.
278  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin forex trade on: May 14, 2018, 04:58:53 AM
Can someone earn huge amount of money from forex trading using bitcoin, if possible then how can one go about it?

Forex is different world than the bitcoin trading or crypto trading as whole. When you say that can I trade forex with bitcoin then it means only one thing to me, you will be just using bitcoin as different currency other than fiat and commodities and everything will be the same. I mean whether it is oil/BTC, AU/btc it wont be any different than fiat vs those commodities. Its just about the currency that will matter. So yeah its kind of easy to trade like that as forex is far stable than other markets and as compared to the crypto trading it is most stable and it could be considered as standard.
279  Other / Archival / Re: Ripple still Alive even their appeal gets denied from New York court on: May 13, 2018, 04:58:52 PM
Off course it will stand at good position always as they dont care about the surrounding market. They control the currency you know? Thats why they are centralised one and thus may just bring up whatever price they want and may control the market cap too as they fluctuate the prices and thus investors make moves in terms of their portfolio. (More or less likewise) fluctuating the market cap.

I mean these lawsuits and stuff are outside the crypto world so they wont hamper directly to the current market situation for sure.
280  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people think everyone is a scam? on: May 13, 2018, 03:17:54 PM
In the crypto there had been many instances where we literally got ruptured with our investment. Many companies got their money stolen just because they escrowed it to the trusted member of the forum and it has been the case with legend also. So its no wonder that we need to put legit tags everywhere to let people know that this is something. Then also they dont believe it as long as they dont get any vouched copy for their work! Thats the new trend now and its not us who down trust these services but its the bad people who trying to make it look like that way. No one is going risk the money so has to take care of everything initially.
