521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: recent new ICOs, how to choose on: January 26, 2018, 11:12:07 AM
I think I have started to say no to the ICO investment this year. I'm not demotivating anyone but I had major loss in the last year so I'm keeping my hands clean this year. I would probably choose the coins which are already listed on the blockchain and they are making good market reach.

I do keep info of different ICO today as well but not sure about putting my stakes over it.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is the best exchange site for Altcoins? on: January 26, 2018, 04:44:22 AM
Please suggest exchanges/trading sites which are user friendly.

We have got plenty of them.

I prefer to go with binance for its greater volume which is increasing day by day. We should consider volume of trade because that is what decides the final prices for that coin on that specific exchanger. This could be plus or minus depending on the volume on different exchanger.

Another friendly feature for the binance that attracts me more is, we can use this exchanger with their android app over the phone. This is fast and secure and very hand app. So I like to trade that way, hence I chose it.
523  Economy / Economics / Re: $42,000 dollars to buy Bitcoin and Litecoin - Time to buy? on: January 24, 2018, 02:37:25 PM
I am wondering why are you not giving much of the attention to ETH? This coin is getting attention of every crypto lover and its gonna do best in the march month or so according to the speculations section. I have been reading lot of buzz about it really and thats why looking after this investment. Also, if you ask yourself and see how the market is evolving for ETH then I would say its even better than the LTC or BTC. So my preference really goes to the ETH, then BTC and lastly for the LTC. I am holding my coins too and recently made transfer of the BTC to ETH for the sake of good things I juts wrote above. :-) Hope we hold and hold and then earn back the reward that we are looking for.
524  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is useless on: January 24, 2018, 08:08:03 AM
I think 9 years of period is not sufficient for the crypto currency like bitcoin to evolve to completely advance tech. I mean this is decentralised project and people around the world work on it willingly and not under the guidance of supervisor or something like that. So this will absolutely gonna take huge time to develop and serve us the best way.

The fees will keep fluctuating in between but I believe that good times are yet to come and also PS todays mining fees is really slow and trisections are getting confirmed very fast than previous weeks. I think such ups and downs will always be there, we just have to hold our investment so that this project can get funded properly and timely development can take place.
525  Economy / Speculation / Re: SELL EVERYTHING!!!!! on: January 20, 2018, 11:59:54 AM
If you know very well which way of earning is correct and which one is wrong then you shouldn't have been into this position where you have lost this much money and quit everything. See, there are many schemes which are scam in the crypto currency including some of the crypto currency itself. So it's always better to watch where we are going with our inevstment.

To be honest, I'm earning good return from my investment which I'm doing with proper planning. If you spend some quality time then we should be fine with crypto.
526  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin headed to $100,000 in 2018 on: January 18, 2018, 10:12:21 AM
Well, until now the market has always went to upward direction and I believe that this year same thing will happen. The prediction from these people come to be true because it's obvious that every year new inevstment come along and crypto keeps getting more and more popularity in the long run. So if you see that you will come to know crypto is in demand day by day and thus ultimately gives more market cap by the end of any year. So let's hope these predictions come true and we gain our rewards for holding the same.
527  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it chance to jump in? on: January 18, 2018, 09:32:45 AM
the market is down now. Coins are cheap now. Do you think it's time to jump in now, or we can wait for lower price?

For me yes it is best chance and I don't wanna miss it the way I did last year. The current year looks great for the new opportunities and I'm trying to make good portfolio of altcoins by taking notes from my experienced friends and family in the crypto. This year I'm hoping to earn millions as I have seen people making that much money last year. That's the motivation for me and as we can see the market is completely in our favour and there is no seeing back at this point. So yeah still good time to jump in and can make huge bets on that.
528  Other / Off-topic / Re: Everybody is joining.. on: January 12, 2018, 06:45:34 PM
As we can we some of the coins under 50 sats went up recently, now I think many people are now joining in our crypto world. What do you guys think?

I think this is not the only reason for new people to join this crypto world. Because most of the people who are not into crypto world are generally not knowing the altcoins side of the crypto currency. They just know it superficially and don't even think that it's proper way of investing small money. However, they could have come into crypto all because of the bitcoin really. The bitcoin is something which is always in the news and people are that's why reading about it more and more. This is the center point which attracts more investors and then the altcoins part with low valued buying of coins come later.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which coins have best potential? on: January 11, 2018, 05:55:53 PM
Anything is possible in the world of crypto currency so never underestimate the value of altcoins. There are many potential spikes going on in the market currently. Like the ETH recently has gotten huge attention and many of the investors have earned more than what they could have done with bitcoin. It’s not about the huge value per coin but it’s about when you really start investing into it.

There is great coins which I’m looking forward to, such as,
1) IOTA 2)  JNT 3) IPL 4) SCL 5) XEM 6) NXT,

They are not the bitcoin kind of stuff but they are really low valued coins for now and ave potential to get so much market which can earn you huge profits. It’s all about that and you should checkout them really.
530  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin drops $2,000 in value as South Korea announces planned trading ban on: January 11, 2018, 05:26:21 PM
This is really temporary thing until people will find out that it was just about implementation of the regulations in the exchangers rather than the complete ban. As most of the people don’t know what kind of regulations might come up that’s why most of them might have exchanged the bitcoin with fiat currency and thus leading to mass decrease in the crypto currency market. I think this is the solid reason why almost every altcoin in the market is dropping to the nutshell.  Tongue
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Prices Plot Cautious Recovery on: January 11, 2018, 05:02:46 PM
Ethereum Prices Plot Cautious Recovery as Korean Government Cools Trading Ban Rumors.

The cryptocurrency market is eyeing a cautious recovery after financial regulators in South Korea publicly stated that they do not agree with the cryptocurrency trading ban that has been proposed by the country’s justice minister. In the meantime, though, nearly every major coin is trading below its previous-day level, and the ethereum price has snapped its streak of positive returns.

Ok this is what I was missing in the snapshot. I never thought ethereum spiking is all about the Korean exchanger effect and that too affected the other alts. However I did know that it’s related to FUD in first place but the Korean exchanger have taken the stuff far from the reach of common investors. I mean we have seen bitcoin trading at double rates than the international rates in the Korea and there is no way one can trust these exchangers real volume. This do look like some sort of aggressive trading and fud effect.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STORM - Anyone invested? on: January 11, 2018, 04:34:52 PM
Anyone invested on STORM? I'd like to know your thoughts Smiley apparently due on a few exchanges soon?
Storm, yes I have this token. I have not invested into it but got some from the ICO bounties and other participation into the program. I think I’m finding myself lucky to have these tokens because the project see,s to be very interesting and the coin looks to be growing in the market cap day by day.

Feels good when some project turn out to be ever green even after the ICO marketing is over. I think I will wait until this coin spikes to 1 USD plus rates because it’s achievable for it. Good investment though.
533  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Social Media Influence bitcoin growth? on: January 10, 2018, 06:32:49 PM
Does Social Media Influence bitcoin growth?

Looking at the nature of bitcoin I think yes that is major influencer of the bitcoin growth. Bitcoin is digital stuff which has no physical presence or it is not a bank where people can visit and checkout the different investment strategy or different locker rooms for themselves. It’s totally digital and the only way it can spread amongst the world is through social media and nothing else. Just imagine why big ICO projects take the support of social media? Because that’s the only and fastest way to promote their projects and attract new investors into it so that they can grow their community and earn the royalty thereof.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a altcoin valuable on: January 10, 2018, 05:47:03 PM
I'm developing an altcoin that is based on social sharing. What foundational technologies are going to make it the most valuable? What makes an altcoin valuable? I'm wondering if it is just how much people hear about it? Thoughts?

There are many projects which are based on the social sharing. Now I have seen a project which is getting attention of many users which is based on giving you insurance based on social network. I mean that’s crazy how far the blockchain tech has gone and how it is helping the altcoin projects evolve. You can make projects based on social sharing which will connect them through decentralised network and can help grow the income with rewarding method of coins. The same kind of thing as steem etc. But put forth in the market in complete different ways.
535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question/Poll - Will you invest 0.01 BTC to win 100 BTC? on: January 10, 2018, 04:24:32 PM
I think this is crazy idea and no one will put that much money on stakes where the odds of winning are really really low. I mean in total only 21 winners from the 15000 participants. What do you think what can be done with that? I mean at least I know that I’m not lucky enough to put that much money and even get the 21st position to win that 2 BTC. Plus we would love to know how they gonna raise the money so surely and how they are securing our funds. I mean do we really get the security if we don’t reach the minimum participant cap. There are many things which needs to be assured first so that people will trust something like that. For me may be I won’t.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin alternatives in 2018 on: January 10, 2018, 03:44:01 PM
What do you think which will be the best alternative of bitcoin in 2018? Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Verge or Zcash?
Hm, I don’t think that there will be any alternative of bitcoin in 2018 or at anytime in the future. I mean you guys do really know that bitcoin market cap is around 300 billion dollar which is not achievable by any altcoin yet. I mean they could try to reach out that mark but before they do they will get collapsed as bitcoin will start showing up its head up there. Besides this people lie you and me are really sceptical about the altcoins and may not stick to them for longer than we can do with bitcoin. So i don’t like idea of saying any alternative to bitcoin.
537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Shall we be afraid of bitcoin ? on: January 09, 2018, 04:06:42 PM
Yes its to risky to buy now as there are lots of bad possibilities. CME millionaires might dump it.  And look at the chart. Its not good.

Do you think people understand that it is just money changing hands like if you were making and selling new paintings ?

I wrote an article about it here: https://medium.com/@netcashfx/bitcoins-wealth-is-not-a-threat-152b1a90489d
I don’t think that it is 100% true. Though charts are not moving in good direction or we are not having the good time with bitcoin but I still think we need sometime to be given for the bitcoin to recover from the sink that it had in last month. The reason for this sink is scaling issues. Our transactions are too costly and they are not getting confirmed on time, I’m sure that this is temporary issue and it is primary reason for bitcoins current fall. Millionaires will dump whenever they want but this is not the good time for them either so they won’t do it for sure. So let’s make this investment even tighter and hope that bitcoin will catch up the good market cap again.
538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have only 200€ to invest on: January 09, 2018, 02:43:09 PM
Hello Im new on this forum, can you help me to choose good coin for me? I have only 200€ to spend, I was thinking about ETH/LTC but is it worth when I have only 200? Or should I try my luck with something cheap.
There is no need to invest into big currency like that if you have such small investment. I mean something is always good but not with eth and ltc. You can always checkout the different ICO projects which are having great potential and I can tell you surely that your 200 euros can be divided into five potential projects such as iota, xrp, xvg, tron and scl. These are most advance projects that I have seen up until now which are growing continuously and without any end to there investment. So better learn about some ICO projects and then distribute your investment.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: many ICO coming on: January 09, 2018, 02:13:09 PM
The ICO’s were kind of in the stagnant mode due to heavy bitcoin price and unsafe transactions thereof. As. We have entered into new year now, and many big investors have already made the choice, this is good time to launch big and new ICO projects soon. I’m pretty sure whetherto invest into them or not is the later part and question which depends on what kind of ICO we are dealing with. This is traditional way of looking at the ICO because they could be misleading and scam one. So the protocol is the same one, we see an ICO coming, then we get involved with its whitepaper and checkout the roadmap. This way we could make up the big plan to invest or not. ;-)
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: a question regarding cardano and other altcoins on: January 08, 2018, 05:10:44 PM
is it a good time to buy cardano and other altcoins which are dipping right now or wait a little bit dip more?
i want to exchange some of my btc with ripple , iota, cardano verge, any suggestion?
The suggestion is you are right on track. That's really cool portfolio and I'm positive with that one. XVG has become my favourite coin after seeing it's market cap reached all new heights. XVG is gonna reach billion dollar market cap in next few weeks surely. So keep an eye on that one.

XRP and ADA has already gone wild and I don't think there is any point in investing them at this point. Let the market come down a little bit and then you can give shot.

IOTA seems potential ETH so yes invest into it today and wait for next few years and you will see the real deal out of it. ;-)
