441  Economy / Economics / Re: The lack of financial education on: March 12, 2018, 06:23:46 AM
I personally feel the lack of financial education. Though in our school there were tries to explain us some of the basics... I think the problem is, as usually the case, in the gap between theory and real life. The expalnations were given in the abstract form and sounded difficult and never applicable. I'm sure the talanted teachers who really love their subject would change the situation.

Talented teachers would never start teaching the bitcoin stuff unless and until they are told to do so. Financial education is broad concept and when it comes to bitcoin or crypto currency in general it changes everything about it. The crypto financing is different thing and managing it requires extra efforts as compared to normal finances that we do. But I do agree that financial education is very much important otherwise we would never end up learning how to manage the crypto currency. They have the correlation which we must understand. Otherwise we might just make many mistakes while performing different investment and tradings.
442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the Biggest Bubble in Human History? on: March 12, 2018, 04:44:19 AM
Just because bitcoin is dropping in the value means nothing in the reality. The drop of bitcoin and rise of the same is completely different thing and worth nothing to call it as bubble. Bitcoin always has been painted with the color of bubble and it's completely wrong as we can see that since many years. Everytime people start predicting that it is a bubble then bitcoin starts moving upwards and thus their predictions fail. Later on same people start talking about the greatness of bitcoin and call it as greatest invention of all time. I don't think that anything of this is true, it is just people's concept in reality and nothing else.
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than gold on: March 11, 2018, 06:12:24 PM
From an investment point of view, bitcoin is more about gold than it is about other currencies. That's because as an asset, bitcoin and gold have a lot in common. Both are limited to supply, both have functions to use, and many believe that, despite their large price fluctuations, they remain a good store of value. Compared to gold and currency investment returns in the past five years, the currency's performance is far better than the so-called precious metals, gold year loss than 6%, the currency of the annualized rate of return is 155%. These rich returns show that bitcoin has excited investors about the prospect of putting money into such a new asset class.

Compared with the gold standard, the value of the currency rising and proven performance, investors can be used to measure the investment of the world's leading digital currency future opportunity and risk indicators.

I am sure that though the gold supply is limited still it is far far greater than the bitcoin. So we may not compare it straight with the bitcoin. The bitcoin however is good currency and worth investing for other kinds of feature that it gives us on top of other assets like gold. It's digital and transferable from one point to another point with just internet connection and electrical energy. However gold is physical and non transferable international level thus making it more solid. It's value doesn't spike like the way bitcoin's price spike. So yeah surely bitcoin is far better than gold.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the 2018 crypto crash is now like the 1990s dot com crash on: March 11, 2018, 05:35:56 PM
just like the 90s dot com crash, you have many people who lost money, instead of dot coms its coins, every other day in the 90s a new dot com opened up just like the coins now that comes out

its going to take a new generation of people to invest in crypto. I predict a 4 year bear market where its going to be like this for 4 years. there just isnt enough investors anymore

Woha man don't curse our crypto currency with that crash. That was old days where people did not understand what the heck internet is (in complete manner). The current era completely different and here we have perfect investor base and people are more smarter than 90's period.

I think we do have enough investors left who still have not entered the world of crypto currency as we speak. There are only millions of people into crypto and the total population is above 700 billions. What the hell that's too much people to count on and hence I believe this crash is temporary and until we get more investors on board we will have the perfect sunset with beer bottle in one hand.
445  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to hit $3k ? on: March 11, 2018, 05:09:32 PM
In my personal opinion, it will not fall until that low.
But, even if that is right, I see the opportunity to invest more when it reached that low, and hold it for longer term.

My thoughts exactly. I am still in the process of not accepting Bitcoin with a $3k rate but what else can we do since we can't control how the market will be in favor of BTC. I'll be keeping some cash then and be ready for the dip since I am sure if it breaks resistance, there's no stopping it and probably our last chance to see the value of BTC at its lowest before it rises up its value.

Yeah good hopes always. We should keep the scenario that is going to happen in all positive ways and it doesn't matter if it falls down to 3k or even below. We should be very opportunistic while while looking forward to make investment. This people who are willing to buy at low will love to see bitcoin falling to that much rates.

However, there is always less chance of that happening. Though gox is making the market movement currently still he doesn't have that much power to let it go down. We might see max lower point near to 5-6k. Otherwise we are completely safe and sound while hoping for the spikes in the bitcoin.
446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO is a joke on: March 10, 2018, 03:27:39 PM
Ah I don't agree on that. Bitcoinfuji might be going crazy about all the coins. NEO is doing great and I have invested into it since year now. The coin has given me more than sufficient profits. And who the hell talks about the ETH like that way. ETH is gold laying chicken guys. It did explode from its base price many times and same thing will happen again and again over the time. It's upto us which coin to trust and which coin to let go.

Tron could be worst project and I agree on that. But if you look closer then it is best for swing trading purpose. :-)
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency in its infancy stage? on: March 10, 2018, 01:00:48 PM
Hi guys do you really think cryptocurrency, blockchain technology is in its developing, and adopting stage? Do you think too that in the future internet will be based in blockchain and cryptocurrency will be use in our daily life?

Yeah I do think so that blockchain and the depended crypto currencies are all in infancy stage. If they wouldn't have been so then I'm sure that we would have been using them in the real life too. Yes, because there are many missing slices in the pie that we still need to develop which depicts that we are in the infancy stage.

About the blockchain replacing the internet, I don't think that the protocol which was made for the blockchain really contains the info about such networking. I think it will stick to transaction purpose and transmission of digital data with small sizes only.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Altcoin to invest on: March 10, 2018, 11:03:04 AM
Top 10 altcoin to invest in 2018?

Here you go :

ETH : Top priority and most popular altcoin around the globe. Plus it is at its lowest value currently if analysed since January 2018. So better spiking chances and at least it will give you more than what you have invested in very short time.

SCL : Recently rebranded as Sociall and v2.0 to be launched on 26th march is being watched by thousands of big investors and is thought to be next NEO. Better you add it to your portfolio as well.

NEO : This coin is surprising coin and I can gift you with double profits at any time. The past is proof for its tremendous increase in the value. Future is even bright as well.

These are top three for me. Rest I might think of enrolling into are XEM, XGM, JNT, IPL etc.
449  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In this down market how your doing? on: March 10, 2018, 08:26:23 AM
actually at this situation , im currently waiting for its value to increase . im not checking bitcoin every hour because i might get bored so I will check it next week or the day after tomorrow

Lolz. Checking it out every hour would be worst thing to do. All the panic feeling will dissolve into your mind and might get you in trouble. Many people do this and that's why your post attracted me to explain why they shouldn't be doing that.

Things we should do when market is down :
1) Stay away from the coinmarketcap
2) keep yourself motivated that it's just temporary drop
3) Always get yourself engaged into different things so that you wont think much about the drop and don't get panic.
4) keep telling yourself that bitcoin is down because it is going to spike huge.

In short keep it positive and let go the fear.
450  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin VS bank on: March 10, 2018, 07:58:08 AM
For more than a century, the banking system was used to fund state, endanger the stability of the economic activity, robbing private savings, eliminate one road, promote the financing dependence, even make violent reached an unprecedented scale, all because we do not have different techniques to implement monetary exchange. Now the monopoly is being broken. Bitcoin was born. The fear of the ruling class is only just beginning.

Do you think bitcoin will replace Banks in the future?

Just because we reached moon in 50's doesn't mean that we will leave the earth and reside on the moon. Isn't that's true?

The bitcoin and banks are the same thing like moon and earth where we know that there couldn't be better place than earth and there is no meaning to reside on moon because it is still harsh and technology is not advance enough to sustain there. We better know the facts that bitcoin is not sufficient enough in terms of its development to fulfil the needs of common banking. The banks work in different ways, to work them out properly they themselves needs rules and regulations so that they can handle the stress of economy and regulate it.
Take the fresh example in bitcoin world where one guy comes in and sells his millions and millions of worth and shake the prices of bitcoin thus leaving everyone unspeakable. If this continued then how bitcoin could be a good bank.
451  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is It Serious, I Started To Worry...... on: March 10, 2018, 07:33:19 AM
Now I feel worried about the future of bitcoin and crypto in general because every time there was a price correction I saw most people are not worried about the price and they all had the same opinion about it, they all said to wait and hold your coins or buy new more, but now I see that there are different opinions about it, that makes me really afraid of what happens now.

is it serious guys that it is over or what?

I am pretty sure that it's not over yet. On top of that I believe it won't over anytime soon in the future. Bitcoin is not understood by many people around the globe and it is said that it's in the infancy stage of its development. The corrections, different dramas and much more are just hoax. They are there because they are trying to create fud about it or they really want to develope it really. So you don't have to crazy about it if someone is saying negative stuff. There is still great hope for the bitcoin to rise and it will be gradually but surely.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You have 1m dollars.. on: March 09, 2018, 08:05:54 PM
Where and how would you invest 1m dollars? What coins will you buy? Or will Huh you just put them in Bank? Huh Wink

Great money. If I have that much then I will put half million into my bank account and will start playing the crypto with another half million. Other half million I will divide into bitcoin holding and few of the altcoins portfolio. Later I will put some money on gambling websites like bustadice which seems to be profitable and legit one. I will also play freebitco lottery with at least couple of thousand dollars invested in it. That's just my wish so I will give it a shot. I think doing all this I might get started with decent passive income and will train million into couple of millions.
453  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin down ( Mt. Gox is dumping ) on: March 09, 2018, 06:57:32 PM
Woha! Hold it man! It better doesn't go down to 500 USD! That would be unrealistic and worth nothing. I mean if that starts moving down like that then people won't believe the crypto currency again ever. Most of the people are loosing money right now. If the prices go even further down then they will loose so much that they will loose hopes too.

Mt. Gox holds most of the pie and I think he is enjoying his days now. I'm sure he was waiting for this day since long and he exploded this time like anything. Good for him.
454  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Start Trading on: March 08, 2018, 07:18:15 PM
Good start as newbie person on the forum. However the information like this has been already published many times by various analyst over the forum and that too with huge details. I'm actually surprised to see guy like you posting all this as you see to me very enthusiastic so keep that one up. We need member like you and hope that you will bring up even detailed topics later on.

About the method you have put forth here it is perfect no doubt about it. We should also note that above all these things there exist your mind which you should control a lot during the trades. The trading can be dangerous if decisions are made with heart rather than the brain.
455  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to handle tough times in cryptocurrency? on: March 08, 2018, 05:35:32 PM
We are indeed the tough times of trading or investment in cryptocurrency. After the ATH of Bitcoin last year, we are now at the stalemate at 10K USD mark for almost 2 weeks and no sign of going up. I was thinking to hold for as long as I can since I believe in crypto.

If you’re at the losing position what is the best thing to do?

This is the situation when they say "keep it calm and do the karma".  You have to be very patient during such situations. If you don't keep your mind calm then you will make decisions which you will regret later on when you will see yourself in loss or when you will recognise that you could have gotten huge profits on the holdings.

So you see I'm depicting you the future here. This is what will happen if you don't keep yourself firm on your decision today. So it's in your hand now whether you have to be strong during such situation or whether you have to regret the whole thing later on.
456  Economy / Economics / Re: Still Trading When Red? on: March 08, 2018, 01:52:53 PM
I think this is second time we are experiencing the darkest red bloodbath after the month of January and it is not that bad thing. Let's learn from the experience that we had just a month ago. When it was red all over we bought as much as crypto as we could (at least me) and then traded them when we went into Greenfield. I think there is no great feeling than this that can occur to us. Now is the time history repeats itself again and we should not stay out of the opportunity. I think we must this second time and earn some bucks for ourselves.
457  Economy / Economics / Re: Soros is a crypto believer on: March 07, 2018, 06:34:44 PM
We don't need concrete proofs to explain that bitcoin is not a bubble after all. It was already known to us that crypto currency are based on the advance algorithm like blockchain technology and that couldn't be bubble because being virtual it is actually real. The applications of which are real and that's why businesses like this are accepting them now a days so that they can evolve based on blockchain technology.

There is always perfect time and inevstment opportunity for few things in this world and crypto currencies are one of them who has bought best of the two worlds altogether with the help of bridging between them. So it has to be successful in the future too.
458  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Going under 10k ?? on: March 07, 2018, 05:40:54 PM
Is BTC Going under 10k??

Or that's the support to bounce?

Who cares about that. It's simple logic now that if it goes down then we refill our wallets and if it is going up then just sell it off. Then again when it start going down then just buy more and again sell at high. Repeat, repeat and keep repeating that's what we need guys. That way we might just keep the proper circulation of the economy and might just earn more and more profits.

You see this one, we just made profits from your bitcoin which was going under 10K.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: about airdrop ? can be trust? on: March 07, 2018, 04:58:22 PM
at this time a lot of I found airdrop altcoin program with the condition of creating an account on their site
and indeed the coin that is given is a little teasing
how do you think of a program like this
I do not want cryptocurrency friends to do something empty.

I don't trust this method of earning. It could turn things upside down when these projects get listed on the exchangers. Many times they fail due to airdrops only and many time they fail due to bad reputation of the project itself. So it's not worthy to get into these airdrops but people do get into them as it is free and you have to do nothing much but just get yourself registered or something. One thing is sure that the companies do get huge publicity due this method.

Also, there are fewer projects which can start airdrops when they already listed on the exchanger. This project can be good deal though because we already know that they are working and worth something.
460  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is useless on: March 05, 2018, 07:23:56 PM
By now we definitely have some use cases for bitcoin, just because you don't know them or don't find them useful doesn't mean bitcoin is inherently useless.

Sort of true. There are many around ways which can be used to see that how bitcoin can help us in the daily life. The most useful way to do it is by converting the whole stuff into fiat currency and thus making the use in daily life. I am doing this method of using the bitcoin since very long and it is most convenient way to do it.

I have seen many more threads in the forum which also list the number of hotels, motels, food industry, entertainment industry which use crypto currency as their payment mode. So I think it's unexpected call for the bitcoin that it's not useful.
