just caught up on whats going on , i see the team & escrows want to refund people in BTC but at fiat value $0.05 , ICO price USD. This is totally unacceptable and no 1 shld agree to this. You paid in BTC and shld receive same amount in BTC , trying to give u fiat value is a scam in itself , obviously due to big increase in BTC price!!
Glad to see someone else understands what is happening here.

Sounds interesting, but I don't see how this translates as a threat to BCH. 4MB * 3600 = 14.4GBCore has already shown an incredible irrational resistance to scaling on-chain. Conspiracy theorists were insisting it was blockstream being behind the stopping of scaling bitcoin onchain yet here we have someone well associated with blockstream proposing this.

There are plenty of coins out there similiar to BTX and their value is far lower than what BTX is at right now. What is to stop the price going to .00001 or 1 cent?
Can you name just 2 such coins? The price is still trending lower, it can easily drop below $1 where it could go into free-fall. Ah now Vlad you know very well I can't be tricked into talking about what IXC is planning on some other thread.

.....course they scam our tokens legally and investors can do noting for this"
Nothing can be scammed legally. No finished product = 100% refund.BTC has gained in value along with additional forked coins etc and overpayments for work done must also be refunded. If you invested 1 BTC you must have 1 BTC refunded and not its dollar value. They are probably arrogant enough to refund in BTC and only give you the $ ICO value for it while overlooking the fact they wouldnt be able to refund even the dollar ICO value if BTC crashed to zero. Then they would be very quick to say you will only be getting current BTC value if that was the case. They also more than likely hold stacks of NVST so can enter the refund pool not to mention the fact they would still walk away with millions even after an ICO price value refund. A shitcoin dev could have done as much with 5-10 BTC versus what has been acheived so far for investors using hundreds of bitcoins. A complete farce.

I do not subscribe to the conspiracy theories pushed by Alex Jones, and strongly condemn him both personally and his extremist views. However many people actively choose to listen to what he has to say, and he should have the ability to speak and publish his message.
I was going to merit this above but it looks like I have none to give

So Vlad what would one have to do to become a member of this club?
Stop eating ramen and become a real life billionaire. It’s still not too late even for broke dudes. I neither eat noodles nor pizza. So the answer is hold your Bitcoin BTC and dump all your altcoins before you lose all listening to riddles?

Not familiar with WEX but historically speaking the funds are gone for good. The theft is planned well ahead of time, individual data is often destroyed and the thieves disappear - like Big Vermin ran to China. Good luck tracking him.
Of course he’s not in China - it was an inside job to grab key alts at that time.
But I digress...
I thought he is now facing criminal charges for unjust enrichment or misappropriation of funds or something? I know that for ICOs the token purchaser has a right to recover the money they invested. If the utility token was actually a capital raising, this makes the issue fraudulent in nature and can lead to criminal sanctions. The international nature of token sales opens the issuer for a wide range of litigation not just where it was issued, but globally. Different in his case of course.

I am sure you understand what I am looking for, if there is no coins, there is only those that assisted seriously hornetnest future proves past - follow roger (we do see all roger) We see scams here everyday many commited by chancers jumping on the ICO bandwagon suddenly finding themselves enriched from ill gotten gains and then their ego trys to convince them they are quite clever and on a level with academics and aristocratic peers but the reality is they are nothing because they produced nothing.Only people who know how things work in the real world outside this little fish pool inhabited by minnows who consider themselves sharks know that when the tide comes in and washes over the little pool those minnows will soon face reality when they find themselves in the ocean with the real whales and sharks.

Impressive, Cool4y and some other guys were basically right since the beginning. The promises were too good to be true and there were so many red flags. I was so naive to trust them.
A refund of barely 40 % (in BTC I hope? Not just in USD) is disappointing, but still better than 0 %. Let's be refunded soon and forget that disaster.
It will be a 100% refund or no refund at all.Milestones are meaningless as are the words of unqualified bystanders and self proclaimed experts.

Bitcoin cash neither cash nor bitcoin. It is ran and dominated by a small cartel of miners and has no interest in decentralization.

WEX is BTC-e reopened. They used a token where they promised to repay lost funds but whats happening now is that they are enticing people to deposit BTC due to inflated prices there and then refusing withdrawls. They only allow withdrawls in altcoins but have priced the alts 3x to offset the BTC price.Thats why you see the likes of namecoin being dumped in price right now.Its people withdrawing in alts and selling off for whatever they can get for them.

All I can see is a great advertisement for Drano. How come they didn't ask you to change your avatar and use their signature?
