1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does the government hate bitcoin? on: October 27, 2018, 12:51:34 PM
I believe Bitcoin will not totally replace fiat currency. Bitcoin will be added as a currency that will be an alternative to those who don't like to use fiat currency. Don't expect that the government will give in and let cryptocurrency replace fiat currency.
2  Economy / Exchanges / Re: My 1200 BTC Account Is Blocked By Binance on: October 26, 2018, 03:22:17 PM
Sound really strange that a Whale take part into a bounty campaign (and disclose his identity for few $ cents)   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes :

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2642310.msg27546553#msg27546553

I think this guy are trolling us.

Hah, sure, this account seems very strange. I haven't had a bitcointalk account before, I've bought it, as the account I made a couple of weeks ago was forbidden to make posts  Smiley

Wait what? You bought a newbie account just to post your issue with Binance?  That's just weird Grin

Anyway, back to your issue, I can't understand why you never verified your account knowing that you had such a lot of BTC's. I, too, would suspect that you are doing something else and blocking your account is the best solution.
I think he is not familiar in this forum because if he is an old timer here he would rather create a copper member account to make a post. Back to the topic, I've been trading in Poloniex and now in Bittrex for sometime when suddenly Binance came. I just hope don't understand why I have this gut feeling that this platform is not safe.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If the bull market recur periodically, how long dose a cycle take? on: October 26, 2018, 12:39:42 PM
If the bull market recur periodically, like what happened in late 2017, how long dose a cycle would take? It seems at least longer than a year now..
I think the cycle would be 4 years or during halving. There will always be a small pump but the market will not rocket like what happened last year. But it is good for the market to avoid a sudden dump like what happened last year.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still worth mining bitcoin in 2018 ? on: October 25, 2018, 07:39:21 PM
My question is if it's still worth buying Asic's and start mining BTC in 2018.

If not mine BTC what other coin is it worth to mine nowadays?
If you are an ordinary miner that have a few rigs, I think it is not worth to mine it. Only big companies are the one who will get a profit in mining Bitcoin because they have complete facilities and they choose a good environment for mining.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that 99% of all airdrops are shitcoins of bad projects ? on: October 25, 2018, 03:06:56 PM
From my own experience I can tell from all the airdrops that I know the top projects were only: Vite, Ontlogy, Dfinity. All others were shitcoins Angry
Sad to say but, yes it is true that 99% of airdrop is either scam or shitcoin. It is because there is no regulation in creating a new ICO. It is also easy to create a new coin from different platform like Ethereum platform and Waves platform and today there are new platform that is available in the market that is why expect more shitcoin by next year.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Does It Mean To "Spam" In Bounty Campaigns? on: October 24, 2018, 03:42:27 PM
He  already clarify to you the reason why you didn't get the stake. Even here in bitcointalk.org you must have an interval of post to avoid spamming. Even if you have a unique post but the interval is few minutes away it is already considered as spam. Try that in Facebook and you will get an automatic ban.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If the society rejected to use crypto currencies? on: October 24, 2018, 01:25:55 PM
This thing came up to my mind suddenly. As I know a currency is a transaction medium that majority of the people agree to use to exchange their items with them. If it is the case, if majority refused to use crypto currencies, what will be the consequences may occur ? And how it will affect to the ICOs ? Any Ideas?
I don't see a scenario where majority of people will refuse to use cryptocurrency because once they understand the concept they will surely change their mind. The only people who will refuse to implement it are those people who are working in the government and the banks.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason behind falling Bitcoin? on: October 24, 2018, 06:27:18 AM
Right now Bitcoin is now stable at $6000-$6500 price and continues to move forward slowly. The reason why Bitcoin fall this year is because of the bubble last year. Bitcoin is over bought even altcoin.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It can still happen again on: October 24, 2018, 04:49:46 AM
I was just thinking and imagining the bull run that happen toward the end of last year when the crypto market became a cake of enjoyment for everyone. The story is on the contrary now. I am wondering and disturbed that can it ever happen again? My wallet coins are reducing in value daily. I am not completely sure if it can happen again.... somehow I still have little believe it may. Do you think it will happen again?
It could happen this year but not this year. Remember that last year has an important event that push the market so high including the hype that is circling the market. Last year was halving, if you want to have another even you may wait for another 3 more years.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: In 10 years 20$ will turn 100k on: October 23, 2018, 04:04:34 PM
10 years time in crypto currencies . 20$ will become at least 100k?
Rn I'm holding tron, and eos 20$ and ontology 10$ airdrop. I don't plan on moving it around cus its nothing to me. I'll wait it out 10 years.
Don't expect other altcoin to perform like bitcoin although those coins ate potential. Even if it value around $10,000 you are still a winner. Jus the hope for the best and be contented even if didn't reach your expectation after 10 t
years.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How i kept hand in altcoins and improve my investment ? on: October 18, 2018, 07:54:17 PM
It's a good advice. I've been doing this since the first time I involved in cryptocurrency. But I usually sell all my altcoin if I notice that the price is already high and buy back some if the price go deep and I keep it for long term trade.
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why did you have faith in btc? on: October 18, 2018, 05:56:37 PM
Seeing btc going down for quite some time now, I thought people will be withdrawing their investment to shares and others business. But it amaze that btc is gaining more popularity and people are still rushing btc. What is the secret behind btc?
The secret of Bitcoin is that it has a very limited supply and it is not controlled by the government or any few people that wants decentralization. If you feel the inflation rate right now you will appreciate Bitcoin.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does bitcoin affects your emotional and mental aspect of your life? on: October 17, 2018, 03:03:23 PM
Emotional and mental aspects are commonly interrelated to each other. It commonly deals with our mind and heart. They can't be isolated and one can't remain solitary. In mental viewpoint, it really enable us to think whether it will be great or not. Your understanding will going to test your passionate angle. Bitcoin's impact is interdisciplinary, along these lines what we feel, will be what we think.
I think almost everybody are emotionally affected with bitcoin price rise and fall but as a trader we try to control our emotion so we won't be misguided in our decision during the trade.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we Re-Brand Bitcoin? on: October 17, 2018, 11:45:07 AM
Rebranding will just confuse new investors. Besides Bitcoin is already a good brand name and didn't need another new name. Branding is only for a name that has no impact in the people.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government to own identity on blockchain in future ? on: October 16, 2018, 08:22:08 PM
The government will not allow this kind of blockchain where your identity will become in public. It is dangerous for everyone if it used by criminals. Blockchain  technology must only use for transactions and not for personal information.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why shouldn’t we be concerned? on: October 16, 2018, 02:49:21 PM
Why shouldn’t we be concerned? Seems like everyone on here is extremely confident will see a bounce back to the December highs and then surpass them, but this dip/crash is now 5 months long. So I’m curious as to why so many of you are confident?
Many crypto people are confident because they understand Bitcoin and know its future. If you are a trader and you know that the market is not always go down. Whales don't sit aside and watch their portfolio dying.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Mining Really Causing Environmental Damage? Maybe not that much... on: October 16, 2018, 08:54:49 AM
I am not buying it. There are more industry that affect the environment compared to mining Bitcoin. Mining gold, metals and rocks are way more distractive in the environment. Even bank transactions consume more electricity than mining Bitcoin.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: high bitcoin fee!! on: October 16, 2018, 06:45:38 AM
when will the bitcoin fee be reduced or moderated?
i mean that even if the bitcoin value rises or falls the fee is constant in bitcoin ,unlike in ethereum where the fee is fixed not in eth but a particular USD value.
when will this improvisation take place in bitcoin?
Bitcoin fee is already been reduce after the implementation of lighting upgrade. Ethereum fee is not fix, it just happened that last year, Ethereum network is not yet congested but today the fee in Ethereum is also high compared before.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yahoo Japan to Launch Crypto Exchange on: October 15, 2018, 05:53:24 PM
It looks like Yahoo wants to be at the top once again. If you can remember, Yahoo is the top companies in Internet world until Google took the place. It is a good news for all crypto community that Yahoo will join the bandwagon of cryptocurrency.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can you invest in bitcoin without being scammed? on: October 15, 2018, 12:30:21 PM
How can you invest in bitcoin without being scammed? There are people using very fine techniques like selling bitcoin cash in name of bitcoins using confusing websites name. How to be safe from such scams ?
You won't fall from scam if you are not joining scam investment site like HIYP. Only trading and hardware mining is the legitimate way to earn bitcoin. Bookmark your trading platform website to make sure you will not fall from phishing website.
