As far as I know, there is another user, I remember is @ryzaadit who won many times and was restricted in Duelbits tournaments too. He complained and after a while, perhaps days or weeks, Duelbits reopened their gates to tournaments for him, but he won again - not sure in one or some tournaments - and he was restricted again.

As I know, they paid him for all his won tournaments so it's fair enough. After that, they made restriction against him but I don't think it is too big problem with users if they received won money and were not allowed to join later.

I am one of those users who are being restricted from the promotion/tournament after consistently winning in the tournament. Maybe they have the right to exclude users from the promotion/tournament but blocking user to claim the bonuses (daily, weekly and monthly) is not making any senses. Maybe excluding those who are winning the "free promotion" many times without spending their own money is logical but excluding those who are spending/risking much money for tournament sounds strange for me. Excluding players from specific promotion can be reasonable but blocking players to receive what they deserve (daily, weekly, monthly) because they are actively wagering is questionable.

Well I think that is actually a very solid and well-reasoned point. if a casino advertises itself as non-kyc then it shouldn’t suddenly demand verification unless that condition is clearly mentioned in its Terms of Service.
