361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading FOREX or Crypto? on: February 23, 2018, 12:16:43 AM
I need some help.

I already have experience trading FOREX but until now im not that profitable. The market of forex is very UNPREDICTABLE. technical and fundamental analysis are not really working. Market makers and bank institutions are controlling the market. its centralized and big banks can manipulate the exchange.

Im planning to leave FOREX and switch to CRYTPO trading. Does anyone know who controls the bitcoin price? is it still the government or the whales trader?

No one knows but we can speculate it by the news coming out and who enters the cryptocurrency. Forex is much harder than crypto but the volatility and profit there was too big. Its almost the same in technical analysis but in fundamental i don't know. I can say that forex is better if you can trade well and same it in crypto its on your own skills.
362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale for win, my own experience on: February 22, 2018, 10:45:00 PM
Congratulations to you, Your stratedgy i think fits for you and the game you played. I play gambling with that strategy and sometimes it works sometimes are not it depends how much more money you can bet in double triple and so on just to not break that stratedgy and whenever you won you got some profit and get back all your lose.
363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do if you lose $2,000 in trading? on: February 22, 2018, 10:11:40 PM
I have experienced a loss of more than $ 5,000, that affect my mentality, so I choose to stop for a while and start trading again 1-2 months later, and act more carefully.
Loss huge or tiny is depend your capital.
Now there is more much losses coming from the altcoins. The loss depends on your capital and what coin did you bought, i lose more than 1btc more or less, thou im not worried so much because i know what coins i bought and its potentials.
364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can one trade without losing?? on: February 20, 2018, 01:27:32 PM
I looked at my pc screen 247, 20 hours out of the 24 hours in a day. I am familiar with all the trading signs like hammer,  inverted hammer, doji. But even with these I still lost while trading. Most times, I decided not to trade without news from a particular project but even with a huge news like partnership, burning folks, I end up still losing.
What's really the cause? And how can I trade without losing much?

I think you cannot trade without losing because trading is a very risky job  and all those people who started trading always lose money at first because in life we always lose. We cannot engage in trading without experiencing the lose because we are not perfect and one thing the coins are not so predictable be because they are being volatile all the time it is too risky even and experts lose at times.
Exactly, no one can ever make a perfect trade without losses or just only one loss is absurd. Tactics and own strategies can minimize losing in a trade but its not guaranteed at first you need many more things to know in trading.
365  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do if you lose $2,000 in trading? on: February 20, 2018, 01:06:46 PM
You have a good post dude and it will help most of the traders here. What i do is in the sense of the reason why loss. I find my mistakes and try to get back what i loss after getting back to the market its either investing in the same coin or i will look around for another with a good price to pump.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Siacoin $1 this year on: February 16, 2018, 05:57:25 AM
This is a utility token, used in system. For Sia devs there is no sense to grow because it will be expensive to use their system. To start work with system you need 2000 sia. If it will be a dollar, who will start work with system. Now there was asics created and it can be pumped,  or it was already pumped:)
Thanks for your opinion i read why it was not grown successfully, in despite of that siacoin technology can be used and it may lower the costs if that will change in the future we can saw a $1 price.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why not play games online instead of gambling? on: February 16, 2018, 05:34:48 AM
It is pretty obvious that not only for fun and an entertainment is the purpose of the gambler instead they need a winning with reward. in online games you win buy happiness is the result when you win unlike in gambling that happiness, trill and the reward. Without money involve you can play not seriously instead no care in the game. Money has big role to focus on play because if you are not serious always lose money is result.
Gambling industry is a entertainment in general and its required to have a money to play a game. You said that you can't play seriously because its free although its right with online games you can defeat any opponent with a practice and once you always won its not interesting anymore while playing a real gambling every different player in other line makes you more thrilled to think and use different types of strategies to win.
368  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why almost everybody suggest to hold? on: February 16, 2018, 03:51:52 AM
Everyone tells to hold you bitcoin because panic selling will not help make the situation better. It will just worsen the situation, if you keep on panic selling your btc at a lower price, this will aggravate the situation since the trust is gone that price will go down ever lower.  Therefore, holding will help reduce our losses because the market right now is really not so good, long patience will get us to reach our goal at a perfect time.
Good explanation while some other people have a FoMo now because bitcoins price has rise and we are in a good uptrend, those who have told but not hold their altcoins or bitcoins more likely to loss and will be buy again in the price now that is a high than before. I turn to believe that it may down more up to 4k dollars and yet luckily i didn't sold any.
369  Economy / Economics / Re: When to buy and sell bitcoin on: February 16, 2018, 03:31:18 AM
if viewed from the current market conditions again skydiving this is the best time to buy and hold for a few months then you will get many benefits so will make you rich ..
Its not only about it as you have to know how much you will going to buy and a target sell price. Bitcoin will make you rich perhaps it can make you loss if you don't know or let say you earned but when will be you exit price. Many people have a FoMo feeling after they sold and buy again bitcoins when its high and when it goes dump and dump i don't know what they do every investor were most of them sell because of panic of lossing.
370  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Question for all you holders on: February 16, 2018, 12:48:48 AM
have you got any sort of exit strategy? Or are you going to hold until the day you die? If so, what's the point in having it?
This isn't an aggressive post - I'm genuinely curious as to what peoples targets / motivations etc are.
It is depending on my plans where i don't mind any pump or dump of price as long as i know the future potential of an altcoin i rather hold and if not my exit strategy is when i hit a profit 10% and above would be a very nice gains. The only point of holding i belongs to the person who knows what coin to hold and what is not.
371  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: February 15, 2018, 02:59:41 AM
I think investing all the saving is not so good. You have to keep little portions from that and can invest the rest. And cryptocurrency is good for investment and making the profit. You can invest on Waves. Now Waves coin price is low($3.85-$4.50). At the end of this year, Waves coin will be $10. And this is the most potential coin.
Definitely not good thing to do invest all your savings. Its better to have both savinga and investment allocated for your own personal use and business. I don't suggesting any coin and i would like only to say is researching is the best investments for the first time.
372  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC break through the $9k resistance line? on: February 15, 2018, 02:36:37 AM
Yeah and it happened already after this big drastic price dump we already saw a good cgart uptrend as basis and more importantly the news is already positive that we can expect the fud is over its time to return.

374  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin be a more secured way of handling cash? on: February 15, 2018, 01:53:45 AM
Yeah, bitcoins so far was safe while there are some unsafe things that can be done in your own hands. I mean that improper handling or negligence as much as possible to be avoided. Having a safe wallet or bitcoin core wallet, hardware wallet and protecting your own funds from the hackers that is the main problems in a bitcoin wallet.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XVG] Verge - Speculation & Discussion on: February 15, 2018, 01:31:35 AM
I think if you ask whether the price goes back to the peak prices again. But it can fall again again. In this case, I do not think it is a logical tool for investment.
I have a gut feeling in xvg that it will be a $1 coin value in the future. Like what you say it can fall again and im waiting for that opportunity to buy and hold for a long time. My mistake is selling it below 500sats and i will not do it again.
376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: February 15, 2018, 01:11:27 AM
Everything is luck man, no math no shit  Grin

Most of them depends upon your luck and only lucky people get those jackpot. Few games do exists where you require a good experience and skills to win those gambling else like roulette, computer slot machines etc are the luck based games.

Yeah, those who are lucky can win the game but not all the time. In using skills and strategy its a smart move to win in a game that is a perfect for peer to peer opponent and regarding about maths i know computer and how the games with numbers was programmed and it will help the gambling owner to set up and not the players
377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits from Gambling on: February 07, 2018, 06:18:08 AM
Actually, If your lack of knowledge about gambling you will think that its wrongvto gamble or its bad. But if you look at it. It also has a good side. Like for example it gives fun to those who played with it. It can also double your money whenver you win. So its a fast money for you. But perhaps of this thing they still think that gambling is bad. But I think not all the time
I don't it will need a very important knowledge when playing gamble but i must admit that some of your points are true which is reasonable somehow. Though lacking of knowledge doesn't mean you will always lost some of the player who have just entered first time in the casino seems winning perhaps it is not based on knowledge but rather about of skills.
NO. not skills but luck is the most important thing when you are into this activity, having enough luck can bring you fortune even you are not that knowledgeable about any type of gambling, though we are all might agree that both skills and knowledge will give some edge but not always been
a factor, even pro gamblers lose as well, the  advantage is they know when you quit and use the earnings as their benefits dealing with the game that they played.
You got all the point. Whereas the benefits of wasn't given much importance on it and you talk about others who benefits than your own benefits gotten from playing. I will give my benefits through playing that was a game change not only in gambling as well as take effect in my everyday life. I come to the point that self control and to be stick to my aim or goal makes the most beneficial result of playing gambling. How long, how lucky, and so on does not matter if you don't know how to coordinate with this because its always your decision will lead your way to have a benefits.
378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: February 07, 2018, 05:23:21 AM
Saving is an obligation we need to do for some future purposes. If you want to save just play what you can afford to loose and play just a little amount and the others is for saving.Management in your finances to be able to save for your future and not loosing money in gambling.
If you think that as an obligation you can definitely learn how to save money.
It's very important for our future as we cannot be certain of what will happen in the future, we should allocate funds for emergency situation in life
and of course an amount that we can use for leisure and investing in order to grow our money.
Don't treat saving as an obligation because it is not. To save is a choice if you will agree with me.
Obligation is something that you need to it is very needed or in every game it is your obligation to? While let me say that a choice, i play gambling and its my choice or a will to spend money and save some profits it is appropriate in your life right.

Indeed, it was our own choice to save or not. Just be responsible for every decisions or choices we've made cause it could lead to some real problems such as losing something valuable for you. It is possible to save while gambling but don't expect to save more money, a higher portion could be used for gambling activities (though it still depends on a person)
Yes, i agree with it. Because to save money while playing gambling is hard to do in the first place that winning is not always our control and we always tempted to win back what we have lost and , so if we are traders and do gambling at the same time then its better to put a limitation so that our profit in trading will not be compromise.
Trading is a different world for this. Playing gambling is not trading if we based only on this gambling topic and to save money while playing, i don't think that a gambler can always save money unless he plays only for fun and what he earns will be going to save but the reality isn't to be like that. I also play but i'll be honest i can't save because every now and then even i save you will use it again in another days when you have no money to play again.
379  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit not for sale! on: February 07, 2018, 02:57:37 AM
which I have captured in this new law, it may be a trap for those who have an account,
because it is in the make sure they will give merit to their own account.
and if it is detected by the system in this forum some people will be banned to join again in this forum.
I think this is the best way to prescribe a merit system for people who cheat.
It is not impossible but what i saw not all who tried to cheat will be caught for some reasons even buying merit is going to the social media which is totally useless because if their post quality is not deserves a merit. Going to another point that merit system was being abuse by some who escapes the judgement of being caught this needs only some improvement and i know theymos will going to make it more useful for both cheaters and good quality posters.
380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: February 05, 2018, 10:32:50 PM
No, in fact that bitcoin is more going to gain investors because of its exposure in social media taht contributes a lot. They saw already what can bitcoin give to them. I know some good investors are learning bitcoins and studying before they are about to enter.
