The fifth Test may not be so easy for England. England were bowled out for 284 against Australia in the first innings while Australia have collected 150 runs for 4 wickets in their first innings so far. Australia is 133 runs behind England's first innings total so far. Australia still have six valuable wickets in hand. This first innings is very important for both teams, if Australia can finish the first innings with some runs ahead of England in the first innings then England will be behind in this test. The fourth test was easy for England but due to rain they could not take the result in their favor so the fifth test is very important for them because if the fifth test is a draw or they lose then they will lose the series. Forth test was an easy win for England if rain had not interrupted the 4th and 5th day play. England are favorite for 5th test as they are performing way better then Australia. This is not the first time England scored runs with this run rate. If you see England scoring rate ever since Stokes took over captaincy its always high. Aussies have genuine test batsmen like Khawaja and Smith, they know how to bat in test match. England need to be careful today as they need runs on the board to win this match and level the series. Aussies will try to take advantage of England fast scoring rate as it provide opportunities to pick wickets.

England's batsmen did not play well in the first innings, but they did not make any mistakes in the second innings. England's batsmen have batted well. Especially England's top order played very well. Every batsman had a good strike rate in the Test match as well. England collected 375 runs in 77 overs. England team will probably be able to provide a target of 380-390 runs. And on such a pitch it is a very good target. England's chances of winning are high if the bowlers are able to bowl controlled bowling from the beginning of the innings. The series is likely to end at 2-2.

England also played very well in the 4th match but that match ended up being a draw.  However, in the first match, England started well in the second innings, but in the end, they did not seem to be able to sustain their good performance.  Their current score of 340/9 is not a very good score. I think Australia can easily overcome it. With just one wicket to go, England look unlikely to cross 400 as their best batsmen are already got out.
