1141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin wallet in bank? on: September 22, 2016, 04:28:22 PM
Do you think that one day you could open Bitcoin wallet in your bank, along with your.ordinary bank account? And will banks have their own wallets? Or maybe they already have? There are some rumors that some banks are preparing themselfes to addopt the Bitcoin and give it to their clients as a new service?
Yes, it might happen. Just imagine coinbase gets license to run a traditional bank, what will happen ?
As you stated we will be getting a bank account along with bitcoin wallet. As long as bitcoin sticks with its core concepts, there will not be any problem for bitcoin community even banks will be having their own altcoin versions.

not that many people use coinbase and surely not that many people even like coinbase. it is a good place to buy bitcoin only because it is easy and understandable for newbies who are technically challanged.

but real bitcoin users will never use coin base they will continue having their own wallets to stay away and independant of banks and the like.
1142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BLK the next 10X on: September 22, 2016, 04:23:24 PM
blackcoin is now at a period which is after pump period so i don't think it can move up any time soom unless you are pumping it with your own money.

the investors and whales need to accumulate more and this will only happen in some longer time and with some testing of the bottom with some dumps to push the price down first to test the resistance.

and then the pump begins not now that nobody has any left after the last pump.
1143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoin to invest in for 2016 and WHY on: September 22, 2016, 04:18:59 PM
i choose Litecoin as a new coin for this month and the following at least.

it is an sleeping giant and it is sleeping right now so you should get in before it is too late before the confidential transaction is implemented and LTC pushes all XMR,... coins aside and replaces them all.
1144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: September 22, 2016, 04:15:19 PM
the easiest way of making a good profit from gambling is if you have a rather large amount of money and invest it in a casino of your own and start a new game and then start advertising it to gain popularity and in a couple of month of advertising you will be on top earning a lot of money.

...play with ykur monet for sure you can double that in a minute odds of 2x in single boom boom

you sound super drunk Cheesy
1145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Double or Nothing on: September 22, 2016, 04:11:15 PM
Here's a thought experiment

If I offered you $100, you could take it and walk away.
Or, you could double it or lose it all based on a coin flip.

Now, you're presented with a situation where if you take the double down, and you lose, have you really lost anything?
You never had anything to begin with until I made you this offer. Would you feel regret for not taking the $100 in the first place?

Thoughts?  Grin

yes i would take the money and walk away if i am given the option of walking away with a hundred dollars that was given to me for free.

but since this never happens and sites are always forcing us to play first and deposit first and roll 100000 times first , then i guess if it was  a hundred dollar free promotion i would surely go and try the game of double or nothing.
1146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I never made any profits in dice game.. whats is your opinion on: September 22, 2016, 04:08:13 PM
that mean everytime you did playing dice you aren't lucky because for dice game lucky has necessary to do so but i would tell you that there is no good method for playing dice and if you feel that won't made profit from dice i think you should not playing this game any longer

yes right, I think if never get the benefit of the dice should not be forced to continue to play, better stop or try another game. You might try a few games like a poker or sports betting, I think it does not depend completely to luck if you have a good knowledge and strategy.

dice games are the worst with the seemingly low house edge but in reality you as a player have no edge and far from having it.

all the strategies in dice games also suck. none of them work or are even good! ihave been testing some strategies and changin a lot of them around but all of them end up the same place and i end up losing.
1147  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: September 22, 2016, 04:04:59 PM
Bitcoin is perfect if we compare fiat and btc! But won't replace fiat!
But every day we have new announcement and new projects that can be direct rivals to btc, this is something far more dangerous then fiat.. Bitcoin was first, but we don't use first computers and cars no more.

Bitcoin has alot of flaws and is not perfect at all but it sure is better then fiat. But ofcourse bitcoin wont replace fiat since some people will not just let that happen like that.
For this to happen we need alot of powerful people on the bitcoin side.

bitcoin is not full of flaws, i has some problems yes.
but since we are talking about the future and bitcoin replacing fiat in the future i think you should assume that those flaws are already gone with passage of time.

and i agree with you that a lot of people and also the government is not going to allow this to happen, and give up power over fiat.
1148  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin rate is stable since june 2016 on: September 22, 2016, 04:01:05 PM
Can you please tell in brief that why bitcoin rate is stuck at around $600. I am confused wether to buy bitcoin or sell. I am very conscious about its future. So please stamp your own views here.

you should be happy instead of being confused about the price being stable.

your quesiton is like asking why price of USD versus EUR is stable and stuck at a same rate with little fluctuation!!

we are getting closer to becoming more stable and we will eventually see a fixed price with $0.5 changes and you will regret these days with $10 change.
1149  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Bitcoins more than double of the price? :O on: September 22, 2016, 03:58:03 PM
you can sell your bitcoin at any price that you like there is nothing stopping you.

in fact you can sell 1 bitcoin for $2000000 but that would only be offering the sale and as long as nobody buys it from you it stays an open order (or in other words it is called an ask price) but nobody will ever buy it at that price.
1150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is earning bitcoin Boring? on: September 22, 2016, 03:51:49 PM
What do you say? Isn't earning bitcoin through the likes of signature campaigns, tweets and posts really boring? I really think so, at least its not an attractive or appealing way to earn bitcoin or any money for that matter.
What do you think? What are the most interesting and appealing ways to earn Bitcoin Online?

earning money is always hard and sometimes it also becomes boring but this is something we all have to do unless your daddy is a millionaire and you are living off of his money then you have to work.

although you can do jobs that you like instead of boring jobs to earn while doing something that you have some interest in.
1151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: September 22, 2016, 03:48:55 PM
the first time i used bitcoin i was so confused about how it is working this way and how everything else is also working with this way of sending and receiving money but even in the middle of confusion i liked it.

and also when i started learning more about bitcoin and about how to earn it online i became a lot interested in it.
1152  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: September 18, 2016, 03:56:15 AM
I think many people will choose bitcoin, because they can earn money with bitcoin and in the other hand, you can't earn gold freely. You must buy the gold using your money.

many people HERE will choose bitcoin because we are all ona bitcoin forum so that is a no brainer. if you go on a Gold forum and ask the same thing many will choose gold because they don't know what bitcoin is.

but if you compare the profit from these two without your emotions you can see bitcoin is a lot better and you will always choose that instead.
1153  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: September 18, 2016, 03:50:06 AM
Besides, Bitcoin is an invisible gold and do not be restricted by the customs.
With Bitcoin you can make more money which can lead to more cash in the end but I think that currency wise cash at the moment is better.
There are still allot of stores that do not accept but every store expect for those online except Bitcoin.
Because bitcoin nowadays is only good for investment because there are less stores who are accepting bitcoin, we are just in the early phase and you cannot expect everybody to adopt, we need more time.
so what about buying gift cards and then use it to buy in the following stores? i think the result will be the same as you will receiving the stuffs that you just expected from the beginning and saying bitcoin only good for investment is definitely wrong, there's another feature that can make your life more easy with bitcoin

For me it's more complicated, if you using bitcoin buying that stuff, it's more simple because you don't need bring your wallet and i'm sure people want fast and instant payment in the future.

you still need to bring something with yourself, that is your wallet even if it is digital wallet.

but it is generally easier and better to use bitcoin for example as a payment method because it is faster, and it can still be considered as  an instant payment if you don't think about confirmation time for it.
1154  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Which US presidential candidate will back Bitcoin? on: September 18, 2016, 03:46:23 AM
Bitcoin might not be in the president's list of important matters at present, but it will be in 2024, two elections from now.
Digital currencies would have grown wings by then.

If digital currencies don't have wings within a possible 8 year term of the next sitting U.S. president then I would be a bit worried about the future.

The only way I see this happening though is if we are still floating Bitcoin with altcoin pump and dump fights and hacking exchanges.

All depends on how the community matures.

digital currencies are doing well and there is nothing to worry about,. they are all becoming more and more popular. well mainly bitcoin and in 8 years bitcoin will be on top of all the currencies.

also pump and dump of altcoins and hacking and tornado in some other country has nothing to do with the future of them. Cheesy
1155  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimum Amount To Start Trading? on: September 18, 2016, 03:42:16 AM

Well they would like to have many traders since they make profits on every trades of each of their clients that's why they make and help them to be profitable as good as they can because we are talking big business here which involves huge amounts. Forex trading is somewhat difficult compared to Bitcoin trading.

Many traders is good. It adds to the players and its fun , the more the merrier they say. The minimal amount to start trading in crytocurrency is 20,000 sats. Its a small amount, just start to learn and when you master trading, you start in bigger amount. Education is important.
That is the right way to do it, do not be aggressive in the start as with lack of knowledge in trading it can be consider as a way of gambling, you will not earn in the long run with lack of knowledge so do the research before you trade.
I agree that to start trading you don't need that big amount, though with that amount we might not get serious on it becausse it doesnt affect us thaat much so we disregard education about trading.  But with bigger money comes bigger risk of losing if you  are not well versed with trading cryptocurrency or other stuff.
You should trade with a small amount because if you go in advance and invest a large amount you will lose easy a large amount.. better to experience to trade and dont regret to lose because its a part of your study. .
If you master trading you will earn a good amount in trading.

Well as the op asked the min. amount I would guess is around 0.01 BTC (6 dollars) because with that you are able to buy a small amount of coins and start growing them. It's hard to say or predict how you will earn but it is a good start.
I think we should start a decent amount so you will be serious with your trading journey, if you will start 0.01 you will just take it for granted and would not treat trading seriously, when bigger amount is involved you will be force to take the price actions to protect and grow your investment.

i have started with a much smaller amount, it was lowe than 100,000 satoshi and i never took it for granted because i have had clear plans for my future and i wanted to become better at it.

so i kept trying and even though my volume was low but i tried so hard to treat it the same way as if i had 100 bitcoins instead.
1156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: September 18, 2016, 03:39:06 AM
whether rich or poor as I have seen on this forum someone wagered 40btc and also someone else wagered 1 satoshis. So in my own case I would still bet because I want to make more money...
We can really make more money if you are lucky enough to win. In gambling it is more on luck and I think we cannot win enough in this kind of game if we don't use our mind thinking how much we need to spend money. This is really risky and I think we should prepare our self if we might get lost in the end. So be mature enough to understand the outcome of your every game.

also when you are rich you have enough money to keep following your losses until you win and make all your losses back.

for example you can even try martingale strategy and we all know that one of the biggest reasons why we all lose is that we do not have enough big bankroll. but if you are rich you can increase your bankroll so that you end up winning eventually.
1157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: September 18, 2016, 03:35:04 AM
I would only cry if I won the jackpot with gambling because then I would cry out of happiness but I would never cry if I would lose because you know that can happen with gambling.
If you cry because you lost with gambling then you should never gamble again.
LOL. I also would like it, if it wins a lot of money in a very short time. it might make my life changed dramatically. but the thing that makes you want to cry sad is when you expect too big onshore gambling winnings, and it does not correspond to your estimation. lost in a short time can make a person cry sad

Yup that's all most people get and eventually they cry because of expectations that always they want change into something that is detrimental to their lives. This is a big problem for all of us, for all people cannot control themselves or rather playing with how carelessly. So that they can get is a loss
That is because of the big ambition of the gamblers to make easy money and they tend to do it in gambling and which actually is very difficult to do it, it is easy for others but majority of us will fail.
Only few are getting want they want in gambling, the others really lucky enough that they are really getting high amount, but most of the time we fail of what we want in gambling.

if what you want is to have fun, you can usually get it with gambling and be satisfied with the results but if you are looking for making a lot of money then you should always know that making money with gmbling is almost impossible so those who expect making profit with gambling will always end up disappointed and end up crying over their losses.

1159  Economy / Speculation / Re: why should anyone invest in btc right now? on: September 18, 2016, 03:27:35 AM
Bitcoin is an interesting and hot investment tool compared to all the old fashion investment options. Potential returns are much greater, in the same time your investment in Bitcoin also functions as some sort of store of value tool, your money is stored outside the banking system, etc. All reasons as to why Bitcoin is a great investment option in todays world.
Its really said to be a secured place to invest and profit more without much investment. Compared to previous months, its price is bit low. This would be the correct time to invest. Buy more bitcoins as much as it can be. When the price will goes up, the value of what you have saved till now, would really go up and could see a good profit in your wallet.

It's not really fair to call the current price low in comparison to how it was before Bitfinex was hacked. If you take the Bitfinex hack into consideration, then the price right now is far from low. I actually expect the price to go below $600 again before the end of next week.

Same speculation. Before the week ends or the month ends . It will not stay at $600 above itt will drop sonner or later. Now it is startig to  drop  but not really too low now. But  next week it will. So that is the time to buy more bitcoin if you want to invest on it.

saying i expect price to go to xyz is worthless unless you say why you think this can hapen.

if you speculate this way then i can saythe same thing and say i expect price to go up to $800 by the end of the week or month or year or decade Cheesy

there is always these smaller ups and downs and you can never predict these things beacuse that will always end up being wrong.
1160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: September 18, 2016, 03:24:23 AM
I am basically using Coinbase and i would also love to share my experience as it always feels safer than any other exchange platforms or wallet provider.

Why?

-> Coinbase is an exchange Platform which also offers wallet to keep your money safe.
-> Coinbase is one of the oldest platforms in which you can easily rely on.
-> It Offers good Value of Bitcoin according to Market price of BTC
-> Easy to signup and easy to verify
-> The most secured with two-step verification system
-> It also offers QR code (authentication security)

Please, go with the coin base. its really cool and safe to make deals.

Regards,

emersonlogan62

All the above, coinbase is just an online wallet is not usually as secured as a standalone wallet per we are seeing many bitcoin exchanges are getting hacked. Another big reason why I am not choosing coinabse : they are not allowing us to have our privatekey of bitcoin addresses unlike blockain.info.

that is right.
it really doesn not matter how many nice features they offer, many of which will never be used by regular users. what matters is that they are a web wallet and we do not even have access to our own private keys which mean we do not have any bitcoin if they say so.
