I don't think the reason of falling is because everybody is holding ! vise versa I think the reasons are panic sellers , which the are selling and removing their money from the market , in that time demands decrease and the volume decrease in order that altcoins and BTC go down because every one is selling and leaving the market.

Trading is risky but still some people know how to fishing in stormy weather!
If you have enough knowledge you can make profit because knowledge decrease the risk of trading , sometimes you need to take the risk thou , only dead fishes stay on the surface , alive swim through it.

Arbitrage could be a good idea if :

1. you have consider fee completely (sometimes fees are too much that would make you regret after it)
2. it would take some times from some hours to some days to have your coins sent and you see it in new exchange and in that time the price of it could fall
3. you are certain that the wallet of the new exchange is not in maintain mode , unless you need to wait ages ( once it happened to me!)

There were some rumors about Bitfinex before that it add extra USDT before , I think that was the reason which exchanges are immigrating from usdt to usd and tusd , USDT got some issues and it acted shady in some cases ,I try not to use that currency.

There is no safe place in trading , and I think the name of the topic is wrong so I didn't read anything of it when it is wrong at the beginning , loss is a part of trading , You got it wrong if you have taught trade is only winning , the important is to increase your average not to to don't have any loss !

Take a look at to the coins since 2016 till now , most of them has been multipled , the thing is in that time it was just beginning , like DOT com companies , Many of these altcoins would vanish in future , Holding could be a good idea if you are holding good coins or tokens ,I don't expect that sharp percentages like 2016 _ 2017 , But still there is potential in many of them .

There are some bitcoin and crypto forums recently but I haven't seen as good among any of them , since of the population and number of topics , and firm admins, this forum is the oldest bitcoin forum and birthplace of many of the good coins

What do you mean by good cryptos?
If you mean high potential coins , there are so many of them but nobody knows the future , for ex  XVG was and still is a good privacy coin but it got 51% attacked recently and there is no guarantee it doesn't happen in future , So nothing is 100% certain in this market , you can read the whitepaper of each coin and find out something about it , it would give you a good view about the project of each coin , and you can decide better.

For every one who doesn't know , Coincheck was a big exchange which got hacked and people lost around 300 million dollars , It could happen to any exchange in the world , since crypto currency could be change in almost any spot on the earth , hackers from all around the world are after it and they use any thing to get that money , Exchanges are not wallet , Only keep the amount of money you want to trade with , always.

No , Obviously it is not as easy for a coin to get from 1000$ to 100 000$ as easy as a coin get from 1$ to 100$
A runner can run from 1 meter to 200 meter in less than 1 minute but is it as easy for him to rum from 100 to 20000 meter as easy like that?
Of course not , as a coin grows bigger , It becomes heavier and it moves harder .

Sometimes the best thing is to do nothing in trading , yes nothing! and sometimes it is the hardest thing do do nothing!
I think if we do nothing in 50% of the times in trading we get better result , Panic selling , impatience  and greed makes us take rush decisions , and then we regret it , I'm trying to decrease my trading times and make it less, and i'm getting better results!

I've got a better idea than lending , Paper trading , Imagine that you got 1 bitcoin and do paper trading , write everything on paper , you decisions , your coins and your losses or profits , do it for 1 month and see if your profits are more then try to get some capital from working in a restaurant or any other place , I never suggest to any one to start with lending because it increase your stress in trading and stress decrease brain abilities , so try to find some other idea .

No it's not but i've got a better idea , Have you heard of paper trading ? it is like Demo trading but since binance doesn't have Demo part , I suggest it  , that you trade on paper , Imagine you got 1 bitcoin and write your decisions and losses or profits , i suggest it one month before you go to trading , you will learn something by that and hopefully you can use the experiences to real trading and it helps you to prevent doing some of the mistakes .

Recently there is a website called purse.io that you can buy anything from Amazon that you want and pay it with bitcoin.
also If you know Bitpay(it provides bitcoin wallet and gateway to pay with bitcoin) has been accepted as a way of buying things with bitcoin in some stores in USA.
I'm sure soon many of the markets and stores will accept bitcoin and other altcoins , some of them are zero fee.

Well you can find some of the altcoins and tokens only on yobit(most of them are shitcoins) also if you have joined to some bounty or airdrop that it gives you some coins or tokens that you can find them only on yobit where else would you go to change them?!
Yeah it is not as good as binance but binance doesn't have many of altcoins or tokens , some of them are good like byteball that you can find it on bittrex or Upbit but still not on binance!
