Make sure to keep an eye out for our other promotions. You can be confident that our ongoing and future promotions will still be the most rewarding ones of the industry. My guess is they realized bitcoin was soaring and didn't want to have the prizes be that high. They could have lowered the prizes or paid less places though. Cutting the contest entirely is a very bad decision, IMO. Hopefully they'll reconsider. |

It looks like they're not doing a similar promo for June...
I gotta say, that's very disappointing. That promo was the only thing convincing me to bet most of the time, since the juice is extremely high compared to other outlets for me. I will probably bet here sparingly if they don't bring that promo back. Hopefully they bring it back.
A little odd they decided to cancel it IMO. I get its a big expenditure for them, but they're charging live lines at -140 in some cases where other books are -110... surely they make enough from doing that to cover the cost of that expenditure.
Cutting this promo means they better be making their odds competitive?

The FUN thing about this contest is jockeying for position. I was competing with a guy for a position and now I haven't been able to see how many points i have for the last 18 hours, or how many points he has.

It drives me absolutely insane that 1 day before the May Leaderboard promotion closes, they stop updating the standings in real time.
I was tracking another player to make sure I kept out betting him, but today they stop tracking people's standings in real time, so now i have no idea where anyone else is positioned.
Terrible work, Sportsbet.io. Terrible. You track it real time all month, and then fall apart as the contest winds to a close.

Are you being serious ? Do you think they have the time to manually filter bets which look good or bet ? I have seen similar complaints on a lot of other websites without any basis. Also is the site down again ? I get a blank screen : https://i.imgur.com/6Eavnm3.pngHere's how they do things... They manually process bets over a certain size. They have admitted to me in live chat. So let's do a hypothetical here. Let's say I bet under 200.5 in basketball... I place the bet at 1:00, hit the submit button... it'll hold in a processing state for 1-2 minutes where your funds are out of your account, but your bet is not officially placed... in that 1-2 minutes of live game action, obviously a ton can happen to your wager... let's say the teams hit back to back to back to back 3's, it'll process your wager at the now horrible line at under 200.5. If there were 0 points in that 2 minutes, it'll reject your wager and ask you if you want to now wager on under 193.5.. I have had this happen to me dozens of times, and they have admitted they confiscate your funds out of the account when a wager is placed, but then it is manually processed or rejected SEVERAL minutes later at times. They've admitted it in this thread way back when I had a similar issue. Honestly, at this point, if you bet with these fraudulent pieces of donkey shit you deserve to lose your money. They've ripped me off for the last time. If you've noticed, the guy handling the account in this thread has completely ignored all of these issues because they know for a fact it is exactly what they do. Just another way to get an edge. Like the juice 10 times higher than competitors isn't enough... fucking scam artists. This website really needs to label this book as a scam book. Maybe they manually process large bets, but they are a sportsbook and probably have every right to do so. As for holding a bet for 1-2 minutes, that has never happened with me. If it did for you, then I would agree and never place a live bet with them. I disagree with you on that 'they have every right to do so' If a bet is in a status where it can be rejected by the oddsmaker, then it is only fair that the person placing the bet has the option to cancel it as well, especially over a long period of time. That is not the case with sportsbet.io. Once I hit submit, I am at their mercy for the next few minutes and have no option to cancel, while they can hold and hold and hold and hold and decide what to do. |

Place live wager. Hit submit..Took 2 1/2 minutes for the wager to go from processing to accepted.
During that 2 1/2 minutes, several bad things happened against my live wager. The line moved substantially against my bet.
The bet still goes through.

How can you possibly be taken seriously when you're charging that much more juice than the main bitcoin competitor? I thought giving you guys some time to get the hang of this would get the lines down, but what you're offering is frankly criminal and it's egregious that anyone plays here period with these prices.

Can't place bets . Says Internal Error and then the Confirm button just goes off . Trying from half an hour to bet on NBA match but not able to , please take a look at it. So slow. Just too heavy with graphics or scripts? Not sure.
