I can't believe this forum is letting them off the hook with answering the fact they're allowed to cancel bets 33 seconds (more like 3 minutes) after a customer hits submit on a live wager.

What a fucking joke this website is. Guess I'll let you guys get defrauded.
142  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 21, 2016, 10:54:14 PM
How is no one else picking up on this?Huh  Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

They have 32+ seconds to cancel a wager, you have 0. Where's the equitability there?

What's worse is they know they scammed me but are so strapped for cash that they're hoping offering me less than 20% of the scam amount will satisfy me.

This book is a few weeks away from running away with funds based on their behavior. Unless of course they continue to make a killing scamming people with live bets they can cancel for several minutes.
143  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 21, 2016, 10:39:10 PM
Be careful with this book.

By their own admission, they waited 22 seconds after my bet was accepted and confirmed on my end to send back that it was rejected.

22 seconds!

That's not even just 22 seconds after I click submit on my wager. Because it takes 5-10 seconds to give a green confirmation message to the customer.

So here's the turn of events, by their claim.

1: Customer makes bet on live wager
2: Customer waits 5-10 seconds for a green confirmation if the wager is accepted by their system
3: Customer must wait an additional ____ amount of time for the ability for them to cancel this wager. By their claim it was 22 seconds. I believe it was much more like 3 minutes. But let's assume they're being honest about 22 seconds and there was some kind of internet error on my end (even though my internet was working)
4: By their own claim, the customer clicks a live wager and loses control of that wager for 32 seconds from the time they click, while sportsbet.io has 100% authority to cancel or accept the wager.

5: This is known as SHOT TAKING. There isn't a sport on the planet where there won't be massive amounts of situations where 32 seconds of game play would change the odds monumentally. And they will continually scamming customers and shitting on bets that are valid and then have something good happen on the next play or event, and processing through bets that go the other way.

AVOID THIS BOOK LIKE THE PLAGUE. By their own admission, they are scam artist shot taking cunts and I've been betting on online sportsbooks for 12 years now. This one is the most blatant with their scamming since betislands.

What were the Bets on, and is there any time stamp of the actual bets offered?

He said he was betting on the o/u of the Clemson Game.   Was the bet right at the start or end of halftime? There were 2 touchdowns within 19 seconds of gameplay in that game. (one with 10 sec left in first half, then another 9 seconds after halftime)  Just trying to feel out who's taking a shot at who here.

Just to clarify your question, I attempted this bet starting WELL before half. Like 5 minutes of game play and around 10 minutes of actual time.

I am obviously in the right, as 3 of their admin have admitted to me, but they must be desperately strapped for cash, because instead of making it right, they have only decided to give me 1000 mBTC as some kind of "promotion."

Kind of a slap in the face to be honest. Scammed me out of over 5000 mBTC and then give me 1000 mBTC to try and smooth things over. Also an admission of guilt. Oh well.
145  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 18, 2016, 11:02:39 PM
Watch out for this scamming book! I have initiated a complaint through a few different forums that investigate on behalf of the players so we shall see the real results of those, but in the mean time, make sure you do not trade with this fraudulent book!

They will steal your funds and then lie, and lie, and lie, and lie, and lie, and lie about it.

Notice they haven't even addressed that I was promised some form of compensation at least 4 different times by 4 different agents, and have received, you guessed it, NOTHING.

DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS FRAUDULENT SCAM BOOK!!!!
146  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 18, 2016, 06:17:06 AM
Man, I really can't afford this screw job. I keep hoping I can come back and post good news and that Sportsbet.io did the right thing but I'm losing hope. Fucking sick to my stomach.

Please do not do business with this book.
147  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 18, 2016, 04:03:04 AM
Response from 'Ava'

"let me check into it and get back with you"

Last agent 12 hours prior

"let me check into it and get back with you"

Last agent 12 hours prior

"let me check into it and get back with you"

This scam website is not going to do the right thing. Please be extremely weary of gambling here!!!!

Edit: Here's a fun edit. Ava tells me that the admission of a technical error (even though I experienced the error first hand) was a mistake by an agent and did not actually happen.

1) Customer experiences error

2) Chat agent says yes I see that, seems like a technical error, sorry about that

3) Customer requests refund

4) Chat agent says sorry, that agent is new (even though I've seen him several times before) and misspoke

5) Stay away!!!!
148  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 18, 2016, 03:09:27 AM
Will give the agent handling this website one more chance to reach out with an actual offer to fix their mistake rather than talk about their promotions. Your promotions don't mean anything to me and should have nothing to do with you guys fixing this glaring mistake your software caused me, sportsbet.IO.

Thanks for the links, I'll get right on that if they do not resolve this by tomorrow.
149  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 18, 2016, 02:58:10 AM
Another update on my issue... got an email from someone who seemed clueless to the issue and then mentioned there was some "big" promotion for VIP players that she doesn't want to spill the beans on and trading me around to different agent after different agent saying they're my "personal VIP host."

This site is a complete joke!!!!! They robbed me and instead of fix their mistake they just keep mentioning promotions to me. How do we get this book labeled as an official scammer book??? Seriously, not getting fucked here without their reputation getting justly changed.
150  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 17, 2016, 11:54:53 PM
I think I'm down on that website since i started betting there. Might be up on a couple others. The insinuation that I'm a great bettor or anything is silly. I'm not.

But they screwed me here and it is so obvious to everyone but they won't make it right. I'll wait for this supposed reach out from the VIP department, but they seem more likely to respond on here than they are to respond to any of my emails.

The sad thing is, I have bet here enough to know their live betting quirks, so was sure that the bet had went through when it disappeared from the account and didn't come back for two separate refreshes over 2 minutes. Foolish me.

If they don't make this right, this really needs to be marked as a scam. How do we go about accomplishing that?
151  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 17, 2016, 05:51:16 PM

Still nothing. No resolution, no response to the technical errors, nothing. I was told 24 hours, 36 hours later and nothing.

Hi kerrywoodwins20,

We are very sorry that you had a bad user experience placing this live bet. As an experienced bettor and our frequent customer, with hundreds of previous live bets on our sportsbook, we are certainly not trying to scam you or be fraudulent. We pride ourselves on paying out winning bets and processing withdrawals really quickly. To our understanding, you have placed many winning bets and you definitely seem to know your sports betting. It is always great to see a punter with an excellent nose for sports. Cheers to that Smiley

The incident you have experienced is most unfortunate. I am sure, however, that you have understood from the various discussions you have had related to this with our Support team, that there was nothing intentional from our side. Quite simply, you placed a bet which was sent off to validation with our risk team. This process takes between 5-15 seconds as quite often live lines in College Football can change very rapidly.

During this time, your bet amount is "reserved" from your balance in a pending status and then once bet is confirmed, the balance is deducted.  If the bet is not confirmed, then the bet amount is returned to your account.  This is exactly what has happened on your account as we can see 3 rejected bets and then finally 1 confirmed bet (unfortunately this confirmed bet lost).  We also send a 2nd popup on the site, which confirms that your bet has been successful placed and confirmed.

Without going into too much detail here, our VIP team will be in contact with you we are sure we can find a solution that would reinstate the trust you have shown towards Sportsbet.io and our team so far. It is our honour to have you as a customer and I sincerely hope that you will continue to be one of our VIP players in the future.

Cheers
Sportsbet.io

I was initially given a time frame of 12 hours, then 24 hours, and now it is approaching 2 full days.

This is not an accurate description of the events. I am familiar with the live betting platform and have wagered successfully there hundreds of times. In this particular instance, this supposedly rejected wager(s) was sent back to me several minutes after the bet was accepted and the funds were removed from the account. This did two things, one, it prevented me from being able to continue to pursue a good line on that game, and two it gave me hedge opportunities on other websites which I took and then realized minutes later that you had canceled an approved wager.

Also, I was watching the game live and it was on a commercial break for several minutes after I placed the bet so the contention that I was betting into an active game that changed is simply false.

I will await a resolution but it's already been 48 hours and you guys are still refusing to admit your responsibility or mistakes even though I have proof 3 separate agents have admitted there was a technical error in this case.

Being a growing book is one thing, as of course there will be growing pains as you have more customers, but expecting your initial customers to foot the bill for your mistakes is preposterous.
152  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 17, 2016, 01:47:50 PM
Just to update everyone on this issue, we have basically agreed on these facts, and yet, sportsbet.io is doing NOTHING to fix the issue.

I made a live bet. I have made hundreds of live bets on sportsbet.io. The funds were removed from my account as usual when a bet is accepted. I got a green accepted message and checkmark on the wager.

I refreshed the page to make sure. This has become a habit for me. I refreshed again. Nothing.

5 minutes later, after SEVERAL positive swings in my wager, I get a red notification error saying the bet was canceled.

5 minutes later. The funds were not in my account for 5 minutes. I had no hope to continue trying to get that line, because the funds were gone, and in my mind, the bet was accepted and I had no reason to not believe it was accepted.

They are TAKING no responsibility for this issue. Three different chat agents have admitted it was a technical error, but they are refusing to compensate me for my wager.

How do I get this book labeled as a scamming fraudulent book?

Hi Kerrywood,

We will get back with you today.

I got defrauded out of 3400 mBTC from this website using their live betting platform. I am working with the employees at this book to hopefully resolve the issue fairly but I am not very confident since they're not taking responsibility for their mistake.

Is there anyone here who can help me?
I'd highly recommend getting the information and proof and posting it in the Scam Accusations board on bitcointalk. People might be able to help, and if valid proof is provided, their accounts will be tagged with a negative trust rating and cause them to have a

under their name, and possibly pressure them into paying you. What was the issue, and what was the mistake?

They accepted a live wager and then past rejected it.

I made a live wager. Wager was green, accepted, balance taken out of my available balance. Then minutes later, after positive things happened for my wager, they sent me a rejection/canceled notification. That's stealing isn't it?

What was the wager and what was the positive event?

Over 34.5 live on Clemson/NC State.

Bet was accepted, green, balance deducted. Minutes later, after a score, then all of a sudden it's rejected.

Admin (Jane) has admitted it was an error, she suspects a technical error, and a canceled wager but can't promise me I'll be reimbursed or credited?Huh

This had become one of my rotational books so I"m pretty angry.

I loaded my bitcoins to live bet the Orioles/Blue Jays MLB playoff game today, since it was listed as an upcoming event for live betting.

Low and behold, after the game starts, the game disappears and no live lines are offered. Seriously???

Now I have to wait for 5 fucking confirmations to get my money off their website, a website that offers live betting for 50th tier tennis tournaments, soccer leagues, and video games but doesn't offer live betting for the playoffs for one of the biggest sporting events on the planet in terms of financials and fan support.

It is clear that this book does not want US customers. What a fucking horribly run sportsbook. Will not bet another penny here until this is apologized for, compensated, and promised that it'll never happen again. Costing me money by having my money tied up due to their mistake. Completely unacceptable.

Hi all

I see that we have no payments (affiliates or players) outstanding so everybody has been paid.

Please note that although most withdrawals will be processed immediately, sometimes they can take up to 24 hours.

forzendiablo - automated withdrawals for affiliates are enabled on a case-by-case basis. Contact your affiliate manager (or PM me your email address) and we'll look into whether or not we can enable automatic withdrawals for your affiliate account.

Thanks!

Cloudbet

Do you have any proof that most withdrawals are processed immediately?

In any event, people gamble with BTC do it for the quick payouts. You've lost me as a customer until you can guarantee what payouts will be automatic like the rest of the bitcoin payouts in the industry, and which ones will arbitrarily will be held until someone decides to hit some keys into a computer 18 hours later.
160  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | WORLDWIDE live dealer casino on: March 17, 2016, 02:00:41 AM
I like how I get 10 different emails telling me 'We're looking into this' today instead of just processing my payout.

It took them at least 30 seconds to send those 10 emails, and it would have taken 3 seconds to send a payout.

Excellent work, Cloudbet.
