This is the error message I get when I try to go to the website now.

I am in the same jurisdiction that I was in yesterday and made several bets on the website and withdrew no problems. I spoke with someone via email who said only Australia and UK are banned, and I am in the USA.

I tried to go on live chat and get some help or support and he just kept repeating the line I got in the error message.

Very very strange. I'd be careful here...

I voiced my frustration about lack of promotional offers, and they offered me a free play today that was a very nice offer. I appreciate them trying to meet me on this issue and think you should give them a try yourself.

They're being run differently the last few weeks. I was emailed and promised a new promotional offer every week.

2 weeks have went by now, and despite the fact I've gambled there frequently, nothing has been awarded or offered. The agent over email simply says 'Check back next week!'

I referenced the email where he promises weekly promotions and he just says 'we can't award them because it's the weekend.' That's just wrong because they have always awarded them on Sunday as they treated it as the first of the week.

Closing my account here. Their odds are terrible and there's a decent chance they'll scam you on live bets if they get a chance to and the only thing that made them playable was their promotions, but it appears they don't actually follow through on their word on their promotions.

Daily reminder that this is a scambook that has several scam allegations and proof of scamjobs.

Also, keep in mind that I was their 5th highest volume customer in June, so if they'll scam their most loyal bettors who bet tens of thousands of dollars worth of action per month with them, they'll absolutely scam you. 100%. Just a question of when.

Even more hilarious, their scambook just benefited from a huge windfall in the form of Bitcoin Cash, since they didn't credit anything to those who still had account balances in BITCOIN.

I love how they frame it 'We do not support BITCOIN CASH' LOL.

You don't support it, but I bet you sold it for free money off the backs of your customers.

It should be obvious what kind of company this is that a week after they made probably hundreds of thousands of dollars in free BCC they are also scamming one of their most loyal high volume customers out of $1000 worth of their own mistake.

But thank you for admitting what I know is factual but I wanted other people to know I wasn't making it up either. Your odds provider/scoreboard provided an invalid score update that induced me into a terrible wager and you aren't being ethical at all in not refunding the wager.

An ethical sportsbook would absolutely refund that wager. I reported the issue in the first inning on live chat, which you have a record of, so the allegation I am 'shot taking' can not be made. I reported the issue and error in the score and mistaken bet in a timely fashion and yet still you are saying that it's okay to provide entirely inaccurate and lying scores to induce action and then benefit from the action despite the fact the action wouldn't have existed if the proper information was provided to the customer.

As such, everyone reading this thread sees how you treat customers (I am one of their more high volume customers over the last 3 months if you check the scoreboards they used to keep showing usage).

If they'll treat one of their 3-4 most high volume customers like this, imagine how they'll treat the rest of you.

You've buried yourself. Let me know if you'd like to reach out and do the right thing. Otherwise, I suspect you'll continue to see your sportsbook lose customer after customer. I know it is my goal to make sure no one gambles with you guys anymore, for their own protection.

They think they can give inaccurate scores in their live betting window and then hold people to bets that are placed with those score updates.

They said the game was heading to the bottom of the first inning with the score 0-0, when there were actually 3 runs scored in the first inning.

This is a bold faced lie and also ignores the main issue.

Your scoreboard and live betting platform said the top of the first inning was over and it was headed to the bottom of the first inning with a score of 0-0. That is when I placed a bet of under 4.5.

They then score 3 runs in the top of the first inning!!!!

I left a negative trust review and it disappeared without any investigation. They scam people with their live betting.

Still no fix.

To make matters worse, the incorrect information DIRECTLY led to the loss.

5 runs were scored in the first 5... they told me 0 were scored in the top of the first, 3 were actually scored.

5-3 = 2. Under 4.5 wins.

This is not acceptable.

Might need to add another SCAM rating to this book if this isn't fixed.

I'm surprised they haven't went through and graded all of the bets that were placed in between the posting of the incorrect game situation and the corrected game situation.

That should have been automated... Yet I have received nothing.

I have a very weird issue that I want to report to you guys and see what you think and see if I can get any help from sportsbet.IO here since it appears your live chat people never actually try to help you.

I made a bet tonight on UNDER 4.5 first 5 on the Mets/Dodgers... I made this bet after I saw the top of the first inning was over according to Sportsbet.IO's live betting feature. It said the usual, that the top of the first was over, and it was in the middle of the top and bottom of the first so heading to the bottom of the first with the score 0-0.

I later find out that 3 runs are scored in the top of the first inning, so that means that when I made the under 4.5 bet at the odds stated, those odds were given and bet with both parties understanding that it was 0-0 in the bottom of the first inning with 0 outs.

What actually happened is 3 runs scored in the top of the first.

How is this allowed? I honestly can't imagine any scenario where a full refund wouldn't be due based on those facts. Hopefully Sportsbet.IO does the right thing here, I'm probably done here for good and I'd advise you all to be careful if they don't fix this issue.

If they can lie on their scores to influence bets that you wouldn't bet if you knew the truth, good luck, because their score provider is usually well ahead of the TV broadcast. They could trick you into any bet in the country and then run off with your money, which they did here if they don't correct  this very serious issue.

I asked on chat why it was down and was told scheduled maintenance upgrade.

1) Why was there not a warning? I made a deposit there and then my funds are held hostage for going on 5 hours and this was SCHEDULED?
