121  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io 💰 MARCH 25,000+ mBTC Leaderboards ⚽ Regular moneybacks ⚽ on: March 22, 2017, 02:29:54 AM
Very slow payout request currently. Anyone else noticing this?

They used to process payouts within 1-2 minutes... That was one of their only positives... now that's gone?

Any response yet from sportsbet.io in regards to the fact they can scam people and cancel live bets up to 40 seconds after the point of submission and acceptance by the system?

Just wanted to let you guys know of a small display bug.
I made a bet and got this slip:

-snipped pic-

here I had made a parlay of both games over 0.5, but instead of Over 0.5, it shows me Over 1.2 and Over 1.35 which are actually the odds for those bets.
Is is only a graphical bug? Your payment in case you will win these bets is not bugged in any way?
I can't remember if I ever encountered anything like that when I set my parlays on sportsbet.io before.
Yes its only a graphical bug. I don't have the complete betslip photo here. The top part(non-expanded one) shows the right total odds of the parlay. Just the description of the bet is the part getting distorted.

This is a display bug for all pending or historical wagers.

I tried to alert them to this mistake, but their live chat specialists are some of the most incompetent people in the world.
I have almost never had any issues with the chat. You should realize the chat specialists are usually the ones who are runnings things on the front end, and at the most can only report the errors to the technical team, who are then responsible for fixing things.

They still need to be capable of reading. I politely explained that their new system update made it so the actual wager is not shown in the pending and graded wagers, only the price of the wager and the game being wagered. And the agent responded... 'Ok... do you have a question?'

LMAO... what an idiot.

Kansas ST Wildcats vs Oklahoma State CowboysTotal for whole match, including overtime

Here is what a live bet looks like now. This is all the information it gives you. It does not tell you the terms of your actual wager, and there is nothing further that can be clicked on since they "upgraded" their system.

So for instance, that 'Over' could be the number I actually placed, or they could have scammed me and given me a fake number total that I didn't click submit on, as their site is known to do.

But you won't be able to check on it, it doesn't give you the specific terms of your pending wager anymore on the active wager screen.

Jesus Fucking Christ. As if this site didn't have enough problems, now every pending wager shows up like this, not telling you the actual line you got.

Is today the day the sportsbet.io employee will finally address the scamming?

I cross my fingers!

Just checked. working or am I missing something?

Also, the website is frozen with lines from 8 hours ago.

Notre Dame/Miami is posted on the Live Betting page, with a line of -222 for Notre Dame. That game ended over 6 hours ago.

Just think about how careless you have to be to let that sit there like that. It's obvious anyone at that book is sleeping or drinking. Because why not? If they cost anyone any money, they'll keep it.

I see. Thank you for explaining Cheesy

Did you get the Bet is confirmed message? Green box on bottom right thingy.

Did the bet show on the Active Bets page?

From https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1458034.msg16607757#msg16607757 ,
Bet:
Over 34.5 live on Clemson/NC State.

Bet amount: ?

Odds: ?
Potential payout: (Bet + Profit): ?  5+BTC?

Compensation: 1BTC

I don't know why you say no one is interested, you or sportsbet.io didn't respond to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1458034.msg16695162#msg16695162

Original bet was 3400 mBTC at -154 odds I believe, would have paid mBTC of 5607.

Did you get the Bet is confirmed message?

So the amount you would have profited is 2.207BTC. You got compensated 1BTC.
Fair point.

Assuming they didn't take your 3400 mBTC, if you're 100% in the right, you have been shorted 1207 mBTC, not 5600

Not saying it justifies their actions, just trying to get as close to reality as possible.

To be fair, reality in a gambling world needs to be more open minded. I ended up continuing to try and get that wager and got a losing number (by half a point) instead of a winning number which I originally got fairly and squarely (by 6.5 points).

So in total, their scamming and unjustifiable actions did cost me that amount in total, but I can understand the philosophical differences if you think it's less.

All in all, they're scammers though. 33 seconds to cancel a wager after their system approves it. That's preposterous and gives them a massive gambling edge on every live wager placed. I would guess they're absolutely murdering their customers with that kind of system in place.

After reading the complaints in your thread I tried to check your site but there I was only to get access to the menu and the remaining page took a longer time to load and I am now able to see only a circle revolving after the word loading and nothing more. You need to fix the issue sooner as it will take your players away from you.
Hi Vikingr,

Please note that we are still looking into this issue and our technical department is working to resolve this.

Our apologies for the inconvenience and in the meantime you could try our mobile site with your smartphone.

Cheers,
sportsbet.io

How about this piece of shit spokesperson just ignoring me and how they scammed me and answering everyone else around me???

Maybe worst sportsbook on the internet.

I'm going to campaign against this book every outlet I know until I get reimbursed for what I was robbed. It's now my mission to make sure this sportsbook fails. Thanks, sportsbet.IO!

Explain to me why a bet was cancelled 33 seconds after your system approved it was placed on a valid line.

Explain to me why I was given 1000 mBTC to compensate me for a 5607 mBTC loss. Explain to me why you're allowed to manually cancel wagers that long after a customer submits and is approved by the system.

LMAO, their live lines have been frozen for HOURS... the website is just pretending to exist but really everything is shut down and frozen.

Just checked. working or am I missing something?

They gave me 1000 mBTC for the trouble, but it cost me over 5500 mBTC... seems pretty pathetic. Admitting they fucked up, but not wanting to pay the full price of the fuck up.

I am not sure I can help, how much was the bet for and at what odds? Was this your first bet?

I'll say story again, but not like it matters. They ain't gonna help and apparently no one is heeding my advice anyway.

I made a bet. Confirmed. Green screen. Money out of account. Reloaded the page twice over about 30 seconds. Money was still out of the account, so I figured it was all good. I had made hundreds of bets in their live betting plat form before and that was my process. Went to another tab and another website and made some other wagers. Came back, check my game I bet, several positive things have happened and then I get the cancel notification alert. This would have alerted me on my tab immediately.

By Sportsbet.io's own admission, this cancellation came 33 seconds after the system processed it as a good wager on an active and open line. 33 seconds! Imagine how long that is. I'd argue it was longer, but I guess it's possible they had website issues or I had internet issues and it didn't alert me promptly.

But still, best case scenario, they get 33 seconds after a bet is approved to cancel it, while the customer gets 0 seconds to cancel something after it's approved. How can something be a proper live betting system when the accepter of the bet has such an unreasonable amount of time while the customer gets nothing?

I think there should be a very obvious reaction to what is the problem here. The real problem is that sportsbet.io is allowed to cancel wagers manually for extensive amount of times that their system processes as good wagers with an open line. This is obviously wrong. This is not how other books do it. This is fraudulent and theft.
136  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 30, 2016, 03:41:17 AM
I'm just appalled they haven't answered why they need 33 seconds or more to cancel a wager their system approved??? Why? How? How is that fair? Why can't the customer have a choice to cancel that wager for as long as they do?

They've scammed me and no one here seems interested.
137  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 30, 2016, 01:35:33 AM
LMAO, their live lines have been frozen for HOURS... the website is just pretending to exist but really everything is shut down and frozen.

But don't worry guys, if this website screw up fucked anyone over, they won't make up for it, they'll grab your cash and run away with their fingers in their ears, as they proved with me.

Also, I marked this website as a fraudulent scamming book and it doesn't show up on their reputation when I log out? What the fuck is that shit?
138  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 29, 2016, 11:31:52 PM
I would just like to be explained why their live betting department would need 33 seconds to accept or cancel a wager after the system already processed the bet through. Their system can be programmed to reject bets if the line is taken off the board, so why on god's green earth would they be allowed to cancel 33 seconds after that is done???

They gave me 1000 mBTC for the trouble, but it cost me over 5500 mBTC... seems pretty pathetic. Admitting they fucked up, but not wanting to pay the full price of the fuck up.
139  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 29, 2016, 07:14:18 PM
1) Customer clicks on submit wager... Customer waits, waits, waits for green approval message and deduction in account balance.

2) Customer sees approved wager message, account deduction.

3) Sportsbet.io apparently gets 33 seconds on whether to officially approve this wager or reject it.

I want you all to go watch a sporting event and count to 33 Mississippi while you're watching and ask why on earth any book would need 33 seconds to have to cancel or approve your live wagers.

33 fucking seconds!!!!

If you want to let this cunt book scam you, be my guest, but they're scam artists. 100% fact, I would bet my life on the fact they're scam artists and have scammed and will continue scamming in the future. And they'll blame their scamming on server errors, load problems, website issues, etc. But believe me, they're scamming you the next chance they get.
140  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: October 29, 2016, 07:07:53 PM
can't make any bets on the site, the odds are not loading, this is really frustrating especially during live betting  Angry

Consider yourself lucky. As mentioned by sportsbet.io's own staff, they're allowed to cancel a live wager submitted and approved for no less than 33 seconds after it is accepted and removed from your account.

If your bet looks favorable during that 33 seconds, BOOM, bye bye. If it looks negatively, they pass it right on through.

This is a scam artist book. 100% fact. They admitted it in this very thread.
