The final score of this game played on this date was 5-3, yet 8 hours after the game was completed, the wager was 'canceled' as a push rather than graded correctly as a win. Can you explain why this error happened? This is the 4th time in the last few months that I've had a game graded incorrectly, incorrect in a way that hurt me and cost me bitcoins. Never have I had a game graded incorrectly that benefited me... Why do all of these games get graded incorrectly only when it hurts the customer? I really don't understand. Please reverse and grade this game correctly for one, but please explain why all these incorrect grades are happening in the first place. Thank you. |

The issue here is that yes there was a problem with betcoin.ag once upon a time and nobody disputes that but this person complaints about something once happened and not currently happening as of right now.
So, the question becomes how long will we put the casinos in negative until all that is past and now they are true, now if it happened 10 minutes ago we would still assume that is bad, but we had problems dating as far as 3 years ago, would you still condemn a place for what they did 3 years ago and manage to even re-tribute that positively and improved themselves ? Has there been an issue in the past week for example ?
If a place is bad than yeah we would all put negative trust on them but if a place had an issue back in the day but improved themselves and now better we can't keep a grudge for this long.

It was the way their software worked for 2 years. This is undisputed. If you think they compensated every player for every bet that moved (most of them move in the 10 seconds it takes to accept) then you must be an idiot. For what it's worth, not that you have much credibility so I'm probably wasting my time, but the reason most players didn't see that it happened is that their software approves the line and you have to refresh the page to see your bet, and often can't see it for a few hours, and it also doesn't tell you it paid you a bad price until you check the next page. Example: I bet -200 on team A... it thinks, thinks, thinks... and you get the green check mark and you think you got your bet... refresh, it might not be there, but if it's there, it'll say -400... Now yes, you're going to notice if it's -400 and complain. The problem is, most of their lines move 10/20 cents b/c they have such small action that they overreact to every wager anyone tries to make... so they're moving the line against you every bet and you can't tell b/c all you see is expected payout... so what's the expected payout on 73 chips at -110 vs -115... sure, if you do the math you'll know, most players don't know the math and wont' recognize they're getting scammed. They admitted all of this and haven't paid anyone back. They're a proven fraud and so are you for defending them. It may not be a big deal to steal 5 chips from a player here and there for you. But that's added up to hundreds of thousands of dollars over 2 years. Why would that not matter? this was fixed long time ago and you are the only one who is bringing it back over again the chat history that Betcoin revealed about that player clearly showing that he was taking advantage of the situation and the site was keep offering him bonuses deciding to bring an old problem back after the site refused to give the player more bonuses is clearly fishy when you bet with a site you are trusting them with your money , and sometimes mistakes happen you should instantly report the problem so the site can fix the problem for you , but you are just coming back months after they said they fixed the problem clearly there is something fishy with your story personally I check the payouts and the odds for every single bet I make ( and I average around 15 bets a day ) why ?? because I had problems with sites here in the forum with green trust but they always fixed it for me after I reported it mistakes and bugs happen , there are several times where the site credited me full win when my stake should be half win and there are times where the opposite happened can't just accuse sites of scamming after several months when you don't report a problem instantly , especially that you decided to continue betting with them despite having problems as you are claiming You paid by Betcoin? Did they make things right for the slot player they scammed? What about the poker fraud players that got scammed? And now sportsbook players go unpaid and scammed. For what it's worth, Betcoin.AG has publicly admitted their fraud and also not compensated anyone for it.
Their sports bets used to have a negative line movement that got automatically approved on all wagers made.
I'll give an example so everyone knows what is happening here.
Customer places a bet on the New England Patriots -110 to win the game. He clicks accept. The bet takes 10-15 seconds to process, during that 10-15 seconds, the line would move to -160 and automatically accept. The customer had NO rejection rights on that line shift massively against him.
This happened to me on wagers for as much as -400 on the moneylines of games.
Interestingly enough, if the line moved positively in the bettor's favor, that did not automatically accept. You got the worse line.
This was called a "glitch" publicly by Betcoin.AG, but in actuality, it was designed to do this and they knew that. Process the bad line movements. Reject the good line movements and revert back to the old accepted line.
They stole tens, probably hundreds of thousands of dollars from sports customers this way.
They've admitted this "glitch" and yet compensated no one.
They are an admitted scam book.

These accounts, who conveniently signed up for BitcoinTalk at the same time and posted on the thread at the same time are part of the same multi-accounting operation that has been discussed in detail in this thread already. They have been been warned several times and keep returning to the site, and their accounts were closed for multiple violations, per our terms of service. https://www.betcoin.ag/support/betcoinag-terms-serviceThis was not a decision that was taken lightly.
