1141  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Technical analysis a must know in crypto trading? on: April 14, 2023, 08:59:18 PM
Hello everyone am new here, more like a trader that got by with a bit of knowledge through personal experience (success and failure's) since 2020 but got introduced to this forum by a friend, pointing out that I can find information's and be able to communicate with other enthusiast in the crypto market. I look forward to my experience here.
P.S I have really poor knowledge on bitcoin technicalities, am more of the chart reading and gut feeling type. so I hope am not breaking any of the rules posting here.
Was really curious to understand if technical analysis is vital or just a means to reduce risk. Thanks in advance
Even though technical analysis isnt something that precise nor give out guarantees on making or giving positive results into your trading, but  having the knowledge about on making yourself that pretty aware on how to make use of these things are important rather than on having no knowledge at all on what it is.We do know that we cant just make out some positioning in regarding with our trading and just getting in without any
basis which is really a bad thing if you do have that kind of consideration. You are just simply making doing some gambling on that case. You should know on how to read up and make some technical analysis
which you would really be needing it up along the way.
1142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Nghitumbwa (May 13) on: April 13, 2023, 11:24:57 PM

I have no expectations from Casimero's opponent because he is an unknown fighter, but I am more interested in how Casimero will deliver an impressive win. However, as you said, Casimero should not be careless and underestimate his opponent. If the result is not in his favor, it could potentially affect his future journey. Remember that he wants to be a champion again, and the only way for that to happen is if he keeps winning fights.

That's true, but let's hope that Nghitumbwa will not be a different fighter in the ring. His records indicate that he is an aggressive fighter, but sometimes boxers change their style when they face a superior opponent. This fight is going to be entertaining, and we are expecting to see Casimero face a challenging fight. So, Nghitumbwa better live up to that challenge.
I hope he does not change his style radically, after all the moment he does he is already admitting that he cannot beat his opponent with his main style and strength, and if that is the case then how can he expect to beat Casimero if he will need to use a completely different strategy than what he usually uses? Now some minor adjustments are fine, but a radical adjustment spells doom for most boxers, no matter how skilled and talented they are.

Speaking about chances, radical change in techniques and style will unlikely give any good outcome in a match or fight because it requires patience and time to master those changes that are made prior the fight and looking at the time Nghitumbwa has, he definitely don't have that much time especially against Casimero. But we never know because we are just speaking about chances, I think we should see the outcome first because Nghitumbwa's camp won't be that confident enough if it doesn't work.

Well, if that's the only way that Nghitumbwa's camp sees just to defeat Casimero then they should do it because either way, they need to show their skills and try to give the former champion a hard time because looking at his records, it's not that believable that his power is in par with Casimero as he's just an unknown boxer who and more like a local boxer who doesn't have any good experience at all.
Trying to compare out the stats then its no brainer on whose the ones who do have the upperhand when it comes to experience which we know that Casimero is and now its been tried out to box a certain boxer who do have overall 12 matches but surprisingly his KO win rate is really that big which means that this guy is a heavy puncher which its something not to be that confident on but just like on what most been anticipating
that this wont really be that much of an issue considering that experience is too wide gap plus casimero is also a power puncher too. Who would bet out on how long or many rounds does
Nghitumbwa would last out?  Cheesy
1143  Economy / Speculation / Re: FTX recovered $7.3B in Assets and is considering restarting! on: April 13, 2023, 10:28:13 PM
Good news today from the FTX lawyers. They said that over $7.3B has been recovered and they are considering actually rebooting the exchange somewhere in the Q2.

FTT is rallying over 40% on this news, almost topping $2.

The only issue with this is that if assets such as SOL drop back down to <$10 then obviously they won't have $7.3B anymore. Since their largest holding is SOL with owning over 10% of the supply. Either way its a good win since many will get some of their assets back at least. Hopefully this wont be another MtGox which took over a decade.
It was too early to believe this news, they might fool us or not.
Well, the good thing they do is to prove that they are still capable enough as trust can't easily to build up when it was ruined already. We can put MtGox as an example and we should not have to trust easily the exchange that had bought disease to the crypto world. They should have to work hard and show us that they we're safe otherwise, nobody can afford to risk with them back (and lose money again).
People would be more trusting on them or would really be get convinced if they would decide to publish or disclose out on how they do able to get back that $7.3B asset which is something that mind boggles me if

it was in one go or in accumulation kind of type when it comes to getting those funds back. Some do say that it was really planned since from the start? We dont know on what actually those plans or intents.
People do mostly focused on what they have done recently and this is the result on why FTT did make out some pump which its not shocking that much.

The only issue or question on here is that, will people would really be that still trusting them up again after all the things that happened?
1144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Skill Based Slot Machines on: April 13, 2023, 09:22:09 PM
I play slot because of its randomness, it unpredictability. And purely because of it's luck factor. I am consider myself as a luck person so some extent. Skill based slots sounds boring and like a lot of work to me. As an oldie, II am not going to change my ways because if you consider it critically, you would see that traditional slots wins at the end of the day.
but for young gamblers they usually prefer skill based Slot games. because this skill-based slot is like a challenge for young gamblers to get a win from their skills and to be honest I actually like this skill-based slot, it's just that I don't have much time to play it and prefer random number-based slot games which are easier to place bets although luck is very difficult to get from this random number base slot game.
so, it's up to the gamblers to choose which slot games, most importantly, they can enjoy every bet.
How skills could really be applied on playing on slots? Are there possible ways on applying out strategy or methods on making yourself having the edge towards or against with playing slot? I dont retally think so that it

would be something that applicable or something that could be possible since we know on how do slots works. We know gambling games does have different types which there are luck based and there are strategic.
There's no way that slots could really be put up on something that do needs strategy because thats not how it works. We know on how easy to roll up those slots and wait up for the results of those texttiles or
characters to go in line. If ever there would be ones who do able to make one then i would be that so curious on what it would looks like.

If you are really that having zero knowledge in trading and if you do wanted to have a good grasps when it comes to technical indicators then it wouldnt really be t hat bad on finishing up the course which is
on BABYPIPS.COM.

This might be particularly focusing on FOREX but this is something that do share up on the same idea on how technical indicators should be used and should really be treated up.
Dont make yourself that having that feeling sorry or whatsoever because this is a free market. You can do everything you do want and make or use of your own ways
and its none others business on what you would be doing.
1146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ridiculous Bets that disappointed you on: April 13, 2023, 08:06:50 PM
If am to take a good cognisance to my own personal gambling experience and lifestyle, i could deduce that there are many occasions whereby i count on regrettable moment in gambling whereby i loose my bets due to some slightly mistakes made, i am not only focused about the lost in money because i know it always involve money when gambling, but what i regret is the missing target from winning the game due to an uncommon mistake made which could have been avoided if known.

It seems to me that you need to change your mindset about gambling. You shouldn't try to find the reason you lose in yourself, when most gambling games are structured so that losing is more likely than winning. And the more games you play, the more pronounced it will be. It's simple math and expecting you to be so lucky that you can cheat the math is not really right.
There's no way that we could be able to alter or influence on being lucky on the time that you do really make out some gambling thing. We do know the odds and we do know the chances on why we are really that winning or lossing. Its just right that you shouldnt really be making yourself believe on things which cant really be that possible. Bets whether do win or lose and it would really be depending on several factors but it would really be
mostly be depending on luck which is something that not shocking anymore. Most of the time the thing where you do get disappointed is on betting on games which you do see that it is one sided
and you do go all in and been calculating already your profits but it ends up on a lose.
1147  Economy / Economics / Re: Without government job we can survive on: April 12, 2023, 11:06:44 PM
In life, don't be too reluctant in everything you do, because everyone of us later turns to be more responsible for ourselves than when we look upon someone for our help, government cannot help everyone through in making it in life at the same time, this is one of the reasons we always have an unequal distribution of people base on many criterias, we need to learn to be independent than expecting others fulfill our roles for us.
Dont make yourself that being reliant into others or on whats been provided because time comes that we would really be needing to stand on our own feet without having those kind of aid or backups on what we do

see around, which means that we are the ones who would really responsible towards our fate if ever we do decide on which one we would be taking. Life improvement and progress would really vary on what you have
done and on what are the targets and goals that you are trying out to achieve. Government does have that role on providing some temporary aide but all theway
we are the ones who should really be seeking out opportunities which we do see that it could really give us a better life.
1148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Thought On Gambling Strategies on: April 12, 2023, 10:20:03 PM
I think people don't understand that there is no strategy in gambling. Gamble but consider your spendings on it as an entertainment expense. Got luck on your side and won? Good. If you don't you still had fun.

Easy to say but when you are on the losing side of things then it would really be totally different in speaking about losing which it would be normal that you would be having that kind of common reaction which you would really be that disappointed on the current situation you are in.For those people who do accept their fate on the time that they do gamble and accepting their losses then its good as long they do able to get that leisure time but its normal to have still those impulsive reactions along the way.

Strategies is just really some things that would be spicing up your gameplay and it isnt something that guaranteed out profits or assurance that you would be having a good run.
This is why it would really be depending on your approach and emotion towards your gambling session.
1149  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we experience $80k this year? on: April 12, 2023, 09:17:16 PM
There is no level of accuracy to predict the price of bitcoin will touch $80k by the end of this year, but the level of accumulation that occurs and the cycle shows the price movement towards that stage. The issue is whether the current price is the end point of bitcoin touching below $30k, as I see it is still too soon for the price to reach the $80K level.

Ideally the price to be surpassed is $50k and it is at this point of accumulation that bitcoin will reach $80k. Let's see for the next few months and how market sentiment will affect bitcoin, the current surge in price also still indicates good conditions to buy, as the halving is already looking very close and almost beyond the price that people are predicting.
The initial bullish stage has entered which means the bearish has finished. Next you can expect the $35k and $40k resistances to be reached as the current bullish trend is very supportive of the assumptions. Recently the $30k was topped which was a turning point on a more bullish streak, but in any case we're only going to slow down a bit before trying to touch new resistance.

$80k is not in the shadows yet, but if bitcoin keeps its current trend then $40k or higher could be reached. Just wait, do DCA if you are looking for the best time to invest.
Basing up on TA's then we could say that bear market is over if the price would be hovering around 36k-46k which is something not too far off as we do see but speaking about 80k for this year couldnt really be that possible unless if there would be some bullish news which would poke up and pop up the community interest and some sort of mix hype then for sure it wont really be that impossible but of course just like on what
most people do talk about on breaking up ceilings and resistances is never been that simple. We should considerate on how hard on breaking on every those lines since there would be always a strong
selling pressure to those areas which we know that it could really take up some time on seeing up these numbers.
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale strategy in casinos on: April 12, 2023, 08:59:30 PM
Martingale strategy in casinos. How do you feel about it?  Huh Huh Huh My little experience sometimes comes with a good result) but more often the result is negative
Martingale is the most common strategy which is to be used on Dice games or even on some luck-based games like Roulette or even on crash games which you would be doubling out your bet when you are at loss
and reset when you do win. Yes, it is something that considerable but when it comes to profitability then there's no assurance that it would really be ending up positive. There's no such thing about infinite bankroll
on which means that if a long lossing streak would be on the way, then you would be seeing yourself that get fucked up and you would entirely blown up your balance in a snap.
1151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happens If Binance Exchange Flee Away like FTX on: April 12, 2023, 08:15:58 PM
I think that such a scenario is very unlikely in the near future. It should be understood that many are interested in the fact that bitcoin was, and it was used as often as it is now. So, I do not think that there will be noticeable changes.
We know that nothing do last forever which means that everything on this world could be replacen on which even Binance wont end up like FTX then there might be some new exchange which would  overtaken, but since

we are talking about having that fleeing away just like on what FTX did then its true that this is unlikely considering on how good Binance is plus they are really that much known. There's no way on hiding out
if ever they would really be doing some shady stuffs in regarding with their service.

The main key on here on which you wont really be bothered if ever things turns out to be shit is that never ever leave huge amount on exchange platform.
We dont know on what could happen next.
1152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: April 11, 2023, 11:07:21 PM
I wouldn't rely on AI to predict outcomes but I could get good information with the AI on what they think of the team versus the team of the others. Sometimes, when you are not familiar with the team you will do some research about them and there are times that you'll be missing information. I am wondering what kind of AI you are going to use in prediction as some AI are not into current date and it would be risky to rely on them alone. I think it would be effective if you have ideas from them and you have your own.
If we are not familiar with the team, it is better that we don't have to bet on the match and look for another match where we know the team. It will be better because our chances of winning will be better too. Even though you can get information with AI, that doesn't guarantee you can get that information because the development of AI hasn't reached the stage where it can provide very accurate information. So instead of having trouble analyzing data from AI, it's better for us to bet on matches with teams we know.
It should be on this way but we know that there are people who do make out bets even if they dont know the sports that they are involved with and just simply sticking out on the highly favorite and the worst they do

make out some all in bets which it would really be neither a win or lose.It would really be entirely be not that entertaining at all if having this way but of course there would be gamblers who would really be
minding that much about making money or profits despite of the lacking of knowledge about it.

Speaking about AI, then i dont see for it to be that something that would really be that relevant unless if you do look for information or past histories of a certain team or player
then it might do but predicting on future outcomes? Its not something that you could rely on.
1153  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and education on: April 11, 2023, 10:12:56 PM
education really cannot be a benchmark for one's success because in truth our goal of studying education is to seek knowledge not to earn money and this knowledge will be used to make money. knowledge is not only obtained by getting education up to university, even now university degrees can be sold buy like a car that is used for tax xi a lot of knowledge can be obtained from various things such as failure of a person's experience and many other things where we can get knowledge, but in the end the skill needed is the skill to make money,
Not something a benchmark indeed because not all people would be successful even on having their degree but somewhat having one is really that recommendable. It isnt really just for the sake of having that advantage

compared to others but rather on having that sufficient knowledge on something around you.Of course there are people who doesnt have educational attainment but still ending up on successful.
Not all the time but there are people who do able to reach or achieve such state but of course you would really be needing to be wise and really that sensible and aware
about your investment actions which is something that not everyone or everybody could easily pull on.
1154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tilt in gambling on: April 11, 2023, 09:59:14 PM
All the time.

For example, playing Live Game Casino (Baccarat). You're got 8 and then the other got 9, any kind of lose who only have different 1 number always make me tilted punch some tamble or my mouse.

I mean, I accepted the lose but the lose like this just make me mad ~LOL.
That's also like me before that every time I lose, I even tap on my table or the wall whenever I don't see the result that I'm expecting.

This is normal behavior of disappointment but if it's being done on a daily basis, this is unhealthy. I've been there and done that and that have felt me terribly bad that I'm into that point that it keeps disappointed at all times.

But it has to stop so I have to control myself and emotions that's being made. As of now, I'm no longer easily tilt with average results because of my bets.
There's always a time when the thread snapped on which you could really be able to punch up a wallet or bang up something that around you which is really a common reaction or things to be done when you do lost a certain bet.I agree on what most people been saying on here is that we are just human beings on which it is really normal to have these reactions where losing money is something that could make you
angry or really that been disappointed. Tilting when it comes to emotions is really that very common but if you are really that coming for entertainment then it wont really matter
that much but reactions like  this is common.
1155  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happens If Binance Exchange Flee Away like FTX on: April 11, 2023, 09:23:15 PM
As Binance currently holds more than 60 billions of dollars and that's to much money. And I cannot believe if all money might gone than Bitcoin might come to 10000 dollars. Let's hope for good and what are your thoughts in this.
The picture you painted there is really one of doom if it ever came to that. No, not doom for Bitcoin per se but for the entire crypto space. I know Bitcoin is a phoenix; a cat with nine lives. It will surely rise from any dip. The problem will be with altcoins. They will dip like mad. Again, I'm looking beyond Binance as an exchange (the largest in trading volume and most trusted on the score, unarguably) to its affiliates and subsidiaries. What happens to them all? What becomes the fate of Trust Wallet, and the funds in it? In fact, I wish this hypothetical catastrophe away immediately.
For sure the entire market would be bearish if this one really happens on which it cant really be something that a small issue considering that we are talking or speaking about Binance on here which is the top exchange
or CEX that we do have at this moment. If ever that CZ would be deciding on scamming out everyone then it would be a total disaster. This is why it isnt really just right that you would be putting or giving 100%
trust on any exchange whether its Binance or into other.

Its better not to leave up your 100% assets on an exchange, no matter how trustable or known it is, we wouldnt know on what are the things that might happen ahead.
We cant be able to determine on what it would be.
1156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How honest and transparent are casinos? on: April 11, 2023, 08:28:50 PM
I think most online casinos that we see on visible side of internet is pretty regulated so I don't have doubts they tend to follow specific rules. In some countries such operations like extra money bonus/rewards should be done in observation of notary to avoid cheating. Well obviously there must be some casinos which are under radar and they might be violating law. But such cases must be very rare. We are living in 2023 so in such cases one appointment to law may cause gambling operation to end. Its risky and profitable business.
Why it is really that hard to make your business that regulated? Are they really jus that too serious on avoiding up taxes or whatever deductions? I cant really see a reason on why a business owner would really be having that operation under the radar but its true that majority now are on compliance on what the government had set into. When it comes to transparency then it would really be that depending because not all would really be that honest and transparent enough but well we arent that blind not to see those differences and this is why we should really make use of our own will and common sense on which one would be worth.
So its up to your personal choice whether which one.
1157  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto traders beaten by girls on: April 10, 2023, 08:11:38 PM
Let us Guys take this as challenge for our crypto activities as now women seemingly dominating the scene .
i also a cousin that is good in trading and I must admit that beating me completely about our trading position , considering that I am the one who thought her how crypto currencies do.
and now? she is richer than me , having leave Her Job and focus completely in crypto trading and investing.

Dominating or not, it doesnt matter because we are all  here as a trader doesnt care on what gender you do have. There's no need for some competition just because we do see that they are women but its not good to
look down on them and wont really be letting ourselves men to be beaten up? For some then it would really be touching up their ego and this is why they would really be that mindful even with these slightest details.
Overall its not really that something that could be bothersome.Just mind your own business and make yourself that profitable and doest mind whether we are beaten up by girls or not.
There's always that kind of competition in between genders but overall it isnt really that something we could bothered be on.
1158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tipping Dealers on: April 10, 2023, 07:43:41 PM
Tipping is one of the other source of income for the dealer and most of the time they earn more from this compare to their salary. You gave tips because you are satisfied for their services and for sure that guy enjoyed well playing with that dealer. Tipping a car a big one, lucky for that dealer maybe that gambler won millions of money. Tipping is fine for me as long as I make profit.
It would really be that understandable that people or gamblers would be giving off some tip into a dealer specially when he is really that winning or making up profits which its true that it does really show some sort of

appreciation on what they've been doing. You would really be having that in mind that they might really be the ones on making you lucky on giving out those good cards or whatsover which it isnt really
that shocking that you would really be giving some tips and of course it wont really be that a huge amount for you to bother with specially when you do profit big.
I dont see this as a bad gesture and its true that this is where dealers do make out more money than with their own salary.
1159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Experience of failure and success can help us control the emotions. on: April 10, 2023, 01:22:19 PM
Generally speaking, emotions are what make us act. If we lived without emotion, we would get bored very quickly. Emotions in trade may not be a good thing, but emotions lead us to, for example, accidentally discover a new plan of action. And we can always set up a trading bot.

Emotion is a big player in the trading of cryptocurrencies.
If emotion is removed in trading, you will understand that we will all behave like bots. Whether we lose we lose to the end, whether we win we win to the end.
But if emotions is not considered in cryptocurrency trading, where them would be the place of risk management.

Emotions works in conjuction with instinct. When an amateur trader has the instinct of winning, he would increase his capital and then increased his leverage to win. He may be so unlucky that in the end he will lose them. Then that will count as an experience for him for future reference.
Almost every newbie makes the mistake of emotion when they start trading but as long as they proceed and get more experience, they would tend to place skills over emotion during trading.
Eliminating emotions or trying out to remove it does really sounds simple but its not really that easy to be done even how long or old you are on dealing with the market. We are just humans which means that tendency of

sudden burst of emotion is really just that normal specially on times that we do see the market isnt really that behaving on what we are expecting.Well, experience is really indeed the key on making yourself
way more better as the time goes on but it cant really be avoided that you would really be that emotional on some key areas. This is why it is really that necessary that you should
be aware on what are the things that you've been doing or simply trying out to be that versatile as much as possible.
1160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Times When Casinos Will Ask Certificate That You Are A Responsible Gambler on: April 10, 2023, 12:51:45 PM
Will there come a time when online casinos will implement that you upload a responsible gambler certificate before you continue to play because of too many government restrictions it's not necessary for newly registered gamblers but for gamblers who lose a lot of money and their activity is they are suspected to be addicted to gambling.
The reason why the government will implement this, as a precaution, is to protect people from losing their wealth and their health from too much gambling because of addiction, it's a way of protection.
Too much hassle i would say!

I dont think that we would really be going into this point on which certificates would be asked out.You cant really be able to conclude that if someone does have its own cert would justify that they wont get addicted
on the time that they would play on that particular day? There's no way on stopping out addiction once it would be able to shackle you on.

This is where crypto gambling would be even more popular once this would be strictly implemented into fiat casinos.Regulations and restrictions is common.
Whether we do like it or not there's no way on stopping them but at least we do really have options to take.
