Listing on an exchange isn't enough for me to join on a bounty campaign, There are things to consider like the exchange, the volume of the coin, the starting crowd sale fundings, and many more. Having a coin on a good exchange boost the chance of getting paid what you deserved. If a coin is listed on an exchange, Volume is important because you can find here the support of the coin.

New developers don't always do good research on exchanges that's why they end up picking bad exchanges, there are still well rated exchanges that are better and not as costly as listing on Binance

I've never seen a big failure project like blockburn this year so far, in 2019 when this project was released it was trading at a whopping 0.93$, and after bounty was over, without sending any token to any bounty hunter the value is now 0.00007$, this will be the first failure project I promoted this year, the use case is something that should work as per my research but the question is, what happened? Exit scam? Or team dumped?

Agree, if we afraid about submitting KYC we need to trade in decentralized exchanges but I don't find any volumes here. As of now, even higher exchanges are not asking for a KYC procedure for a certain amount, if they start asking for KYC better move our funds into the safe wallets.

I get that a large exchange has a large community, but even Binance with their big communities now don't dare to do IEOs too much because they really angered their communities by running a lot of Launchpad projects and then simply went to delist them when they weren't doing so well. Binance has fake volume too, but they didn't create it, bots of projects did.
