1221  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Philosophy on: March 27, 2017, 01:31:10 PM
That kind of thinking will cause world chaos and disorder in a society where we live in. Let us say that school of thought was right but even though we must enjoy our lives to the fullest since there are no more second trip in this life but we still must uphold order and live the virtues that a man should have. Virtues and morals are necessary to keep everyone safe and live peaceful in a society, without these elements instead of enjoying our life to the fullest our lives will be shorten. Thus if there are no second life we must make earth a heaven to live in and to make it possible living the moral and ethical virtues is the key to this.
I don't agree with you, because I think that virtues and morals are something that you learn from your parents. Life teach us to enjoy it to the fullest, but that doesn't change the fact that something are bad. Buddhism teaches people to enjoy life and many other things. And i don't see chaos in buddhistic countries.
1222  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: March 27, 2017, 01:23:44 PM
I don't hate any religion but yeah, some facts and rituals are quite unfair. Almost all religions have different rules for men and women. I don't think any religion should differentiate between two genders.

My religion as well has some facts I don't agree with. "If someone strikes you on the cheek, offer the other cheek as well." "If one doesn't go to the Church on every Sunday, he is a sinner".

Religion shouldn't make someone lose their self respect or make anything compulsory for a person else they are called sinners. I'm not an atheist but do criticize religion at times.
I don't think that any religion is simple enough, and because of that there are a lot of disagreements. "If one doesn't go to the Church on every Sunday, he is a sinner" that sounds like something that only mortal man would say. God is forgiving, and at the end only what matters is "Did you tried to be good person?" . There will always be people who will disagree. To follow something blindly is not good thing, because latter you can't say "I was told to do this, or that" . Everything we do, we do it on our own freewill.
1223  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How hard is it really to make money on: March 27, 2017, 01:12:57 PM
hey,   i am thinking of learning to make money of bitcoin, i understand it takes alot of work, my question is to make money of btc etc and alternative courancies how much learning do i realistically have to do  and how much work and dedication, how hard is it to be succesfull?
As you know, everything in life demands a certain amount of effort. Nothing in life is easy when it comes to earning money. For some people it is easier than for other, but that doesn't make it easy. You will need a lot of time spent on learning everything you can learn about Bitcoin or some altcoin currency that you want to work with. But like everything in life, if you work hard and get to know what you are doing, it will eventually pay off.
1224  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Terror attack in London on: March 27, 2017, 01:07:32 PM
Too much sad things happened in past, they are all horrible. It is sad to see that some people are so deep in some fanatic believing, that they would do all kind of things "for grater good" or what ever twisted believing they have. I don't know why Islamic fanatics do things they do... I mean, who sane on earth would do things that they do...
1225  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do You Waste Your Life On The Internet? on: March 27, 2017, 01:02:31 PM
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21PXdxPNI2w

Do you live in the real world or do you waste your life on the internet?

I'm 50/50. Sometimes I don't use social media or internet except email and google maps maybe, like, for weeks but then some months I just sit on my ass on the internet.

What's your lifestyle?
I think that in this day and age it would be sad if you are not using everything that technology could give you. Technology is here to make our life easier, and if you are using it right it will make it easier. But sadly most of people become dependant on technology. Internet is grate way for learning and many other things. Person can spend all day online and won't use more than few percents of Internet potential.
1226  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Philosophy on: March 27, 2017, 12:53:38 PM
Let's elevate the dialog and speak about our ideologies and what philosophic branches we fancy or otherwise?
Here's my main philosophy views and why:

Core:

Epicureanism; because nothing really matters, no matter how important or how serious you think you are, life is just a short journey, eventually we all be forgotten, bury deep in the sands of time. So enjoy your ride, make as much of the World a Paradise it can be; there's no second tickets and most likely no afterlife (at least none of the known afterlife theories makes any sense at all).

Rationalism: because all subjects must be discussed upon reason and information.

Simple things of life

Christianity (New Testament strict - Marcionism); whereas OT is abhorrent and violent, NT removed of its "mystical stuff" can be a good philosophic source.

Opposing

Fascism (including all flavors; Nazism, Communism, Islam, and so on); because there're limits for what and how far you can go on stuck your nose into other people's affairs! Making it worse, most of fascists and similar ideologies believe to have an "one-size fits all" response for all humanity issues, making them far more of a problem than a solution.

Sophism: As the major enemy of Rationalism, Sophism intents that "pretend to be right" by using twisted or broken logic (fallacies) is more important than anything else.

Hypocrisy: Pretty much the same as above but on the realm of "appearing to do good" is more important than actually do any good at all.

Supremacist branches (Nazism, Islam, KKK, BLM and so on); because I believe it to be more fair if everyone has the same rights regardless of skin color, religion, ethnicity or whatever insane reason or excuse used to it.
This is an interesting topic you have made. People around me tells me that I am a philosopher and that i need to be shorter when I'm speaking. That could be right, but i don't agree, because i don't see myself as a philosopher. If I would need to pick from what you said I think I would go with Epicureanism. Simply it is most reasonable, and I totally agree with it.
1227  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Renewable Energy on: March 27, 2017, 12:45:29 PM
In this technological era, some advancements have potential to make our world cleaner and greener. Do you think that it is possible? That people would start doing it in their own little ways that they can eventually have an impact on our environment?

Lots of scientific studies are out there being researched and developed, for example, the artificial photosynthesis. It's where you make a plastic coating of some sorts that will get CO2 or something and make cleaner air. That's where it's going to boom when it's practical to make for everyone to use.

Do you believe that the research papers now can have an impact? Cite examples and do you think that it's possible?

First i would like to say that it would be grate if scientist would make some new technology that could provide alternative source of energy. And hopefully it would be better than technology that we use today. Health of planet we live on is important. Many people don't take it seriously and I think that won't end well, if we don't do something to clean everything a bit.

1231  Other / Off-topic / Re: Android vs Window phones ....... on: March 03, 2017, 08:32:43 PM
which one is better in your point of  views ........... Huh??
As of now percentage of Android increase and increases, the advantages of it is being a friendly user software. Using of this OS it helps to know faster the environment of your devices because the version was arranged base on the needs of user.
Of course if you compare Android and of windows, the android is more difficult, although it is a matter of habit.
Windows is much easier for android, it's true, that's only support for Google Android is a very strong and we all know that a large part of the existing devices prenadlezhat it android system.
Most of phone devices use Android as there operating system, but that doesn't mean that Android is better. That only means it is most used. Android operating system needs about 70 percents of phones resources, and that is from my point of view biggest flaw of Android. Where windows operating system need about 30 percents. Now you decide which is better Cheesy.
1232  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War III ? on: March 03, 2017, 07:29:28 AM
War is terrible. However, I think we are already seeing a different kind of WWIII playing out. Its not happening with guns and tanks, but its happening on the internet. Cyber warfare is being engaged on a daily basis between countries. In addition, there are countless proxy wars taking place around the world. I don't expect a full on war between superpowers because of the fact that nuclear weapons now exist. They would pretty much destroy each other and there will be no winners.

Cyber warfare is perhaps better than the real warfare. Till now, no lives have been lost as a result of cyber warfare. Also, the cyber warfare targets politicians as well as soldiers, unlike the physical war where the politicians are safe.
Cyber war, political and diplomatic war and war intelligence have always existed and are maintained to this day. Just real physical war, it is the last argument in someone's evidentiary basis of the correctness and views.
I agree for some part with you guys. It is better to have Cyber war than real war where countless life's would be lost. But don't forget that sometimes in cyber war, economy of one country could be targeted. And in that country there are people that are dependent on bank loans and rest of that. Rich people would not suffer as much as lower standard people. So even in cyber war like in any other, common people suffer the most...
1233  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you earn money online? on: March 02, 2017, 02:41:50 PM
I use bitcoins to card electronics and clothes which i then sell.
Maybe i'm stupid one here, but i didn't understood what you wanted to say. From what i understood you are transferring your bitcoin in to fiat, and than transfer it to your account. Where you can use it to buy some clothes which you after wards sell on some online site. Or do you sell it in some shop ?
1234  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If nuclear war broke out where's the safest place on Earth? on: March 02, 2017, 02:17:29 PM
no way to get safe .....

china! no country will nuke China this time so it should be safer to stay there. it would be stupid to.  if US will drop a bomb on them then millions of the chinese living in US will cram together to form an infantry and bug their military. Stay in Bejing, there are good hotels there.
That is an interesting point of view you have there. Hmm, but i don't think that China would be safe as you say. Yes, there are Chinese people all around the world, in many countries. And if we take United states as example, there are more United states citizens than Chinese one, so that mean that rebellion would be crushed. Its same in any other country.
1235  Other / Off-topic / Re: Has a woman created Bitcoin? on: March 02, 2017, 02:12:20 PM
It is rarely thought and people tend not to believe it per se:

has a woman created Bitcoin? Why is this possibility always ruled out?

I believe a group of women has created Bitcoin.

Why not?

~CfA~

It is not impossible that some part of bitcoin idea was created by women, and that women helped in creating bitcoin that is. Today womens have a lot of equality in modern world, so i guess everything is possible. I know there are still some people that discriminate womens and i dont agree with that. If someone is productive, emply them no matter if its women or man.
Now is the time when women have the same rights as men. High technology is not an area of science where some of the floors has a big advantage.
You are totally right about that. In this day and age women's have more freedom to do what them want, i mean as a job and such. And i think that is good thing, because there are so many smart women's out there, and it would be sad if they are not allowed to contribute the human society.
1236  Other / Off-topic / Re: How did you discover bitcoin? on: March 02, 2017, 01:49:47 PM
i  know about it from the tv ,  i remember that's long time ago

I have also watch it on a American Channel though I forgot because it is a really long time. But my friends are really the one that convinced me earning some. I owe them one.
Hahaha i can't believe that there was commercials for bitcoin, that is awesome if you ask me. But its America, and it should not surprise me Cheesy . If only there was commercials for bitcoin here in Serbia Cheesy , that would be surprising totally Cheesy . That is good, because more and more people would get to hear about bitcoin.
1237  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: March 02, 2017, 01:41:26 PM
True is that this will be good year for bitcoin.

Currently strong resistance is on 1200$ price and most expect that this resistance will be broken. Some signals are that selling pressure is effectively dragging markets into trading sessions through which volatility is a dominant factor. Nothing remain except to wait for further progress in market.
I'm a little vaguely believe and imagine how bitcoin this year will rise to the heights that we predicted. Most likely spending the game with the price of bitcoin and earn on the difference in price, the stock exchange and major Delco, bitcoin will keep within the limits of $ 1k or so.

Bitcoin is very unpredictable, so it may rise and fall of this year. We have seen how unstable was its price in early 2017.

Watching price all day and all exchanges price went over 1200 dollar per bitcoin. So i hope this trend continues and that my early prediction is for 1500$ bet bitcoin this year is realistic. Some thinks that 2000 Will be hit, but dont think we can hold it if somehow bitcoin comes to that.
I agree with you Azguard, i think you speak logical. It is possible for bitcoin to come to 1500$ this year. If we look "around us", we can see that more and more people get to know about bitcoin, and that is good. Interest in bitcoin rise and with that so do price of it. Two years has passed since i heard of bitcoin, and price of bitcoin than was i think about 400$ or so.
1238  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: February 28, 2017, 05:42:04 PM
ok i explain atheists hate religions becaus of the violent impoverished societies they create just look at palestine iran/iraq pakistan nigeria afghanistan, religions cause violence for stupid reasons the reasons are ritualism.

why do people flee religious paradise middle east and beg in europe for shelter?

This is one religion. It is Islam. Islam has violence directives written right in their book, the Koran - http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/quran/023-violence.htm. Most Muslims are Muslims in name, only. They flee because they don't like the violence in their religion... at least when it happens to them.

Most of the other religions are not like this. Most of them don't suggest violence at all in their religious writings. The religion of atheism is different that all. It doesn't have any writings that suggest violence or non-violence. That's why Stalin atheism, and the religions of most other great leaders who were almost atheists, produced some of the greatest violence the world has ever known.

The only reason atheist Putin doesn't act more violent than he does is, history shows us that the people rise up against violence. Putin is simply biding his time, and waiting for the best opportunity.

Cool
Well, how do you explain the fact that an atheist Putin sends troops to kill people in other countries, and helps him in this Patriarch Kirill. He is a Christian but at the same time agitating members to participate in these wars in the name of God. How can you believe in God? Why doesn't he punish these people? So I think that it is not.
I think even for someone like me, who is not religious person that much, it is common knowledge that God won't punish anyone here on earth, not for any reason. Christian believe that when we die, our actions and decisions in life will be judged, and from what we done in life we will go in Heaven or Hell. So it is wrong to say How can you believe in God? Why doesn't he punish these people? .
1239  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: February 28, 2017, 05:35:37 PM
Do you really think bitcoin will die?

Bitcoin is now a proven system. Has been developing very successfully for 7-8 years. Large financial institutions are investigating blockchain technology.

I do not think a system that will revolutionize innovation will die.
After sometime i believe that bitcoin will die yes. But how long will it last... well we can only speculate. Some kind of universal currency for all races on earth will be formed and that could be bitcoin, but i doubt it. Maybe bitcoin will be mother for that currency, or maybe it will be bitcoin, i'm not expert on bitcoin so everything is just my opinion. But i believe strongly that something will be born from bitcoin.

What will die for what reasons?
Do you have any logical arguments for this? Is the alternative going to be another currency? Why do people stop using bitcoin when have no reason?
I think what i wrote was clear enough, if you didn't understood it maybe you should read it more carefully. As i said i am no expert, and it is only my opinion nothing more, but yes i believe that bitcoin will die in one point in future. Logical reason, hmm... there is still long way for bitcoin to become currency that could be used for day to day life. There is other government problems with bitcoin that need to be done. And not to mention that at the moment most of bitcoin is used on black market for what ever... So that is just some problems that come on my mind at the moment.
1240  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think about immortality? on: February 28, 2017, 05:30:05 PM
A long-lived life (200-250 years) will be realized by science. But I'm not sure if we can see in our generations.
Perhaps the next generation 2 generations after us will be able to see it literally.

In fact, I want to be immortal just to see these technological and scientific developments.
I agree with you. Life will be longer in near future. Maybe we won't live to see it, but it will happen for sure. Life will get longer and longer, and at one moment it will evolve in to immortality, or it will be really long, which is good too if you ask me. But there is one problem. It would not be enough for some people, no matter how long life would be, for them it would be still short.
