1241  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many times have you've been scammed? on: February 28, 2017, 05:24:13 PM
I scammed like hundred times and thats why you dont trust any people these days  Cry
So you are a scammer, you admitted that you scammed hundreds of times. It's funny what happens when you don't know how you are going to say it, bad grammar could lead to different meanings. It's hard to trust anyone, especially some stranger in the internet right?
Yes, you are right. Wrong spelling can sometime bring you in trouble, for no reason actually. And it is sad that there is more and more people who would scam you. I'm not sure if that is because of less jobs, or because people don't want to work hard for something in there life, or maybe both. For some its easier just to scam people...
1242  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: February 28, 2017, 05:19:51 PM
Everything is good so far price once again reach 1000$ level and for now lets keep it that way. I wont mind if comes over 1200 or 1300 that would be great to see but im good with this price at the moment.
I think that 2017 will be a turning point for users, because the time to stop speculating on bitcoin and understand that this currency can act as an insurance policy for you and your savings. If people understand it, it will be a huge increase in bitcoin.

More this year will be increase in all crypto currencies. For me not just bitcoin will gain but also some alt coin that are fighting for share of the market. We might see some do some success but in question of bitcoin alone think that for this year he already achieve much. Last year he was around 550 in this time and now almost double. Quite a big investment for those who purchase btc last year in this time.
Perhaps you like and that some users, the difference is almost twice their savings for half a year. And this despite the fact that only now the price of bitcoin has increased, but it still will grow.

Yes, I am sure that the price of Bitcoin will grow. There are all prerequisites for this. Some countries are changing their attitude towards Bitcoins from negative to positive. Many people have started using Bitcoins. All this will lead to what would be even more expensive Bitcoin
It is simple actually. When there is more people who buy bitcoin then those who sell, price of bitcoin will rise. If there would be more bitcoin for sale than people want to buy, price would go down. And not to mention situation at the moment, where its harder to mine bitcoins. That makes limited amount of bitcoin out there, which make it more expensive too.

Not all robots look like people... even a little. The robots that help build cars in car factories, are mostly designed to match their job. They don't look human at all.

Sometimes that bartender is moving so fast that he/she might as well be a robot. The real question is, would you tip a robot?

Cool
Hehehe! I guess you are right, robots in factory are made to be as much efficient as possible. Developers didn't think too much, actually not at all on looks of robot, to look human i mean. But it would be weird if we had bartender who looks like factory robot XD . That i would definitely not tip xD . Bartender need to be alive if you ask me, maybe they do like robots sometime, but they are alive and humans feel that Cheesy .
1244  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe in time travel? and if so where would you go and why? on: February 28, 2017, 05:01:05 PM
Well yeah I don't know why do I believe in time travel but I really do believe in it,
And if I can go back in time I would provably change my pass and make some better future for my family.

I always thought about it, to travel back in time to make my future better but by doing so you can make it worse or even a member of your family that is now alive to be dead if you change your past....if you change your past it will be good for some and bad for others
Actually that is paradox which tells us that if you would travel back in time, you could not change anything. Why... because first of all, all events that happened, leaded to the moment where you traveled back in time. So if you change something, events wouldn't be same and you would not travel back in time in the first place.
1245  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: February 27, 2017, 04:13:42 PM
Do you really think bitcoin will die?

Bitcoin is now a proven system. Has been developing very successfully for 7-8 years. Large financial institutions are investigating blockchain technology.

I do not think a system that will revolutionize innovation will die.
After sometime i believe that bitcoin will die yes. But how long will it last... well we can only speculate. Some kind of universal currency for all races on earth will be formed and that could be bitcoin, but i doubt it. Maybe bitcoin will be mother for that currency, or maybe it will be bitcoin, i'm not expert on bitcoin so everything is just my opinion. But i believe strongly that something will be born from bitcoin.

I don't think it will die. Maybe go down in value when another alt takes it's place. Even that may never happen. Just because bitcoin doesn't like to fork at this stage if its life doesn't mean that the developers will let it die. Whatever problems bitcoin is experiencing can be resolved by code. Like the block size debacle and eventually running out of block rewards.

No one is gonna let bitcoin die without a fight.
I am just guessing, nothing more. You could be right, bitcoin could go down and that would be it, it doesn't have to die. I know that there are a lot of people who like bitcoin the way it is. And it could live long enough. But sometime things happen, and whatever developers or some small group of people do, would just don't care. I saw a lot of good things go down just because majority didn't accept it.
1246  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many times have you've been scammed? on: February 27, 2017, 04:09:20 PM
Honestly, I'm yet to be scammed out of bitcoin. I generally don't get myself in a position where I could easily be scammed out of my bitcoin, although I probably just jinxed it  Undecided

Words of the wise: If a lawyer from overseas emails you saying he's got 100K for you if you only send him 100$ woth of Itunes girft cards then you should probably ignore him  Wink
I don't think that this question is just about scams of bitcoin. I think he is meaning on scams in general, in life. Yes if you got email like that, i think only small percent of people would fall for it. But there are a lot of other ways people get scammed. There were some bank scams that was pretty complicated and organised, that most of people thought that they speak with bank representative. People will always find new way to scam other people...
Actually I'm lucky enough to have never been scammed out of any money, BTC or $. Also the way I posted that makes it sound like I've been scammed by an email like that; I know enough to avoid those things.
No its misunderstanding, i didn't think you have been scammed over Email, i think you make that clear. I wanted to say that there are people who would not know that is scam and they would fall for it. I hear from friend about one attempt to scam his grandfather, over a letter. It was something like, he didn't pay for electricity or something, so that he need to pay on some bank account. But letter was fake and my friend found out about it, but if friend didn't find out i think his grandfather would pay it. Because it was small amount. For me its stupid, but i know that man, and i would not say that he is stupid. Mistakes happen.
1247  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: February 27, 2017, 04:00:03 PM

Even if a person happened to be perfect in all his thinking and actions, he would still have genetic "sin," handed down from his parents. Perfection is necessary, because even the least imperfection is not good enough for God.

The only perfection that is good enough is Jesus-perfection. Jesus was perfect in every way. He applies His perfection to us, if we accept it. That's the only way to get to Heaven.

Cool
You are right about that, and i can't argue. But now i have one more question on my mind. If person carries sin by birth, and if he does not believe in God, because he is atheist, or maybe he believe in something like agnostics do. How much sins we can do and still go to Heaven when time comes? And i don't think of sins which you have repented.

The major repentance is to repent from unbelief to faith in Jesus salvation.

Secondary repentances are to do the things that Jesus wants through that faith, and out of love. The greatest command is, "Love God above all things." The second command is, "Love other people as you love yourself."

Perfection was done by Jesus. His application of perfection to us depends on the strength of our faith in Him. However, once we belief in Him, He will hold us strong enough in that faith to be saved. Our good works will never be technically good enough. But they will get better through our faith in Jesus.

Anybody who thinks that he his saved by faith in Jesus, and then goes out and does bad things to other people, while trusting that he will be forgiven, is destroying his own faith in Jesus salvation. At some point, Jesus will let him go. Then, there will be no turning back for him. Don't test God that far.

Cool
You reply was enlightening i must say. I'm not sure if you are religious person, but either you are and that explains how much you know, or you know a lot and that tells me that you are so much open minded that you can learn and speak about religion even if you don't believe in God. I consider my self Agnostic, but i try to be good person, and i like to change opinion with religious people and atheists. Cheesy

What makes something good? You might say that a thing is a good thing. Somebody else might judge it as bad. Why?

If you didn't understood what we said... than maybe you should go read some light books, which have a lot less philosophical things in it. I guess that some comic book would be good for your state of mind and understanding. Just don't go to library, in literature and classics section, because you can find your self in a lot of stuff you can't understand...
1248  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: February 27, 2017, 03:49:49 PM
I will accept bitcoin as my salary up to 50% of my total salary. 25% I need for paying electricity , water, internet and mobile. 25% I need to live just a bit under the average standard of living but that's a sacrifice I will make which I hope it will be rewarded in the near future.
I also do not mind to be paid in bitcoin, but the fact is that the costs will still have to pay to Fiat. Therefore, if the salary is enough to spend on the life of only 50%, the rest can be saved for the future.
You are right dude, and it would be nice if most of people could save 50 percents of there salary, and put it in bank or somewhere else. But that reminded me of another question. The main difference why would people accept bitcoin as payment at the moment is, rise of bitcoin. But if we put aside rise of bitcoin, what would be difference between fiat and bitcoin? I think its same. Even i would accept bitcoin at the moment, because of bitcoin worth rise Cheesy .

I don't watch TV, i don't spend time on social media, yet i am still addicted in another way. I can't stop but keep myself updated about the world events. I constantly stay online on forums like this one and learn as much as i can. I can't even go to bathroom without my iphone anymore. I used to read magazine there, now i carry my phone with me all the time. It even helped me to learn how to drive... Thanks to my iphone i don't get lost in the streets anymore. This shit is too awesome.
Unfortunately you are right, technology can help us in many ways, it can make life a lot easier. But why i say unfortunately, because more and more people get used on using technology for day to day life, and when they are left without his or hers technology they are stuck, and tend to get upset or lost. We are getting pimped by technology even if we are not aware, but that is only if we let it. I suggest to you, like best friend to best friend, don't be pimped by tech even if its giving a lot of new things to learn. Don't forget to go on walk or coffee with friend, people can learn a lot too from just conversation Cheesy . Cheers Cheesy !

Yes, Asian and Middle Eastern countries are very rich in cultural and historical aspects. It is possible to see the traces of different religions and races in these geographical regions. In fact, I am interested in cultural structures all the countries in the world. All of they have a way of life that is unique to self. When examined in terms of religion and ethnicity, they all have a distinct wealth.
I agree with you friend, there is so much difference in between countries and cultures that, i think it would take whole life of one person to learn about it. And i think that one lifetime would not be sufficient to learn everything there is to learn Cheesy . When i was a child, i wanted to become archaeologist, so much to learn from history and so little time for learning...
1252  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: February 27, 2017, 02:38:03 PM
Today, the Internet is evaluated in the addiction category. Especially in the last 10 years, social media has shaped our lives too. People can get inadequate syndrome in social media. In the online environment we are trying to make ourselves different. To reach the personality that we have created, we are able to clash with real life. That's where addiction starts.
We have to balance real life and online life.
I agree with everything you say, many people become addicted on internet, some social networks or online games. I don't watch television that often and i don't believe in almost everything that media tell us. They tell us what they want, and often that is not whole truth. People get away from there life to social networks or some game where they can be what they want to be, because its easier. Depending how person is psychically strong, if he is stronger he will get less addicted to those stuff... And at the end everything goes back to user, not tech.
1253  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you earn money online? on: February 27, 2017, 02:27:33 PM
I play online casinos, online purchases and bought a subscribtion on a few twitch channels.

I do not recommend online betting sites. Betting sites can provide you with some btc at first. But this system is made for your become addicted.
When you play continuously you are more likely to lose bitcoin. I would recommend joining signature campaigns for someone new to Bitcoin.
Maybe You are right. But I sold my CS:GO skins, and right after that spent all the money on online casinos. So, I am earning money and enjoying online casino for free)
P.S. If you need, I could recommend a few services, with no fraud.
Actually what you have just described is not free at all. First you need to get CS:GO skins, which mean spending sometime online playing the game, or trading other things you got playing some game, or spending real money to buy things so that you could start trading. I partially agree when people say that time is money. Everything in life have it cost, and i mean material things. Sometime you pay with money and sometime with your time.
1254  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: February 24, 2017, 05:06:08 PM
I think it really can not die but adopt, or be adopted, by some kind of innovative tech and transform following the rest of the world. Yet for now it's really the other way around.  Tongue
I think you are maybe right about what you say. Bitcoin can live long life, or maybe it will be adopted as you said in near future. But i think that, adopting could happen to many other fiat currency, because i believe that in future near of far who knows, people will have one ultimate currency that they will use. It will be some kind of cryptocurrency, and all people on earth will use it.

1256  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think about immortality? on: February 24, 2017, 04:46:00 PM
We have to accept death. All living things will disappear. Our world has a certain life span. The universe has a certain life span.
After a specific moment, all energy in the world will be gone. And everything will be gone without asking for it.

It will be in big crunch as it is the big bang.
Everything in our life has a deadline. And beyond our life, as well. I do not believe in the immortality. I believe in the longevity. Many animals can live for over two hundred years. Scientists say that many insects live for a thousands of years, just falling into anabiosis. In this case, I believe, that some sort of immortality might exist.

For this, biological structures of animals in the nature can be examined. For example, elephants and turtles can live for 150-200 years.
Long life exists in other living things. It may be logical to examine them and apply them to human life.
I'm not saying that it is necessary to compare humans and animals. I say that there are a variety of creatures on Earth that, due to their physiology, live a little longer, but it can not be named "immortality".

When we come to point where we could use medicine to create healthy living cells, that will be first step for humanity to become immortal. When you can create new organs, and replace old ones, in that moment we will become immortal. Because we can replace everything that is bad with new ones and continue living life.

This kind of work is being done. By "cellular reprogramming", mice were allowed to age 25% longer.
Serious work is being done to extend human life. My opinion is that in the century we live in, human life will be about 150-200 years.
I know that there are programs in medicine and science that goes around stop ageing and many other things that consider immortality. I don't know much, didn't know about Cellular reprogramming that you spoke of, but it does not surprise me not at all. I know that in future people would live a lot longer, how much... well that would only be guessing. Maybe human race will come to some kind of immortality one day. We can only hope and see if it happens in our life time Cheesy .

Iceland.

A great place for someone to hide
I must say that from what i saw on this picture it would not be only great place for someone to hide there, but it would be great place to live there. So beautiful... The way grass grow around house, and not to mention background and view of those mountains... To live there i think it is priceless...  Shocked

This was funny to read i must say, and i totally agree with your way of thinking. There is too much that people does not take in concern when they say that they would do this or that. To have AK-47 in that day and age would be really good, but as he said, they don't need firearm to kill you. So i suggest that you take T-90 with a lot of fuel, so that no one could kill you in your sleep XD .

LOL.... You are right. AK-47 will be of no use in the jungle. I'd rather take a T-90. But it will be extremely difficult to fight alone. Do you want to join me? If I become the emperor, then I promise that I'll make you the Prime Minister.  Grin

I must say that your proposal is really interesting, but i would have to decline it. Because if i could go back in time i would not go to South America. If i could chose where i would go, well that is hard question, because there are lots of things i want to see. For example japan in Samurai period. But as some guy said before, i think we would not live long enough Cheesy . If i could not chose, than i would go with you and T-90 Cheesy Tongue .
