You will need to work with our compliance department to resolve your issues. Support should direct you to them

Support is not responding to my tickets.
I submitted all the personal information for the verification process, now give me my money!

Either you process my withdrawals or not this is the last time i use your exchange and go through your stupid invasive verification process.

Still nothing from these assholes!

yup

let's keep these scammers at the top of scam section

every single one of them is guilty by association, bitjohn, bigvern, mullick, all the sycophant mods in chatbox

none of them doing a bloody thing, on here, on twitter, in support
it's all a big joke it seems to them

when they've alienated everyone on bitcointalk they won't have a business left

They already don't have a business left, look at their numbers it's just a matter of weeks before they go broke, and that's what they deserve.
They've been adding shitcoin after shitcoin for 2 years, when it was clear they had not the skills to handle more then 10 different wallets at the same time.
They are upgrading ghraphics instead of processing 2 or 3 weeks stucked withdrawals and they charge no fees for trading while they take a 0,5% cut on withdrawals, i mean how retarded these people are?
The only reason why they are still in business is because they've been early in the strongest bull market of the last 1000 years!

For these reasons and others i'm trying to withdraw everything i have but these assholes do not want to process my withdrawals.
Considering in 12 days they have not been able to provide a credible explanation i'm starting to think it's just that i'm too big to let go.

My withdrawals locked and still no news from them and not one credible explanation.

I mean BigVerm the dumb is upgrading the graphic while users like me have been waiting weeks for their money, fuck these idiots, fuck you Craptsy, you bunch of thieves give me back my coins they're mine!

Although i still can't understand why your password keep reset repeatedly...

It's because bigverm and its team cannot even code a simple minesweeper

Monday has passed and i still don't know why they blocked my withdrawals.
They promised to contact me but all i got by now is an empty answer to my ticket.
And of course i've just been banned again from their chat because i was asking for explanations in the wrong place.

At this point i suggest you to immediately stop depositing your coins at Cryptsy

Trading fees = 0% and withdrawals fees = 0.5%.
If they are not running some kind of fractional reserve scheme then i'm Geri Halliwell!

BTW yesterday i contacted them again in their chat and 2 mods told me i should wait until monday and then someone will contact me because they are actually "upgrading some internal procedures" (i have no idea what the fuck they were talking about!) and they cannot process my withdrawals.

1 week has passed and still no luck here having my BTCD, BTC and LTC withdrawals processed.
They just ignore my tickets and if i try to complain live in the chat they ban me.
Since the amount of my withdrawals is relevant and they refuse to even give a simple explanation i'm starting to think they don't have these coins and they are running on fractional reserve.
270  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: October 08, 2015, 05:41:33 AM
Has any of you recently been able to withdraw BTCD or LTC from Craptsy?
271  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: October 07, 2015, 04:08:13 PM
BigVern recently gave a response about the coinfires's list of allegations and accusations against Craptsy.

I think the community should ask for an explanation about their continuous attempts to block users' withdrawals and accounts.
I'm reading everywhere of people stucked and locked out of their accounts and funds.

Have just been banned from Craptsy chat because i was complaining about my withdrawals not being processed and my tickets not being responded.
What are probabilities they are on fractional reserve and simply don't have the coins?

275  Local / Espańol (Spanish) / Re: Bitcoin in Spain on: September 06, 2015, 06:20:22 PM
Any updates on the spanish and especially the canary island legal situation?
Let's say i'm resident in Tenerife and want to buy a house with bitcoin, i first have to sell my bitcoins in exchange for €, what taxes do i pay on this amount?
Is this legal and regulated right now? Better to avoid?
Is there an official thread about bitcoin and taxes in Spain, in this spanish section?

277  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: [INFO] CARTE PREPAGATE - Anche ricaricabili con Bitcoin! on: August 02, 2015, 09:57:25 AM

Can you use their API?

This is the response i receive:

They sent a response to my support request:

Unfortunately, during the course of getting DDoS'd we had to add a captcha to the API making it impossible to trade through the API. We have now lifted that restriction and you should be able to access the API
What you quoted looks to me like what you'd get when they "add a captcha to the API".

I still get the same error, is anyone here able to access bitfinex via API right now?
