241  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: October 25, 2015, 05:25:03 AM
Yesterday they responded to my email:

Hello XXX,

We do apologize for the delay in response to your ticket. We would like to let you know we are still working on this issue and a verification agent should be in touch with you soon.

There are two separate issues going on with BTC withdrawals currently.

#1: Due to the new Verifications Tier system handed to us to use, many users are frozen and flagged to become verified depending on the amounts of w/d they are making. For these, a verifications agent should be contacting you soon.

#2 We are experiencing some problems with BTC withdrawals and developers are working on them to get them moving again.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

They told me exactly the same thing 10 days ago of course.
I have the suspect nobody will ever contact me again.

Here comes the weekend and nothing has been done to to process my withdrawals.

FUCK CRYPTSY, FUCK THESE THIEVES!
243  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: October 23, 2015, 08:06:37 AM
Still no upgrade to my tier, no response from support and of course none of my withdrawals has been processed.
And as we approach the weekend, when usually there isn't anybody at craptsy working to allow me or anyone else to withdraw his coins, i think i will have to wait at least until monday.

FUCK YOU CRAPTSY!

I'm still tier1, it's 1 week since i've sent all the documents and the stupid proofs they ask for, and i'm afraid even if they upgrade me to tier2 i will not be able to withdraw anyway because of their ridiculous limitations.
What a fucking joke these people deserves to go to jail!
245  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: October 22, 2015, 10:33:44 AM
only the LTC are interesting

secondly - if you just add your name and address you are verified "instantly" to $10K coin per month (2k per day). You dont need any docs and I did this a few hours ago.

best advice to you is verify and withdraw - they are working again.  No need for you to make a loss on this.

Cheers

So
what you got and whats the deal - with escrow of course

MtGox 2.0!
What a bunch of incompetent criminals they are!

To all those assholes with a 2 or 3 posts old account, who just subscribed at BCT and intervened in this thread only to say how Cryptsy is good and perfect, do you want to buy my account for 80% of it's current market value?

I have 2162 BTCD, 2.95 BTC, 791 LTC and something like 10 BTC of illiquid shitcoins (30 BTC in total).
I would like to sell everything i have for 24 BTC but my account is unverified (i've sent all the documents needed 1 week ago but they obviously ignored me!).

I submitted all the documents they ask for one week ago!
Yesterday i also apply for tier 1.
They just don't want to process my withdrawals!

And also, WHY THE FUCK do you allow people to deposit when you're still having these issues?

Because otherwise they go belly up.

What coin is everyone trying to withdraw?

I have BTC, LTC and BTCD stucked withdrawals, those are not wallet issues it's just that they do not want to give us our money.
252  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: October 20, 2015, 11:24:14 AM
I had exactly the same issue. My "free" withdrawal of 500k coins was cut back to 12k, after which I had to make multiple withdrawals to eventually get all coins withdrawn.  Each withdrawal was cut back in size by varying amounts. My support request to refund the fees was initially answered with a promise to do so, but it never materialised. Several follow up messages were ignored by Cryptsy support.

I would say this:

- I managed to withdraw all coins, although it took multiple withdrawals.
- Whether the above is a technical issue or deliberate action on Cryptsy to thwart the "free withdrawals", I cannot tell
- It is unacceptable for support to stop replying to support queries.  If they do not wish to give a fee refund, they should say so and close the ticket, but ignoring follow-ups is unethical.

I think the last point speaks for Crypty's general attitude. My advice is to keep the minimum amount of coins necessary for trading in Cryptsy and always withdraw any excess. Of course, with the withdrawal fees, this could prove costly over time.

My understanding is that when they have that much dust in a wallet, the amount isn't the problem. It's simply that you hit the maximum number of inputs int he transaction. All cryptsy would need to do to solve these issues is to periodically condense their contents of their wallets to a secondary address within the wallet periodically. If all the coins that have deposited are in a single address, you could transfer up to the  max amount of the hot wallet and it would process automatically. My only guess as to why they don't do this is that they don't want to pay fees for the transactions needed to consolidate their coins int he background, or the architecture of their wallets service doesn't allow it for some reason.

I would love it if that gave me my fees back, but alas I don't think JShock understood what I was asking.

If you pm me the details I can get the fees returned to you. JShock is waiting on a tool to allow him to do it which he doesnt have yet. Ill get a list from him and work through them

You are correct about the utxo build up. Its not uncommon for me to find a wallet with 100,000 utxo's. We periodically clear them out but on some wallets it builds up fast when it becomes popular to mine. As far as the fees. They can get expensive with some of these coins. Our only option on wallets with repeat utxo build up it to raise the withdrawal fee or keep paying for the dust collection out of pocket. We generally try to do 50/50

I'm still waiting for my money, which is a lot more then a couple of satoshi of withdrawal fees.
17 days and counting.

Now they reward deposits.
They are done!

very thought out panic... Yes we have to reward an activity. Since we don't charge for trades the activity most desired would be deposits as you have to withdraw eventually.

I've sent you all the documents you are asking for the verification days ago.
Why don't you respond to my tickets?
What the hell should i do to have my money back?

Amazing https://www.cryptsy.com/campaign they just launched their new debit card!
That is obviously more important then giving back the money to their users.
258  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: October 17, 2015, 08:19:02 PM
The thing i don't understand is why they are upgrading graphics and adding other shitcoins instead of working to restore broken wallets and to process 2 weeks stucked withdrawals.
The only reason i can think of is that they DO NOT want their users to withdraw their money, simple as that.
This would also be confirmed by the fact they're charging 0,5% on every withdrawal.
This is criminal to say the least!
259  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: October 17, 2015, 04:23:30 PM
2 days since i submitted all the documents they ask vor verification.
All withdrawals are still pending, no response from support and 1 week of chat ban.
Mullick, what the fuck do i have to do to have my money back?
I've been waiting for 2 weeks, i need that money holy shit!

There is no reason why a withdrawal shouldn't be processed immediately

One word why: Goxed

Or a user that needs to resolve his issue with our compliance department

What the hell are you talking about? You don't even care to respond to my tickets after 2 weeks, i submitted all the fuc.king documents you are asking for now process my withdrawals!
