it keeps going down, at this stage I think it's going to be pretty much impossible and too expansive for any stabilization fund to peg the crapcoin, sorry, maxcoin above 50 cents, would make much more sense something around 0.15-.017, 0.17 could be the target, based on the GBPUSD exchange rate of 1.70. so basically, 10 cents of a sterlin per crapcoin, sorry again, maxcoin.
They can definitely accomplish that, i'm a huge maxcoin slave but i still believe in this project and i would not dump my coins for 17 cents only, not even for 50 cents. Why would u hold this 'coin'? Can we close this thread? This coin is dead and there is no incentive to resurrect it.
I'm a kittehcoin bagholder too and a few days before the developers abandoned this project i also tipped 200$ to them.

To decide how much minimum fee should be at any moment i'm wondering if it is possible to implement the following voting system in the NXT protocol:
Current fee is 1 NXT, every 1440 blocks (24 hours) NXT users vote and new fee can only be set to 3 possible values, previous fee - 10% or previous fee or previous fee +10% (0.9 or 1 or 1.1 NXT in this case)
BALANCE FEE
NXT account 1: 1,300,000 NXT vote for 1.3 NXT
NXT account 2: 3,000,000 NXT vote for 2 NXT
NXT account 3: 150,000 NXT vote for 0.5 NXT
NXT account 4: 400,000 NXT vote for 0.1 NXT
NXT account 5: 1,500,000 NXT vote for 10 NXT
Switch fee at 0.9 NXT option gets 150,000+400,000= 550,000 votes
