Are you able to withdraw NXT from Craptsy?
I have 3 "processed" withdrawals from 48 hours but i never actually received any NXT.
I've also tried to contact the support but they are ignoring me.
Should i get worried?

I wonder why these stupid people keep adding 3 new shitcoins everyday while they can't manage properly the coins already listed.

503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Annual 10% bitcoin dividends if mining were Proof-of-Stake on: April 25, 2014, 11:51:56 AM
No, because Bitcoin was and is miles ahead in terms of infrastructure, adoption, and market cap. The people with so much invested in Bitcoin had every incentive not to allow a competitor to succeed. But now thanks in part to Peter's idea (not sure if he was the first to conceive it, but I learned it from him first) of shifting the exact distribution and ownership of Bitcoin to a new blockchain, it is possible implement a PoS system that will have the support of the entire Bitcoin community because they do not have to give anything up to have a stake in the new system and they automatically have the same investment in it as in the original blockchain.

What's the point in doing this?
Why don't we all switch to NXT and leave Satoshi Nakamoto holding the bag?

Bitcoin has not been distributed more fairly then any other shitcoin that came out recently, be it PoW or PoS.
Bitcoin is well distributed now because it is the oldest.
504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PBOC reaffirms Banks to Quit BTC activity... (drop 4/24) on: April 25, 2014, 11:27:10 AM
I am really confuse.  does this kind of news still affect bitcoin price?

For some strange reasons, people still get panic again and again reading the same "news".

Those who panic are just 3 or 4 monkeys in China, huge fake volume on their junk exchanges do the rest as they drag down the whole market.
This is just FUD FUD FUD buy as much as you can and say thank you to those monkeys for the gift.

508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fair Distribution is going on for CommunityCoin (COMM), No Stupid "IPO". on: April 22, 2014, 09:47:29 PM
I dont see how the distribution is any different with this coin than NXT, NEM or any other coin for that matter.
How do i get some?
Their website says bugger all, it appears i also had to apply just like NXT etc, so how is this any different?

It's not different from all the other scams out there. At least NXT has competent developers...
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 6 reasons why you should buy or hold onto your BlackCoins! on: April 21, 2014, 02:13:25 PM
Investor's Quick Guide

Potential investors often read this forum to determine which coins are good investments or not. If you have been on the sidelines trying to determine if BlackCoin is a good investment or not, here are 6 good reasons why you should invest in BlackCoin.

1. BlackCoin has increased 9820% in value since launching in February.
2. From April 1st to April 21st BlackCoin has increased in value 892%.
3. In the past week BlackCoin value increased 451.11%. (After the sell off)
4. BlackCoin has a total of $ 1,839,352 in daily trade volume.
5. BlackCoin is currently #3 in trade volume only beaten by Bitcoin and Litecoin.
6. BlackCoin market cap is currently $18,360,767 which puts BlackCoin in 9th place and quickly approaching 8th place.

If we have another week of 451% gains..we could easily be trading well above 200000 sat. Obviously 200000 sat in one week is very optimistic after having a sell off, and past performance does not guarantee future performance. However, if BlackCoin value only increase by 200% this week, we will be trading near 100,000 sat.

So if you are on the sidelines waiting to buy low, forget it! Now is the time to buy BlackCoins. The mid 45,000 sat floor will increase to at least 70,000 - 80,000 sat by the end of the week.

What a fucking scam.
Since to make money in every market you have to buy low and sell high i don't see how 1,2 and 3 are good reasons to buy BlackCoin.

Vast majority of this coin is held by no more then 3 people and they set the price they want and they also counterfeit volume data with fake trades.

Noobs stay away from this coin!

You sound like a crazy man on the street corner screaming about aliens. There are over 74 million coins and 3 people do not control the majority of the coins: http://maarx.nl/maarx.nl/blackcoin/distribution/

Also, please tell me how could $1,746,822    in daily volume be "faked"?

Volume can be counterfeited by buying and selling to yourself huge amounts of coins back and forth.
Distribution data can be counterfeited too.

511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project_Pump TODAY 20:00 CET Mintpal! on: April 18, 2014, 01:52:34 PM
Our Team has a great pump for you!
We have about 30 BTC ready, this woun't be your "eat all sell orders then dump on thin buy orders with a loss" kind of pump.

This is going to be bigger!

We form the buy support!
We ain't filling sell orders like crazy and then dump on you, this is going to be an Unobtanium style pump 2.0!
We don't initiate the dump!

So, for this to get real big and to support, take 50% of your BTC and fill some sell orders and take the other 50% and set as buy orders.

The pump is going to last at least 2 hours if not for 1-3 days!

Coin is going to be announced in this IRC channel at 20:00 CET
http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=Project_Pump

(Real time CET clock: http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/europe/european-union/central-european-time/ )

Fuck you scammer, we have had enough of all this!

515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CommunityCoin (COMM) Fair & FREE Distribution | Pure PoS | Join Community on: April 15, 2014, 02:06:38 PM
Delivery basically completed for the second round, according to rules in OP. Dev team has now very less coins. We have about 80 submissions in waiting list, and also some of new members who get 1m due to low activity bypassed at this round. Those omitted ones mainly who promised to be good conduct to community seen at quality checks, not supporting community, no wallet activity, dumpers, bad manners,  no really want comm.

Now i give, myself some time rest, few days and wait some of those inactive guys become active also their wallet checked by me. If gap still not filled, i will then give priority to the earliest submissions from the current waiting list.

In the beginning i planned and considered delivery to last 1 week only.  We had so much problems, sabotages, attacks and troubles. Our reject system maybe not perfect but it works. We are already success when compared other coins. But this is not enough and long way to go.

So we succeeded so far good see our thread very active one. Look yourself you are the best members of bitcointalk. you handled alot of good things you certainly know being group or community and following rules. Some about %2.5 opposite idea guys always exists in life. Who is business to kill people or any hope on earth.

Act now handle mintpal and increase multipool miners so we all win.

What about the lost wallet with 200M coins? Are you going to change the code to definitely lock it and restore trust in this coin or will you just try to dump the whole stack one day?

I remember to latecomers that this still looks like scam until the code is modded to lock the 200M communitycoins address

This coin looks good,But how can i get some coins??

Developers still have 200M but for some reason they want to hold all for themselves because hey this is communitycoin and not another scampreminedshitcoin.

You're obviously sore from being rejected but please refrain from posting conjecture as fact.

So why don't they  intervene in this discussion and why don't they change the code to lock that address forever?

@dev
@samysamy1
@crypto-dude
If there is no technical problems on burning the address and if the coins in the address is REALLY lost and if the dev won't scam us, why won't the dev do so? Support Adriano. I think the whole community will have the same opinion.
