261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long before Decentralized Exchanges become mainstream? on: February 12, 2018, 09:07:47 PM
I voted 1-2 years because I really believe in decentralized exchanges and I'm already using some of them (especially Waves DEX). They are not so more difficult to use than traditional ones, so there's really no reason to not use them.

The only downside of complete decentralization for exchanges is fiat money deposits and withdrawals. This is something that still requires some kind of verification. But in my opinion sooner or later even this problem will be solved and everyone will be able to trade, deposit and withdraw any kind of currencies on decentralized exchanges!
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Can Bitcoin Grow When All Exchanges are Scams? on: February 12, 2018, 09:04:09 PM
The future of bitcoin is very bad if the us government is operating scam sites to rob the peoples money.Soo much effort in the usa to poison and damage the people
Bitcoin is great technology but in a world controlled by satan and his lunatic governments -freemason agents -there is no freedom.

THE PEOPLE NEED A NON CENTRALIZED EXCHANGE

Don't forget there are already some decentralized exchanges out there. For example the best one I like to use is Waves DEX. Moreover you may trade peer-to-peer with another used here on bitcointalk or on another community. So there's really no need to worry so much about exchanges...Just avoid centralized ones and you'll be fine!
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Olympic athlete gets paid in cryptocurrency on: February 12, 2018, 09:01:34 PM
This is good news for both crypto-community and the athlete himself.
Never heard about ONG so far by the way...it looks to be a very little project, with low volumes, only traded on etherdelta. Not exactly the top of cryptocoins...
264  Economy / Speculation / Re: is this great time to buy bitcoin??? on: February 12, 2018, 08:57:08 PM
In my opinion it is always a good time to get rid of old obsolete fiat money and switch to Bitcoin (or other cryptocoins if you prefer)...
265  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your favorite Cryptocurrency Exchanges / Markets? on: February 11, 2018, 08:31:57 PM
My favorite exchange is Waves DEX because it's decentralized and has low fees and no trading limits.
266  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does social media had a bad cause? on: February 11, 2018, 08:30:23 PM
They extort many personal data and then sell it. So I think it's quite bad for users...
267  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which wallet to store my altcoins? on: February 11, 2018, 08:24:46 PM
What about Einsteinium (EMC2):
https://imgur.com/NRI0Mp0

Does that mean that EMC2 isn't and ERC20 token?

Yes, correct.

In this case, which option's do I have to stock them in a secure way?
I don't want to let them on my wallet on the exchange.

The only option is to use their official wallet?
https://www.emc2.foundation/wallets/

There is other altcoins that aren't ERC20 tokens and that haven't their own wallets. Is the exchange the only possibility to stock them?

Yes, the only option for some coins is to store them in their official wallets.

Which coins haven't their own wallet? As far as I know, any coin with a blockchain has its own wallet...
268  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to know if airdrop is legit? on: February 11, 2018, 08:22:12 PM
just wondering if all airdrop is legit, how would I know that airdrop is legit or not?

You can't know it for sure, basically. But you can guess they are legit looking at their website, their whitepaper and their team.
Also, an important thing to keep in mind is the form. Which data are they requesting you in order to receive the airdrop? Many airdrops out there looks just scam attempts in order to extort users' personal data.
269  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I exchange Bitcoin with my friend? on: February 11, 2018, 08:18:06 PM
I heard that I can exchange Bitcoin with someone near me such as my friends but how can I exchange Bitcoin with them?  Huh

Send the amount of Bitcoin to your friend's address. Then he should give you the corresponding amount of cash.
270  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: As a newbie where to buy my first crypto? on: February 11, 2018, 08:13:37 PM
I'm willing to invest into crytocurrencies but not sure how to start ones I'm ready to dive in. Shall I go through Bittrex, Coinbase or find a legit seller here in BTCtalk? What would be your advise?

There are many exchanges out there and it's not easy for newbies to choose the best one. I can suggest you to take a look at this comparison: https://exchangewar.info/ and this other comparison: https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/

Also, you can arrange a deal with a user here on bitcointalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

It also depends on which specific coin you like to buy...
271  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Poloniex verification - fake name on: February 11, 2018, 08:09:07 PM
You misunderstand, I don't want to continue to use the fake name, I want to switch to my real name.

From what I see, the profile verification allows you to set (change?) the name.
It would be the opportunity to set the correct/real name.

However, since I assume you have funds at Poloniex, I advise you to ask their support about your specific situation. But you'll need patience, a lot of it. I have a ticket waiting for 30 days already for an answer.

Even better, I suggest OP to withdraw all his funds from poloniex. Then just set up another account using his real informations.
272  Economy / Exchanges / Re: yobit.net support is not responding. on: February 11, 2018, 08:05:01 PM
10 days ago yobit.net tenet eet I made a shot. BlockChain seems to fail. I have written support many times. but he is not responding. 10 day transfer did not occur. The param has disappeared. Please help if you know the solution way. I'm really a victim.

Yes, yobit is not known for its fast support. But can you explain more about your issue? Did you lost money because of yobit (for example, they don't process a withdrawal, etc.)?
273  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying Coins on: February 11, 2018, 08:01:17 PM
Where can I buy some coins with the cheapest price? Too many exchanger & trading sites out there, you don't know which is the best one.

Yes, there are many exchanges out there and it's not easy to choose the best one. If you are just looking for the cheapest one I can suggest you to take a look at this comparison: https://exchangewar.info/

Moreover you can arrange a deal with a user here on bitcointalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
274  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: 🌟PonziCoin v2.0 🌟- The World's Second Legitimate Ponzi Scheme *GET IN EARLY* on: February 11, 2018, 05:12:15 PM
So you admit that this is a shitcoin and a scammie scheme and you also encourage people to spread fake rumours and tell lies.
You are the worse kind of scammer and we don't need anyone like you around here.

I have two questions though. 1: What's the 1st "Legit" Ponzi(lmao!)? 2: How more pathetic can you be?
Both are rhetoric questions, your answers wont matter scammer. Have a nice and painted day! Cool

There's another PonziCoin out there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1468142.0
Maybe he's referring to that as the 1st one...
275  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to invest my Bitcoins? on: February 11, 2018, 05:05:21 PM
There are many places where you can invest your Bitcoins. But some are less risky than others.

For example, very risky investments are HYIPs and cloud mining. Those are nothing but Ponzi schemes, so you may earn only if you invest before the others. But always keep in mind that such websites last few weeks or even few days and then disappear with all the money.

A bit less risky methods are gambling and sport betting. There are people which study sport events and then bet (they claim to make good amount of money betting on sportsbook). Yet in my opinion there's a lot of luck  involved in this business, so I think it's quite risky as well.

More safer investments could be buying a cheap altcoin using BTC. But you need to choose a project very carefully; such project should be made by serious teams and solve a need.

Another good investment you can make is to buy blue chip stocks with Bitcoin. You can do it on the website I promote in my signature. There you may also invest in indices and commodities.
276  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: when do you buy ? on: February 04, 2018, 09:09:38 PM
You are right, buying at the right time is the most important thing. Knowing when it's the right time is not easy though... I look at the charts and see previous pattern to decide if a price is good to enter or not...
277  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: February 04, 2018, 04:48:30 PM
I used cryptopia once to claim Bitcore but I think I will never use it again. It has one of the ugliest design I've ever seen and the interface is not user-friendly at all...everything went smooth though and they processed by withdraw in a short period of time.
278  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: where you invest? on: February 04, 2018, 04:46:25 PM
hi guys where you invest, maybe I can follow you? Undecided

I invest in stocks, forex and indices on the website I am promoting in my signature.
Also, I am buying several altcoins while prices are still low...

Yes, so where can I store USD / Euro without being verified?

I don't understand what's the purpose of storing your fiat money on exchange...  Huh
