was there a fork or something? I moved coins from my yobit wallet to my desktop wallet fine but since then all my stake were orphans and today I tried to move my coins back to my yobit wallet and the transaction shows unconfirmed and my yobit deposit address doesnt come up in the block explorer?....very confused

There was no fork. Try contacting Yobit support they may be able to help you with your pending deposit.

At the moment CMC is not giving JWL a valuation/ranking because they don't know what the available supply is. (I think it's 18 million available) so if someone from the team could let Gliss know at some point https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=199685.4700 (Also with a link to this announcement thread.)

Many traders only notice new crypto projects when they're valued on CMC & it's also where crypto projects get most new traffic so a great free marketing tool.

18m was sold in the ICO, 1m was reserved for future dev, 1m for PayPal payments - you can check current status here : https://chainz.cryptoid.info/jwl/ (currently around 20,013,500)

Devs are you able to let Gliss know about available supply (18 mil) so CMC is accurate?

We'll follow up with CMC later tonight after we've launched Heroes and got that ball rolling Smiley

Its almost Friday and you all know what that means. Beyondbitcoin day. Chris did you rsvp to tomorrows show?

Chris. any update

I'll tune in if you guys will be on there, waiting.

Sorry, we've been quite busy these last few days. We have not RSVPed for Beyond Bitcoin tomorrow and will not be speaking at BB tomorrow. This is mainly due to our busy schedule for tomorrow as we prepare for the launch of Heroes we also need in place diagnostic infrastructure in case there are for seen errors.

Following the launch of Heroes we will be posting an update on Steem so you can look forward to that. Thanks and apologies to those who may have been looking forward to this weeks Beyond Bitcoin. We will likely be there next week.

We strongly suggest that those who have been attending Beyond Bitcoin hangouts still go despite us not being there to support the Beyond Bitcoin group as there's always an abundance of information there every week!

When I login via the Jewels web panel it freezes and I get this pop up...

{"Success":true,"Payload":{"FormResponseType":1,"Data":"/Dashboard","Callback":""

Then when I go back to the main page jewelsproject.com and attempt to login again, I am already logged in and it goes directly to the dashboard, is this ok?

I have no problems. What os are you on?

Windows 7 64

I think it makes sense to ask more so what browser you're using. If you're consistently having this problem, please reach out to me @jewels on Slack and I'd be happy to look into it for you!

Can I check my Jewels balance or withdraw them?  When I log into apexconquer.com and click Wallet it shows all zeros.

You should have received an email which instructed you on how to withdraw your Jewels (from http://www.jewelsproject.com our new site) at the end of the ICO. If you haven't send me and email at roy.khan@jewelsproject.com and I'll get it taken care of from you.

Will we trade jewels on bittrex? Bittrex is realistic, OP need to pay 3btc to list there.
3 btc is huge but if this project start to trade at bittrex for sure value will be much higher and 3 btc can be recover just holding patiently and wait for the trex trading. good luck dev.

I don't know how everyone thinks the Bittrex listing process works, but I'll put it like this... it's not as a simple as "here's 3 BTC, can you list us."

We've been actively pursueing Bittrex since the end of the ICO. As we've said before, you can help this process by making more people aware of Jewels by discussing it in community Slacks (such as Bittrex's own Slack) and Tweeting about it.

What about this exchange ?
https://beta.rawx.io/#/index
I'll contact them in the morning Smiley

These PayPal prices for jewel make me rather happy. Will this price also rise when the value of jew/btc rises higher?

Yeah they will be recalculated in conjunction with current exchange prices ( I don't know how - maybe weekly ).

Also Chris great looking splash page for JewelsProject.com - only thing please add SSL certificate to your website so it seems more legit.

I also have the same question. in yobit, JWL has the price 2034 satoshi, something like $0.12/JWL, in JewelsProject.com, 100 jwl cost  $5.

that means $5/100 JWL = $0.05/JWL, will be that this not to sell too cheap?

else, paypal account must be verified account?

You got it wrong - YoBit price is more like 0.01244 and not 0.12 so markup is like 4x-5x on PayPal (more expensive to buy with PayPal of course)

Has anyone already tried to buy JWL with  PayPal?

Looks like I missed commenting on this. We have disabled purchasing JWL with PayPal currently. It will be enabled at the same time we launch Heroes and we will be announcing the official release date in the Beyond Bitcoin meeting this Friday as well as mentioned in our weekly Steem update.

The mark up currently is about 4-5x depending on which package you go with. The number of JWL you receive in each package is subject to change in the future as the trading rate of Jewels changes in value on Bitcoin exchanges.

Heroes launch is drawing close!

Hey! I recently stumbled on this currency and it caught my attention and interest!

Wanted to let you know I wrote an article about it on Steemit! If you wanna check it out: https://steemit.com/altcoin/@cryptochannel/acid-s-crypto-picks-jewels-jwl

Excited about the future of this project! Smiley

Great article. It is 336 BTC raised, not 366 Smiley

Ahh, thanks! in the OP it said:

The sale will ended on September 1st, 12:00am UTC (GMT 0:00) with 366 BTC raised exceeding our goal of 200 BTC.

Oops, fixed. Thanks for catching that.

We've done a soft release of the jewels project website with the splash page now public - It's still under going some development changes as well as we will be keeping an update timeline on the main site of when things are completed to detail the Jewels Project history.

Registration is implemented and will be opened tomorrow to non-ICO investors who do not have an account.

http://www.jewelsproject.com

Awesome!

Would be nice if you could extend the roadmap in more detail for what to expect in the future.

It's not quite a roadmap, we'll be publishing something else for that; It's a timeline. Think of it as a way to look back say a year from now on all the key things we've accomplished in the history of Jewels Smiley

Apex conquest see s like an ok game. There are e ough people online and I'm very glad it is backed like this. Though I really hope we can one day withdraw jewels from the game after we sell and buy things. This will make outside trade on the exchanges bloom.

Well, you can withdraw Jewels from the system (that's the beauty of cryptocurrencies). Jewels integration will mainly be focused on Heroes and Rebirth - but Chris can shed more light on this topic.  One of our projects goals is to create a decentralized item exchange that way you can trade your in-game items outside of our game itself and therefore you truly do own your items. This is effectively the auction house envision.

Going to be talking about this a lot more on this weeks Beyond Bitcoin.

Published an update to the JP website. We've now completed the functionality needed to sell items in Heroes on the site for Jewels (a preview can be seen by clicking "Heroes Shop" > "Garments").

After a user purchases an item,  they will be able to claim it from an NPC in-game. We've temporarily disabled the service so nobody purchases the test item.

We'll be adding registration tomorrow, so non-ICO investors will be able to register accounts now and check it out!

Last weeks Beyond Bitcoin has been posted, you can check it out at - https://steemit.com/beyondbitcoin/@officialfuzzy/e172-beyond-bitcoin-peerplays-talks-legal-sharedrop-and-testnet-jewels-ico-success-gridcoin-and-making-it-rain

"On that note, I think that about summarizes where we're currently at but there is definitely more we have to tell people in terms of what we already know. So, I want to highly stress this especially to our listeners who are going to end up listening on SoundCloud and Youtube because we know that there are several members of our community that don't actually come out to the mumble hangouts currently - but they do listen to them on Youtube and SoundCloud. I strongly strongly strongly reccomend you to come to next week's meeting because we'll be talking about topics that the majority of you actually want to hear about; Which is, the blockchain side of things. When I say the blockchain side of things I mean essentially the goals of Jewels is to essentially merge blockchain with real world gaming so a lot of this talk next week will have to do with smart contracts and how we're going to be leveraging them in the future, decentralized aspects that currently a lot of MMOs have negative stances on like selling items outside of the game which effectively gives rise to black markets, selling accounts, selling gold, that sort of things. Next week you can expect it to be sort of a hot topic from us, I don't mean to hype it up, but like I figure this is the thing that people want to hear about from us the most."

project is dead?

Not sure how you'd come to that conclusion given we recently launched the dashboard as a preview to investors as well as were on the BB hangout today giving updates and answering questions. Join us on Slack if you haven't already and you'll be able to follow the progress of the project more closely Wink

Have you thought of doing a version of a character/weapon/element that's Bitcoin related?
The most popular Bitcoin character by far is 'Satoshi', (The Satoshi Card in Spells of Genesis is by far the most popular and trades at over $3000 each https://sogassets.com/dex/SATOSHICARD )

So a 'Satoshi' version of a character above limited to 200 that could be bought and sold could be popular.
(I haven't played the game but in an ideal world he'd also fight zombie bankers with briefcases Smiley  )
Might make it newsworthy/interesting enough to even warrant a mention on Coindesk.
That's what I was suggesting earlier. Blockchain-based assets. This is indeed what SoG is doing and what makes them unique and interesting: a blockchain based trading card game. There is another project called freemyvunk that endeavours to convince MMORPG editors to release user assets as tradable blockchain tokens but at the moment they seem to be only focused on getting buzz rather than actually getting a functional plateform. That being said it is still interesting to look at their model for inspiration and if they have something working maybe strike a deal.

Having on-chain assets and a decentralized auction house would surely propel JWLs under the spotlight.

You should look forward to next weeks Beyond Bitcoin meeting because this is what I'm going to be heavily focusing in on Wink, after it I have an informal document prepared that we'll be posting on Steem going a little more indepth in what I plan to talk about.
