I'm 99.9 per cent, that the community will vote for the issue of coins. Well... to say the least the more we have the more reasonable of a timeline we can develop. For example, with a higher budget we can hire more 3d asset creators / modelers, programmers, etc. With a lower budget it will be a more drawn out project, but go forward as our investors want us to go forward with the project. Once we know what we're working with, it will then be possible for us to draft up our plan going forward and adjust our existing thoughts to suit the working budget. |

If it is less than 200 Bitcoins, the ICO is canceled? Bitcoin return?
Quoted from the opening post, If at the end even after factoring in outside investments we have a budget less than $120,000 USD we will first seek to establish a new roadmap for development based on the available budget. Once we know this, we will then publish this information publicly and allow those who invested to vote weighted by their investment on whether we should proceed. If the majority votes "no" implying that they wish to be refunded then Jewels project will not proceed and we will begin the process of issuing a refund of all BTC. On the contrary, if the majority votes "yes" implying they wish to proceed despite the change in timeline which likely implies delayed schedules we will continue distribution and proceed with Jewels as intended.

Updated the opening post with some of our recent promotional material such as the Blockchain Dynamics Interview and our appearance on the Beyond Bitcoin radio show I don't know what changes you made but the bottom of the announcement looks all fucked up now. You might want to take a look at it. Yeah I agree. Maybe center the promotional stuff? Some of it looks off. I'll fix the Beyond Bitcoin logo in the morning, I'll need to photoshop the white out of it to translucent. Centered the rest of text/images and it looks reasonably good again  Beyond Bitcoin logo has been updated, OP should look a little more clean now. |

Just to jump in and give a warning to the richi who joined slack.
I am not sure if you're aware there are many scammers on this forum, if that slack account tries to pretend to be the real bittrex owner asking for btc to be listed then please ask for confirmation from his original email address.
You may have already been aware but I thought I should let you know.

Still see zero reason to invest in a 'game app coin' outside of Bitcrystals that have a working game, ecosystem partners and talented devs.
BitCrystals is catering towards a mobile game market and one could make the same argument that there are plenty of games that exist in the Trading Card Game type model the closest resembling what they have is Hearthstone. We're targeting the MMO audience which is a pretty different crowd from those that prefer games similar to that of Hearthstone. I don't doubt though that they will be able to bring something new to the table and also have faith in BitCrystals and as such I've actually been in discussion with them via email about possibly working together in near future between our two projects. Dood. That is a card game you're comparing to a real mmo with 33K player accounts. Are you seriously doing that?  Because apex is way further along then sog is. And im sure hero also is further along then sog. Chris is a very talented dev and if he weren't he would not have 267 players online right now playing his game.  Would you like to explain your position a little better because from here it just look like you're trolling. Player accounts mean literally nothing, it's all about active players dood. SOG is being released in a few weeks, after 2+ years of dev. with a team of developers, with a track record. I am also curious as to what separates Apex from 'Mafia wars' style games, that you can buy for $50k with thousands of active players. I am not saying Jewels is a bad idea, bad investment, or that Apex is bad. I am literally curious as to what the selling points are that makes it unique and 'better' than the competition. It also seems the real future is the Heroes, and 'project rebirth' which is set to start in Q1 2017, which puts SOG far ahead in release. That said, who knows it might be a great investment or not, like any ICO. At least it seems there is some substance compared to the straight up scams that happen every week. The core focus on Jewels will be on Heroes and Project Rebirth but more so the whole purpose of Jewels is for when we start developing on Project Rebirth. Quite likely given SoG's huge head start in terms of development by this point in time I would expect them to have well established their development team, have decent media coverage and a few well known partners at this point. In regards to whether this is a good investment or not the best I can advise is do your due diligence and research Chris's past projects and involvements and whether you think he is fit to lead a successful project just had a chance to listen to the bb recording and have to say you did a good job! are you going to be on next week? looking forward if you are It was good, I even liked the part about blockpay. Since we seem to be on the topic of finances, I thought I'd pop in and give everyone an update that as of now we're at around 33.5 BTC which is around $20,000.00 USD so we getting closer towards our goal . Also at this time I would like to state that at the end of the ICO, we will be applying for a listing on Yobit but as a reminder we have already begun the application process of applying for a listing on Bittrex - we're just waiting for them to reply and tell us how they would like us to proceed or what other information they require. After we have launched our Slack and started to build our Jewels community, it is our next goal in terms of exchanges to seek listing on Poloniex. Sorry, I missed this. No, we're still awaiting verification from them and for them to inform them of the next steps. I had sent them a follow up email after submitting our application and our identity verification asking them what the next steps on our end should be, they simply replied Hi,

This weekend, I'll be reaching out to them via Slack and encourage other members of the community to do so as well. As for other exchanges we're not too keen on being listed on C-Cex due to the fact we're a PoS coin and our investigations have found threads suggesting it is very likely C-Cex stakes user deposits and takes the rewards for themselves. We will for sure at this time be listed on Yobit as we will seek a paid listing on there but it's a core objective to be listed on a more trusted exchange such as Bittrex. |

So let me try to clarify our current stance or views on things, As of right now we have looked into the legalities of online gambling with virtual currencies such as Bitcoin and what some of the bigger Bitcoin casinos use. Namely what we've looked into is offshore registration for the company mainly dealing with Jewels in Costa Rica or other similar countries typically used for these sort of operations. This seems to be a popular choice as it's reasonably priced and obtaining a gambling license there doesn't seem as difficult as in the North America or Europe. The restrictions we need to impose with a Costa Rican gambling license isn't that bad either. It's worth noting, since we're not gambling with Bitcoin or fiat it's less likely a legal authority will pursue us but we want all of our bases covered.On the note of smart contracts, I personally have looked into Etherum but have not had much chance to experiment with or learn Solidity although it seems like a fairly straight forward language. While at this time I'm not 100% sure about everything gambling related being able to fit under a smart contracts it is an idea we're open to. I'm aware of the fact that we can utilize an Etherum token stored in a smart contract and effectively do an asset swap when we're ready to pursue the smart contract route. I'd like to stress though with the recent incident of the DAO it's clear that this route is something that should not be rushed so we see this more as an end-game idea. Definitely we will need to consult with parties who are more familiar with Solidity and smart contract development to ensure we don't unleash another disaster like that. If you know anyone who's had some decent experience with Solidity and Etherum, I'd love to have a chat with them so please encourage them to email us at jewels@apexconquer.com or better yet reach out to us via Slack. We are currently in the process of setting up a Steem page so if for example you don't have a Twitter but use Steem you'll be able to follow us there Would also appreciate if you could post a reminder in the thread because I had forgotten about it and I don't use twitter so looking forward to hearing that recording, thanks. Yes, we planned on doing that anyways. After the end of the Jewels ICO and you launch Heroes will you be holding any promotional events within or some how utilizing your newly launched game Heroes to promote Jewels? Like some sort of tournament, or quest, etc...
While unclear at this time as to whether we'll be hosting any events directly after the ICO finishing as we feel first it would be best to let the market reach an equilibrium before giving out Jewels as prizes - this is partially why there is a lack of bounties. What is clear is that there will definitely be events in the future on Heroes that will offer this as well as other prizes. I wanna hear more about the Rebirth project. I didn't hear this weeks show but if you guys didn't can you guys talk more about Rebirth at the next one? Concept ideas and that sort of stuff. I think it'd be cool to get a forum going as well where people like me can help you brain storm ideas about the game. I really love writing lore so I think I'd be pretty good at helping write the back story for Rebirth assuming you intend to have one.
We're considering going for a second round of discussion over on Beyond Bitcoin as that will be the week after we're completed the ICO however we're unsure at this time what are objectives going into the second discussion are. I'll discuss with Chris whether if he feels next weeks hang out would be a good point in time to start talking about his ideas for the future Join us on Slack, we'd love to talk to you about your own ideas there! I'll check out Slack tomorrow since it's pretty late here. Are writers for like I said before lore/story something you guys will be looking to hire for Rebirth?
