41  Economy / Services / Re: Nexchange.io Signature Campaign - Up To 0.05 BTC Per User Per Week! - Text Only! on: September 12, 2017, 02:05:31 PM
I don't understand the fuss. Is this because of the good rates? I've been rejected a few times by campaign managers and hired in other campaigns run by the same manager. Folks need to understand you won't always be accepted, no matter how good your post quality is.... and that by the way, is subjective.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin was born in the year ? on: September 11, 2017, 05:45:08 PM
Currently, you own bitcoin, so bitcoin was born in year ? you know ?

Sometime on or before 2009, which was the year it was released. The official date it was published is October thirty first two thousand and nine. The rest is history.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop compulsive chart checking? on: September 11, 2017, 03:18:26 PM
I'm not a day trader - in it for the long term.
How can I convince myself not to keep looking at the market charts multiple times per day?

You dont have to, if you dont want to. Since I enter to this cryptos world, Checking a market and price become habits. I dont force my self to do it, but because I want to. If you planting some plants, dont you wanna see its growing every day. Or if its withered, dont you wanna know whats happening and why thats happen?. you're a long term investor, I think maybe you dont want to check it everyday, because if you do it, you'll have feeling will lost money if the price dump ,isn't it? If that so, good luck to find a way to convince yourself.

I have the same problem. It is the first thing I do in the am and most evenings. I am also trying desperately to curb it. Sound advice.

Is the Chinese government manipulating the market intentionally? Nothing would surprise me in this space. And it will not be the first time a government gets involved in a currency war. Something just ain't right here.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now? on: September 10, 2017, 07:10:32 PM
Some say ethereum has the best long-term potential of any cryptocurrency. Right now bitcoin is still king, but I think ethereum will become number one in short order.
46  Economy / Digital goods / Re: How I Make $1000/day on: September 10, 2017, 06:03:02 PM
You should just keep raking in those profits rather than risking saturating your methods. If more people do the same thing, you will lose your edge and that means less profits. Why risk that for $15?
47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: September 10, 2017, 03:40:24 PM
I will, I prefer it really. It may take a while to convert what I need into FIAT, but as far as I am concerned the benefits of having my wages in bitcoins outweighs the cons.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: September 09, 2017, 08:18:00 PM
Surely if Leicester handled the ball in the box a third time the ref would have no choice but to give a verbal warning. “Lads – you can’t use your hands in the box anymore or I’m going to have to blow my whistle.” Or some such pleasantries. The standard is very poor.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How far do you think ETH will go? on: September 09, 2017, 07:15:51 PM
Ethereum has done well and bit will end the year strongly. It's been a dodgy few days because of issues with icos, it shall pass though and eth will retain its place as the prince to bitcoin.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan’s Entertainment Giant DMM Launching Bitcoin Mining Farm and Pool on: September 09, 2017, 06:08:32 PM
Shortly after Japan's Internet giant, GMO Internet announced their bitcoin mining plan, Japanese entertainment giant DMM Group, the operator of e-commerce site DMM.com with 27 million members, has announced that it will operate a large-scale cryptocurrency mining farm. The company plans to become one of the top three mining farm companies in the world.

Quote
DMM Group announced on Friday that it has established a Virtual Currency Division which will operate a mining business beginning in October.

“After completion of successful trials in October 2017, ‘DMM Pool’ will be released for world-wide use within the year 2017,” the company declared. “During the year 2018, DMM will be one of the 10 largest mining farms in the world.”

In March 2016, the e-commerce giant started accepting bitcoin payments through Coincheck, a leading Japanese bitcoin exchange and merchant service provider.

Thanks for sharing. This is positive news considering the rocky week bitcoin experienced this past few days. Hopefully it is a sign of things to come. I am frustrated with all the negative news coming out of China. Thank you Japan.
51  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: can someone tell me the benefits of campaign on: September 09, 2017, 05:12:01 PM
hello everyone out there i only have a vague idea about bitcoins so please let me know more on how to enter campaigns and earn bitcoins

Campaigns are run by companies to increase the visibility of their brands around the forum. It is a clever way to advertise. It increases their chances of attracting more users. Some do it to appear legit.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: waves official site on: September 08, 2017, 06:47:41 PM
Waves took a while to get going and had a lot of detractors early on but given the valuations of other cryptocurrencies I think it is one of the most underappreciated ones right now.
53  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why so delay? on: September 05, 2017, 10:05:26 PM
coinbase is still safe for trading, at least for now. Your transaction is just taking its time to confirm. Give it some time, they will come good.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin thieves ? on: September 05, 2017, 08:52:14 PM
Hey, i'm newbie in this industry and I've came across this article - https://fxpmarkets.blog/2017/08/29/crypto-thieves/
Is it true ?
if so - what is the best way to protect our coins?

You must hold your coins yourself, this way if you lose them you know its your fault. Leaving your assets on exchanges and wallets without the private key is dangerous and you should always be prepared for the worst.

55  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for partner about media campaign of blockchain project on: September 05, 2017, 07:44:45 PM
What you really mean is that you are looking for people to help promote your project for free. If you have the right budget, I would be interested. And many others here, I am sure.
56  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: WARNING: Poloniex blocking clients from contacting them, SCAM in the making? on: September 05, 2017, 05:37:47 PM
They are actively blocking clients on their social media profiles.

If they don't just ignore them but actively prevent them from contacting Poloniex, I think there's a quite fair possibility that all the problems Poloniex is having are connected between them.

As far as I am concerned, poloniex is a confirmed scam, or maybe they have been taken over by the feds. Stay away people!

57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves hold for longterm Good or Not? on: September 05, 2017, 04:56:04 PM
Dear friends,

I have 2 BTC - it's all my money.
Should i buy and hold Waves coin for longterm (end of 2017)
Thank you so much

Waves has potential, but how much potential is anybodies guess. Id say buy a fraction of bitcoin worth. 2 btc might be too much, but this is my personal view.

58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The DEATH of Bitcoin Surfaces Again on: September 05, 2017, 03:45:03 PM

Is this the beginning of the death of Bitcoin? Well, the topic is now resurrecting again now that Bitcoin just experienced one of the biggest bloodbaths ever in its trading history. And this the trend right now for the whole cryptocurrency market...we are seeing waves of red all over.

No wonder the FUD community is now having a fiesta...they think that this can be the start of the end of the world...I mean the end of Bitcoin and that it can crashed soon towards the $100 price.

Are they kidding me?

Bitcoins death has been predicted over and over again, and I think it will take more than the ban on ICOs in China to kill it. Watch the price rebound over the next few weeks.

59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction confirmation time .... help on: September 03, 2017, 12:29:44 PM
It may take a while to confirm. I've seen transactions confirming after five days or thereabouts. You need to be patient. Worse case scenario and it reverts back to your account after a very long delay.
60  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: September 03, 2017, 11:02:37 AM
Totenham is too young a team for the league, but a few new teams that have already started should show a high level, any team can present a surprise, but I think in 1/8 all the strongest grandees of their championships will leave.
Actually tottenham hotspurs squad is quite suitable to compete in Champions league, but unfortunately they go to the group that occupied 2 other strong teams. Real Madrid are defending champions and for me Real Madrid have the best squad for now. Borussia dortmund is a great team that is often a barrier for other big teams. Tottenham hotspurs get a terrible group, but this could be a good experience for them. I think getting away is just a bonus for them.

Tottenham is not a serious team for trophies, they are perennial underachievers and always have good players but lacks something that could carry them further. I don't think they stand any chance in the group really.
but tottenham is always troublesome for other teams. they are become the underdog team. they have players who grew up in tottenham academy. I'm sure they will work hard to get through to the next round

Ha ha ha...your post made my day. I've not laughed so hard in a very long time. Spurs are an overrated team, that managed to do well the last two seasons without winning anything. Their best chance5 to achieve something great in modern times was two seasons ago, when they lost to Leicester. And don't forget the big teams all underperformed that season. They are on the road to nowhere.
