There are a few people in the slack channel now. Teka (one former developer of the website is there as well). Join.

I will be happy to confirm that the general overview of the story in slack is correct. I can't comment on specific numbers as I don't remember, the 20k I held was payment to me that I didn't withdraw until work was done. Sadly, due to personal commitments I can't continue to work with Shift but will be happy to chime in from time to time with my opinion.

We did not abandon the ship. You took over by your selfs, now live with it. Teka was involved and are, as you say adhitthana, very trustful. .
What does Teka have to say now?

I worked with the team as an extended freelancer, meaning that I helped with the website and my opinion was sometimes considered on day to day tasks. I will be happy to help the old shift team if required because that's my client and I owe it to them to finish any work started.

When it comes to my personal opinion, I would hold of investing in any proposition.

Ugh...the constant drama at Bitcointalk is the reason why I keep leaving this place. I've comeback to say that founder of shift is not a scammer, he tried his best and all it came down to was the low value of shift and the fact that the dev was not wealthy enough to support all of the burden of this coin from his own funds. The block explorer took a substantial portion of the premine, in terms of the monthly payment and the total cockup with altsheets.

In terms of the website, I will not be releasing anything without approval from the founder as thats who paid me. I wouldn't say the website is 95% done and if I do get approval to realase it, I will probably fix it. I never finished it as I already cut my rates by more than half to help the dev out (FYI, he did not ask me to do this) and then his medical situation made it seem unlikely that the coin will make a comeback soon.

I'm also pretty much out of all crypto, except for Bitcoin and two other major holdings.

Playing with national lotteries are a waste of time and energy, but it's a good form of entertainment.
Seeing other people hoping, then hope more.. then a lookof despair in their eyes.. it's priceless.
it seems you like to see others people be sad lol  Grin
I love the adrenaline in the lottery, when our hearts beat faster when the draw, see the faces of the contestants who hope, funny..

Some men just like to watch the world burn  Grin

Don't buy just yet people, gonna leak this in about 5 minutes  Tongue

You posted this on both of his threads, are you messing around or will you actually leak these?

I will because he leaked one of my methods... Karma... ;-)

EDIT: he upped the price to $20, gonna wait until it goes down again.

Karma is a bitch. Just looked at this users trust and it tells quite an interesting story.

I've only played the euromillions a few times in my lifetime, and overall I'm in profit.... about £5 Tongue

You're profit is not so much but still good because you're not in loss. As all we know it is very difficult for any one to win money from lottery because winning chances are very less and we can't guess the number so easily. Anyway I never brought any lottery so no profit or loss for me.
Being a futuristic person i don't put lotteries and accordingly didn't receive anything from lotteries. In manner to don't addict myself towards lotteries i simply restrict to put them even for fun and suggest it others also.

That's fair enough, I literally just play once a year on my birthday of the prize is crazy like £100million +
Problem with high reward lotteries is that you have very poor chances of winning anything at all. If you buy a ticked of national lottery, the chances of winning the jackpot prize in the it could be harder than ever.
Recently the number of balls in the draw will be increased from 49 to 59, increasing the odds of matching all six balls from one in 14 million to one in 45 million... Good luck with that.

It has different version though like 1-49 , -52 , -55 so on and yeah no changes in your winning chances but if you got it damn hallelujah. A known person of mine got a jackpot in our national lottery years ago at 6 digits out of 55 numbers. In that lottery version here, jackpot are really high. Lottery sometimes giving us a excitement. This is the gambling type that only luck will tell.

Oh yeah of course I understand there is no chance but there comes a point where I'm like eh whatever lets try. Its not like I'm going to worry over loosing £2 Tongue.

18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why does paypal considered as scam attempt? on: December 21, 2015, 11:09:42 PM
I have recently send money to my brother through paypal because i wanted to try if i can dispute the payment. If i try to dispute it then this appears:
"We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly".

You have to contact your bank and they will chargeback for you. The issue is that many people here could be using stolen paypal accounts or debit cards that will be reversed and marked as unauthorized transactions.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: How many BTC will make you a fiat millionaire in 5 years? on: December 21, 2015, 09:44:42 PM
I'm going to take a random guess and say that in 5 years we will be back at the magical mark of $1000, so 1000bitcoins ish.
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why does paypal considered as scam attempt? on: December 21, 2015, 09:41:11 PM
Hi guys,
I would like to share my thoughts about paypal..
From what i understand, there are 2 ways to send money through paypal.
First is as goods and services.
Second is as "transfer money to a friend or family"
Transering money as goods and services gives the sender the ability to take back the money with the excuse that the item or service is nos as described. Ideal for scammers..
Transfering money to a friend or family does not give you that option. So why nobody wants to trade like that? Why everytime someone even mentions paypal, he is accused as a scammer?

My understanding with family and friends payment chargeback is still possible as you are able to claim "Unauthorized payment"
