I have bought all my Bitcoins from bittylicious (uk)  they accept GBP for other currencies like doge,  drk  etc.  It would be great if we could be added there.  Anyone else from the UK wanna help by emailing them?

I believe we also need quite a bit of uk xc sellers in order for bittylicious to add us.

Hi Guys,

Sorry I've been unavailable today but I was celebrating today's polish holiday. Best way to contact me is via twitter: @drasticraven or here via pm since it's sent straight to my phone.

Thanks

When are the Tor sticks shipping out?

When REV 3 is out.   It's posted on the first page road map along with a lot of other important info.

Most likely before.

XCurrency just added to https://www.coingateway.net/ -- spend XC anywhere BTC is accepted!!!

Wow!  That's amazing as i only voted yesterday and there was just 25 votes! To be added to quick ahead of the others goes to show for a lot.

That's amazing news. CoinGate: Thanks a lot for your consideration.

Not really XC related, but interesting:  https://www.tradingview.com/x/ISdZpcWp/
Time to cash out ?

The time to cash out of BTC was at the end of last November.  Wink

I mean - cash out of FIAT ....dive into crypto's

Ahahah, I see what you are saying.  It hurt my brain for a second, but I get it now.  Smiley

Yeah same story here, I didn't see anything to indicate that btc was about to fall.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MAMM] MammothCoin| REAL TRUSTLESS DECENTRALISED Anon Wallet Coming soon on: August 13, 2014, 04:02:15 PM
Look at it this way. Bitcointalk is THE place to market cryptos. If I ran a site marketing Pepsi, I'd delete posts from users saying how great Coke is. . .Even if Coke came out first and had a bigger community behind it. I also try to support Pepsi by making vague statements like "Pepsi is good Coke is crap".

Everyone is worked up over this, but bad etiquette isn't proof of bad coding or even ethics. . . I stayed in the engineering residence in University. My roomates were smart as hell, but often lacked social skills. Add into that an obvious language barrier here also.

It's not a matter of posts about "Coke" being deleted.

It's a matter of posts about Mammothcoin's claims being deleted.

He's censoring any discussion about the truth. Only his unsubstantiated assertions remain undeleted.

really then why xc thread my post about whitepaper deleted n few seconds i can show deletion message. and i did not said anything bad there

I deleted it, simply because you deleted dan's comment.

Can someone explain why we persist in engaging with that shitcoin?

I don't know I got bored and their coin is such a joke that it's somewhat fun at this point. Plus I don't like bs claims.
450  Other / Meta / Re: prospect member fud the mamothcoin every 20 seconds on: August 13, 2014, 03:50:05 PM
It's self-moderated thread. If you don't like OP's attitude you are free to open your own thread.

Oh yeah of course. I was posting more to prove that OPs claims are BS.

I suggest even a revoke from the moderating rights of mammothcoin
he even deletes post like this:

Yes and any proof of developer requests.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XC][XCurrency] Decentralised Trustless Privacy Platform / Encrypted XChat / Pos on: August 13, 2014, 03:27:21 PM
i just thought Teka or Synechist might know something was why i brought it up now i see there on, they know there stuff better then most of us i think, would like to hear there opinion on it, that all.

I haven't personally heard about it.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XC][XCurrency] Decentralised Trustless Privacy Platform / Encrypted XChat / Pos on: August 13, 2014, 03:19:54 PM
This Mammothcoin is too funny.  Steal your code, and before launching the clonecoin, while testing the copied code, attack the original and try to suggest that they are copying you.  Same Co-developer as on Supercoin which was bounced from Poloniex for potentially having a hidden premine.  The cockroaches.

We got a free endorsement though. He said that posting a tx fee of our anon system makes his coin 'bad looking' so I guess our system is a lot better. Not like we already didn't know that.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XC][XCurrency] Decentralised Trustless Privacy Platform / Encrypted XChat / Pos on: August 13, 2014, 02:57:54 PM
Looks like he deleted his comment, but did anyone else see the mammothdev just come in here and talk trash?

Pathetic...

Nahh I deleted it because he deleted Dan's professional response so deleting a load of crap from a worthless coin is more than fair.

I mean come on that guy is unwilling to even do a proof of developer review.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XC][XCurrency] Decentralised Trustless Privacy Platform / Encrypted XChat / Pos on: August 13, 2014, 02:52:07 PM
mammoth? something to hide you don't want to get your code reviewed?

Wouldn't be surprised if they are attacking XC so much because they are just using our old tech.
457  Other / Meta / Re: prospect member fud the mamothcoin every 20 seconds on: August 13, 2014, 02:24:58 PM
dear forum moderators the member fud every 10 seconds

I am tired about deleting his posts he made a software its wide open i wonder if this is against in your rules

Fud automator prospect https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=237554

they are actually more group of fudster comes from xc thread

So mammothcoin and keycoin are connected with the same dev team behind, nice dude. Even the same fucking picture of your "screenshot with code". So you "borrow" XCs mixing code and create two currencys after each others with the same technology but a different name? This is all about pulling as much BTC as you can, dump your holdings when its appropiate?

Jesus fucking christ. Its obvious.

To the moderators in this thread, i will keep posting this, so it is not going to help if you delete it.

Yup, they just keep deleting post exposing their scam.

Indeed.

please check this we cant protect our innovation under heavy and such organised fud

you can see this by checking how many pms he has because of deletions

why they keep attacking us this much we did not do any harm to them
thank you

No not all:

‘I accept reputable members but XC dev is not reputable one because he does not know what is multisig and true trustless system and keep cheating his community with absurd things.’

Sorry kid but he's alot more reputable then an anon developer with no previous history on this forum.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XC][XCurrency] Decentralised Trustless Privacy Platform / Encrypted XChat / Pos on: August 13, 2014, 02:20:55 PM
We should probably chill out over in the mammoth thread now lol, we put him in his place, time to take the high road.

Well unless you see something funny....   like this...

Hmmm so that screenshot...

1. Is Mammothcoin and supercoindev the same dev?
2. If not, who was the lazy dev that just stole that screenshot and pretended a transaction was logged?  (Supercoindev or you)

bwahahaha! enticing competing dev for proof of slanderous statements: 1xc
morning entertainment value on xcthread while gentlemen are bored waiting for the market to move: priceless!

I don't normally say this but it's all a fair game at this point. That developer is a joke.

A direct quote which promoted this response from me:

'‘I accept reputable members but XC dev is not reputable one because he does not know what is multisig and true trustless system and keep cheating his community with absurd things.’'

So far they have done nothing and have no previous history or respect within the crypto community. Whereas Dan is even being offered bounties from other community members to review their coins code.

[...]
The price is pretty much the same rate of descent we've seen lately - which is to say the slowest of the alts (cf. Crypto-Coin Stats) and thus the safest haven.
[...]

Can't you see that XC has lost almost 30% of its value within 5 days? Also, can't you see that such bullshit about 'safe heavens' gets exploited by someone to easily move out of XC? Why do you continue doing this?

I don't get your reasoning at all.

If XC is a safe haven, people will move money into it.

for me xc feels more like a smaller pump&dump coin. i'm a long term investor but a safe heaven would provide a stable price and not +/-30% price fluctuations that just help the big players to take out a nice profit and leave smaller investors behind.

You're in crypto, this all about big money just like any markets. Honestly if you want stability then invest in Gold. Long term however, xc's proven anon technology and privacy platform will succeed. It's not always about the short term price.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's learn about XC, And why it's the Future of Crypto "currencies" on: August 13, 2014, 02:05:36 PM
The premine is a tiny percentage and honestly more of Dans personal funds have been used then the premine. Unlike other coins, we are building a privacy platform that is based around solid code. We also don't have issues regarding blockchain bloat Wink

So you've gotten pruning working in XC, then? Can you link to the code on github? Because not even Bitcoin has pruning right now. Until you've written the code that lets you prune the blockchain and run off a new merkle root, your claim is spurious and incorrect. Don't claim to have solved a problem when what you mean is "we will solve it later...once Bitcoin does the work for us".

p.s you've lost quite a few potential orders today

Doubtful, 99% of our orders since the market tanked in March are from large farms and are based around our 19" rack ASIC grids that aren't even on the website. None of them have stopped ordering. But it's completely fine to tell yourself that's the case if it'll make you feel better.

Let's be honest, there are some coins with terrible blockchain bloat. Also, the code for current rev won't be accessible for some time to prevent theft of our technology.
