let me explain with numbers. you will get 2x with chance %49.5 for playing High (here we have 0.5 percentage ) and also you will get 2x for playing low with chance %49.5 ( Here we have 0.5 percentage too)
And sum of %1 is total house edge.

I am not sure about this bounty will work correctly. There are mistakes and missing informations as you point.
