this is totally wrong. Bitcoin is not a pump and dump coin. You will never find enough beudget to dump or pump bitcoin.

Ethereum is not getting more value against bitcoin. So ETH/USD price does not make any sense for me. If eth/btc start to rise then i will confirm that Ethereum will be 1000usd in january 2018.
We need to see ETH/BTC at 0.10 otherwise ethereum value will be remain same for me.

It is not possible to predict future price of any commodities so there is no chance to predict %100 that an ICO will be up 76x
But logic makes sense and these calculations will be a light to determine the options.
