What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment

Hard to ignore these benefits of cash, and this is true for the majority of the planet. But I think the core concepts of alternative cash, Bitcoin for example, is not really to replace cash but to open more access to things cash cannot do.

* Cash cannot be easily or without risk be sent across countries or even cities.
* I cannot confirm you have enough cash in your wallet to pay for a service.
* I cannot guarantee if you send me cash you will take it back.
* I cannot easily check to see if your cash is good, or guarantee my bank will accept your cash.

Because you need to have a device connected to internet to transfer bitcoin. But you don't need a device, internet or even electricity to pay or receive cash. It is as simple as giving or handing it to others just like that! Also Cash is accepted in more placed and organizations than Bitcoin. Bitcoin and our current fiat currency, at least as of this time, seem to be both useful but mostly in two different context. Yes, bitcoin is a promising technology but you cannot simply use it anywhere and anytime you want. Bitcoin is a digital currency. Fiat is the hard money that we use when buying hard goods face to face without using the internet such as when you are buying from a stall beside the street.

Whether one will eventually replace the other, we cannot tell for now. So far, both are existing and are serving us well.

Sites like cheapair.com, bitrefil.com, purse.io and many sites accepts bitcoin in Ecommerce or others. However, we have payment option as fiat and paypal as well. Even in physical stores also fiats are widely accepted. Bitcoin needs to be adopted as legal currency in your country to use it. Then bitcoin would be better than fiat money.

Cash is obviously better than bitcoin. You can't always use bitcoin to buy stuff. Now some people will say that to Buy online stuff bitcoin is more useful. Cash is better than Bitcoin as it is accepted everywhere but Bitcoin has much lower acceptance. Transactions in cash don't charge you any transaction fees but transaction of Bitcoin charge high fees. Government can regulate the circulation of cash so it's not that volatile. This provide paper currency stability which makes it better than bitcoin and you can see why cash is preferable than bitcoin.

Cash is better because there are no taxes for exchanging currencies, but there is a tax on buying Bitcoin in many countries. Also, Bitcoin can also be classified as an investment which means you have to pay taxes on your gains, but in most countries, you can't compensate a portion of the losses from your taxes even tho it is available for traditional investments. Cash is always going to be the easiest way to pay for small things, I don't want to go to a store, buy a pack of gum and have to pay in bitcoins unless in the future bitcoin becomes so normal that new forms of payment that are fast enough are implemented. I mean right now you can pay with your credit card for almost anything so the same could happen with bitcoin.

The only advantage I can think about physical cash right now is its anonymity. Bitcoin is also very anonymous, but there is always a chance of tracing back the transactions to the user through the Blockchain. But with physical cash, it is almost impossible to trace the transactions (unless you are able to attach some sort of GPS chips to the banknotes).
