Does ASICMINER have a list of shareholders and Havelock is just a broker? Or what happens for example if Havelock goes down and I have shares purchased from there?
ASICminer doesn't have list of Havelock shareholders, all shares are registered to PT issuer address, but if they don't plan to play fractional reserve with shares like Ukyo did, nothing wrong can happen. If yes, then well ... ask Bitfunder's traders. |

What stopped you from using Havelock?
the price being 10% higher x+10% is better than nothing. I don't want to sound rude, but I do love how all the people spreading the "hype" are new users... yeah, silly me. I just expect websites to work. Especially those of multi-million dollar banks. Hmmm when we are talking about websites ... where is the site, where the clients can manage NEO account? Something like internet banking? I assume some clients opened these accounts today, but where can they check balances, transactions, ... ? Only on blockchain.info ? |

My friend created account on lmb-holdings yesterday with no problem, he got instant verification mail ... only problem was with 2FA setup as I stated here, but after manual input of code it worked, problem with SSL certificate is still there, I reported this months ago, no change. Shares were credited into account automatically after 4-6 verifications 2times during yesterday for him. So check your spam folders guys. And check if you sent BTC on correct address.

24/02/2014 - post-IPVO shares counting Direct Shares held on LMB Holdings - 2 398 963 PT Shares held on Havelock - 2 583 384 IPVO SUM -> 4 982 347 shares sold, congratulations <<< this number should stay the same from today until another offering1,100,000(Private Tranche)+500,000(Pre-IPVO Offering)+8,000,000(Public Offering) = 9 600 000 issued shares so we should have 4 617 653 unsold shares, the site was referring something about 2 771 864 yesterday, idk why, maybe someone could explain I hope we will not see any shady transfers of remaining unsold shares to Havelock without prior announcement, because it would be very obvious. |

I was very excited and it was : "over, ..." something about tape out failed, going out of business ... and share prices dump to zero... damn ! it was fucked up feeling  Anyway ... i hope ... we should be after tapeout now and we should get update from him or board this week(before March) iirc. |

The barcode 'otpauth://totp/https:// ...something... is not a valid authentication token barcode.

IPVO ends at close of business today. Are there direct sale of shares now? I thought the process was completed and you can no longer buy directly shares. Unless it is close of business using USA time (somebody from Neo please clarify). You can still buy shares Maybe IPVO will be active until midnight, we''ll see. BTW he just figured it out, 2FA barcode is fucked up, but he was able to enable 2FA with manual entry of secret code into app. |

So, in logic, we will know the result of tape out in March , as well as the sample chips. But the mass delivery will be in May only if everything is fine.
when the tapeout date was still 'early february', friedcat said the march date was still valid. If tapeout really has occurred by now, I'd guesstimate a first batch of mass delivery by mid April. Given their time projections are realistic. If they decide to put 1 PH/s in their immersion cooling center, they'd also have 10% of the network while still having chips left to sell. But that is pure speculation from my side given the numbers friedcat gave us. 10% with 1PH? wake up ... Network speed is 27 PH now. 1/27 is = 3.7% now ... much more lower in April, IF Friedcat is able to deliver something at all ... we'll need much more internal hashrate and new datacenter(s) , if we want again achieve at least 10% of the network |
