If we can't build immunity against current altcoins now. Then good luck Bitcoin if "USDcoin" backed by USA government, FED and military emerges with massive media campaign. And USA will ban usage of any other crypto-currency on their soil. This is also true for other countries.

TAT, are you still working for NEO ? You have a grand opening in 7days and you're fucking around like a kid with senseless altcoin ? Disappointing ...

I do not work for Neo in any context other than as steward to the NEOBEE profit-shares.

What do you do exactly, other than troll like there's no tomorrow?

Sorry to hear that my posts are "trolling" for you TAT. I just used to get some quality contributions/posts from you in the past. And in last ~2weeks my alerts are constantly notifying me about you writing about this scamcoin. Like really??? I think i need to un-follow you and leave you alone. I just don't get it how can anyone support some scamcoin, if we should be supporters of finite 21 000 000 supply as is written in the Bitcoin protocol. Altcoins are like printing press from FED for Bitcoin.

305  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN]ASICMiner Publicly Looking for Potential Customers/Partners for New Chips on: February 16, 2014, 01:48:41 PM
Anyone actually contact FriedCat? Seems like 100's of PMs and emails and no one got a reply.

I got reply about share transfer this week. So Friedcat is alive. I assume he's waiting on detailed specs from tapeout. If Friedcat speaks, he's telling the facts, not bullshits like everyone else in mining market. So just be patient ...

Guys, maybe you can help me. I'll be speaking with some potential big investors about bitcoin mining next week. And I want to introduce them to our AM immersion cooling project & custom made datacenters. So I'am gathering all possible informations about it for my presentation. I remember that in AM Immersion Cooling exhibition materials on google drive was one *.pdf document, with very useful and visionary thoughts, which I can use. I have thumbnail >

But that document is no longer there. Does someone have that document? Thanks

My iphone is not jailbroken. I bought it from UK direct from Apple. Never attempted to get it jailbroken.

Not compromised 2FA device, backup written offline on paper, nobody else has access to your pc ... antivirus check is nothing, nowadays viruses are 24/7 totally fud(undetectable in any AV) <<< but still ...  now i don't have an idea how is that possible, maybe mitm attack as someone suggested, but GA provides a one-time password. Professional job indeed. I would really like to know, how is that possible.

Btw the best security what i ever seen in bitcoinland has Kraken, Havelock should learn from them. Separate 2FA for login and for trades, withdrawals, change of settings has custom time-lock, encrypted mails. Just awesome.
308  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitstamp btc withdrawal problem on: February 15, 2014, 08:27:52 AM
Currently I am waiting 30 minutes for my BTC withdrawal from bitstamp

Status : Waiting to be processed

So I assume you're still doing manual withdrawals, no fully automated.
309  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Havelock Investments - Exchange feedback/comments on: February 15, 2014, 07:32:51 AM
I would also love to see fixed withdrawal-adress as i was suggesting this months ago.
310  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 15, 2014, 06:39:35 AM

2. Pending withdrawal of your Bitcoins; time lock?

How about allowing us to specify a withdrawal address that is then locked; coins can only be sent to this address. It can be unlocked, but upon doing so an email is sent notifying me that it's been unlocked and it takes a further 7 days or so before a new address can be entered?

^^ THIS. + yubikey
311  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 14, 2014, 10:39:58 AM
When was the last time you changed your password? Is it unique?

You can have 200chars upper-lower-special char 0-day new password, if your computer is once rated and part of the botnet you are screwed, it keylogs everything right into the database based on keywords ... 2FA and secure OS is the only way.
312  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitstamp btc withdrawal problem on: February 14, 2014, 10:24:44 AM
+1

Anyway I am migrating to Kraken after all of this ... also I am tired of calculating EUR/USD exchange rate for my localbtc trades, since Stamp doesn't have EUR order book, Kraken does.
313  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 14, 2014, 10:14:06 AM
Damn ... shit. This is sick. Did you have 2FA backup somewhere in the same PC?

2FA key was written down on paper as "backup".

I am just wondering how could that happened? it seems impossible if you have 2FA

Maybe 2FA on rooted/jailbroken device ... and attacker infected both devices pc and smartphone/tablet via same router.

EDIT : I assume you're in Thailand ... 90% of smartphones there are rooted.

EDIT2 : Damn, from today I'll login to Havelock only from TailsOS ... I feel sorry for your lose mate, its really devastating. I wish we could do something about it.
314  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 14, 2014, 10:04:30 AM
Yeah guys, but I am talking about our PT shares on Havelock. I can only believe that NEOBEE internal software is up to date with protocol.

TAT are you considering 1 free transfer per month/2months/1Q from PT to Directs ? Or no chance? You know, we early investors didn't have a chance to buy direct shares in first place. I would like to transfer all Havelock shares to Directs ASAP. But honestly I don't like to pay that huge fee for it. I just read in AM thread that one guy lost 150 AM shares with enabled 2FA on Havelock. Wild wild west ...

One of our users placed one too many zeros when placing an order for a sale causing the flash crash.

Just a friendly reminder to always double, triple check before placing an order.

On the other hand, many of our users managed to pickup very cheap units.

Havelock Investments

Or they just get hacked. And somebody from inside who knows this sold all the shares.  Seems like everybody who is running some bitcoin operation with off-chain 0 confirmations instant transactions (and is using txid for verification) is vulnerable to malleability attack. Who is using instant transactions? Online Casinos ... because you cant wait 20minutes for 1st confirmation on your bet in roulette.
317  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 14, 2014, 12:15:03 AM
I did a research for past 48hours and it seems like that everybody who is running some bitcoin operation with off-chain 0 confirmations instant transactions (and is using txid for verification) like exchanges ( maybe Havelock(!) ) is vulnerable to malleability attack.

+1 for this
IMHO a lot of vendors, exchanges etc just haven't been doing house keeping.  Once Gox spread the news malleability has become a new source of exploit for the kiddyscriptors as well as a convenient excuse for scam artists.

yes, i admit the negativity and conspiracy thinking in my recent posts ... but i hardly find something what makes me think different in bitcoin world in recent months, sorry about that. I am just careful.

318  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Havelock Investments - Exchange feedback/comments on: February 13, 2014, 11:05:54 PM
Havelock, is your exchange affected in any way by recent malleability issue? Yes-No
319  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 13, 2014, 09:38:09 PM
In other words, what is essential for us shareholders, is that : If Danny and co. knew about this issue 2 months ago, the whole NEOBEE was very well prepared and awaiting BTC crash. Possible in unregulated market? Sure. Illegal? No. Are we going to profit from this? IDK but I doubt that anybody else besides individuals behind this theater will profit.

That silence around finally make sense.

EDIT : Its good to be prepared for situation that Havelock is in trouble right now and they will potentially run with remaining BTCs and lock shares (look at recent SR2 bs news). I hope not, but who knows, history teaches us. So TAT, please make backup of database and I suggest to halt all share transfers until the malleability issue is done and we have a clear statement from Havelock that they are not affected in any way by malleability. I don't want to spread panic, but I am tired to see that community is losing coins because of this kind of 3rd party bullshits since 2011.

Also its very suspicious that Havelock still didn't implement the feature, that owner of shares can lock btc address to account. So our shares are not registered to btc address there, but to email.
320  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 13, 2014, 09:25:22 PM
Listen guys. I just got an idea.

Don't you see connection between current malleability issues and Bitfunder ? Maybe Bitfunder was first victim of "malleability feature" in bitcoin protocol? I know you can't transfer any coins between wallets without confirmations of the network ... UNTIL you don't use custom made software with hot wallets and off chain transactions in your system which allows exactly this kind of instant transfers, which are crucial for exchanges like bitfunder.

I just remembered : "The bitcoins are simply not there." - Danny

I know this is wrong thread for this, but i want to address NEOBEE developers to watch out for this in creating software for NEOBEE operations. Thanks
