My wallet is not syncing. I thought I'd fixed the problems. It's stuck at 17 hours behind with two active connections to the Devcoin network. I had sent some over to CoinGather and when that deposit didn't show up in my account the next morning I tried to run my Devcoin wallet again to see if the send had confirmed and that's where it's stuck hours and hours later.
Am I going to need to download the entire block chain every time I want to open my wallet? I'd rather not have to leave the wallet always on either.
Any ideas?
Did you download the 2 receiver files as outlined above? http://faucets.cryptoplace.net/receivers/receiver_69.csvhttp://faucets.cryptoplace.net/receivers/receiver_70.csvOnce the wallet gets stuck at around 4 weeks behind, close it and add these 2 files to /roaming/devcoin/receiver/

I've just sent Fairglu a message and hopefully we'll have a CryptoID block explorer rolling soon. It includes: Once the explorer goes live I'll contact Gliss and see about getting the link added to Coinmarketcap.

Devcoin wasn't delisted on CoinGather. Here is an update from the chatbox. Looks like they'll put the wallet back online once the network gets fixed.

Thank you to the individual who had the CoinGather trading pair added to Coinmarketcap.com. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/devcoin/#marketsI'll move some LTC over to the exchange this week to help with buy support. Feel free folks to unload your DVC on my orders!

Job = Develop Goldcoin Payments Plugin for WooCommerce Bounty = 0.35 BTC (Paid upon Completion) Overview:You will work with me in developing a Woocommerce plugin for accepting Goldcoin using the Coinpayments.net API. I already have a test site with several working Bitcoin plugins we should be able to easily adapt. Initially, this plugin will not need to have an exchange rate function as all products will be priced in GLD. The developer will be provided with Wordpress access and FTP access as needed. The project should be completed within 14 days. If you are interested in working on this project, please reply below or send me a PM.

Wonder if it's related to my wallet issue. Up until about 2 weeks ago I was able to sync fine (for a year+). All of a sudden, it throws errors in the blockchain. I have the feeling they might have had the same thing happen. I'm not sure but the support staff at Coin Gather is exceptional. The site's admin was here in this thread a few months ago offering to add DVC to the BTC trading pairs but no one from the Devcoin team responded. It seems like the dev(s) getting the block reward would be motivated to take care of these things? Give the block reward to the people willing to work and this coin could rebound to record heights.

Just for the record, out of the 176 wallets we received from the Receiver, none have been found to be corrupt. Perhaps there was a problem with the HTML5 Dropbox link/upload. I'm not sure?

Hey guys, I just started trading cryptocurrency, and the following are my coins: http://image.prntscr.com/image/12eea143c4ab45ada46680c032d10185.pngThe top 6 are bought for long term holding, and the rest 6 are to sell when there is a good high point. I am not a day trader, I am happy to bad the profit in future. Any suggestions on the coins I have or any good coins I am missing out? That looks like a decent list to me. Best of luck with your investing adventures!

Our team obtained many of the cryptocurrencies that were frozen on Cryptsy's servers when the exchange collapsed. The CoinmarketsCoin (Jumbucks) wallet.dat was among those recovered. We are now in the process of giving these wallet files back to their respective communities. The wallet has not been inspected and it's unknown if it contains any coins. If you are a developer of this coin, or a longstanding community member, you can file a request for the wallet in this thread: https://www.gldtalk.org/index.php?topic=3789.0
