I'm happy for Juventus, this season has been turbulent for them and the news of the deduction of 15 points from their standing affected them so much. This, I believe did not let them concentrate and win matches with determination. If they did, they will be standing at the second spot today though they do not have the chance of changing the first position of Napoli this season. The club has been so brilliant in performance.

Congratulations to Sevilla for the beautiful victory they got from Manchester united to eliminated them from UEFA Europa league competition to qualified for semi-finals. Many people predicted for the favour of Manchester united based on the first leg that made them to draw the match 2-2 in their home with Sevilla, but Sevilla used all their tools to played Manchester united in the second leg to defeated them 3-0 without allow them to scored a single goal from the match. I think, Manchester united coach need to do something fast to work on their defenders because their performance in this second leg was very poor so that it will not affect them in the premier league competition.
Sevilla always come alive in the Europa League, despite not having the best season in LaLiga. The victory over Manchester United is certainly a reason to celebrate! The opposite thing happened with chelsea right now. The club keeps getting more and more bad results in all of the competitions. It's started from EFL, UCL and EPL. Chelsea was also rarely making goal against its opponent which has been showing how bad this team is right now. Todd as owner of chelsea can only do pressure on its players but this guy never tries to bring a good coach to the chelsea. Lampard is having a very bad history with chelsea but i wonder why todd is still picking him as caretaker until the end of season.
Luis enrique will not be included in the short list of a new coaches. Naglesmann has become the only one who has the biggest potential to be a new coach for chelsea next season. It has been reported if naglesmann was giving very good impression on his interview with chelsea's director.
It will be so good to see him being able to be a new coach for chelsea. Chelsea needs a good coach as soon as possible who will able to fix the problem in the club.

The process of selecting a new coach for Chelsea has been quite disappointing, and this could be one of the reasons behind their recent downfall. Todd may not be interested in bringing on a competent coach to manage Chelsea, as he prefer a coach who can be easily controlled. You can't play with too many attackers against Real Madrid. They will punish every mistake in the middle and in defense(and they did). Chelsea had enough goal opportunities to take the game into additional time(and maybe penalties), but they missed all of them. Congrats to AC Milan for getting into the semi-finals after 2007. I was supporting Napoli, but the player from Georgia with a hard to pronounce name missed the penalty.  An Italian team will play to win the Champions League, after Juventus failed two times in 2015 and 2017. I will support AC Milan against Inter. There's definitely something serious going on with Chelsea. It's hard to believe that the same Chelsea players who used to score, now having a tough time on score. What has changed? They still have the drive and passion to win anything at all! Congratulations for Madrid on their impressive win. It would be interesting if Madrid facing Man City. They're becoming almost unstoppable these days. As for AC Milan, they're through to the next round, which was a real surprise to many. I didn't understand that Inter will lose the match in today's Inter vs Monza match of the Italian League. I thought that Inter is ahead in the points table, so maybe Inter will win the match. But the players of Inter team could not score any goals in the match. Monza showed an amazing performance. Both teams played very well in the early part of the game but Monza took the lead with 1 goal in the 78th minute. After that neither team managed to score another goal. In the end Monza won by 1 goal.
The reason why Monza can beat Inter Milan is not just because Monza had a good performance against this team but the main reason for this result was the poor performance of Inter Milan they had a good time for just a few weeks when they were in the second place of the table but recently they have an unstable situation and even in the games they won they have poor performance. Inter Milan have had problems in their line of attack since this season has just started. they are good at making chances but they are terrible at finishing. Inter Milan's defeat by Monza was very unexpected. because I didn't think that Monza would be the winner in that match. and This is a pretty embarrassing result for Inter Milan. Inter Milan suffered a disappointing 0-1 loss at their home ground against Monza. They struggled and failed to score a single goal. This result marks their third consecutive home defeat without managing to score. The worst attack, always struggles in front of goal. Inter Milan will have to work hard to turn things around against Benfica following their Champions League return leg. It seems that the road ahead may be challenging, if they want to remain in contention. |

Later, when Ireland came down to bat in the first innings, they lost all their wickets and collected only 143 runs.Later, when Sri Lanka again invited them to bat, Ireland came down to bat in the second innings and were all out for 168 runs.
Prabath Jayasuriya excellent bowling Ireland's batsmen were disoriented. He took a total of ten wickets in 2 innings while his wicket count was seven in the first innings itself.

Now we will have same result in second test as well because we can't expect improvement in just few days from Irish batsmen on this surface under these conditions but still good experience for them which will help them for improving quality. There's nothing particularly exciting because this was expected. But I respect their impressive efforts as Sri Lanka won by an innings and 280 runs - congratulations to them! I expect Real to do what’s required tonight to advance to the semi final. The other tie is where it gets interesting though, Milan lead 1-0 on aggregate but Napoli at home are something else. I have a real feeling that they will turn the tie on its head and get to the semi final. Victor Osimhen will have a big say I think, he’s ready to explode on the biggest stage as an elite, world class striker.
Real Madrid are having good advantage over Chelsea at the moment. Their qualifying for the semi-finals is already very visible. The concern now should be if Chelsea can avoid conceding more goals at home today. It is really sad the blues had to end the season trophyless. Milan on the other hand have been lucky in their last two meetings with Napoli both in the Champions League and Domestic League. I don't know if Victor Oshimen is back to the team to improve Napoli's attack. If he is still absent Milan might have advantage over Napoli 2nd leg approaches, many are wondering if Chelsea can turn their poor form around. They will need to be in top form and even need a miracle to get a win. I doubt they won't be able to get a shot on target in today's match. Nevertheless, Real Madrid looks set to come out victorious. While Napoli has the potential to advance, the question remains whether they can do it without Victor Osimhen. I doubt progress may have been further hampered by the absence of their form striker, Victor Osimhen. As for AC Milan, they are hoping to find some home comforts and advance to the next stage. |

We expected that Ireland will perform poorly in this match but in this match Ireland tried hard to play well but it didn't work. Ireland came to bat today and scored 117 runs in 45 overs. But Ireland lost 7 wickets. Looks like batting line. Ireland has shown a very poor performance. However, in the match, Sri Lanka played very well in both bowling and batting.
On day two of the match, Sri Lanka once again continued their dominant display. Prabath Jayasuriya taking the lead with the ball by getting 5 wickets. At the end of the day's 2, Ireland found themselves at a disappointing stage 117/7. This outcome was expected, and Sri Lankan team proved it by delivering a well-played performance. Barcelona should have secured victory with Getafe. Because Barcelona are in the best position in the league, the match could have easily ensured Barcelona victory. However, drawing the match will not be a problem for Barcelona as Barca are far ahead in the points table.

I don't know, but I think Arsenal is in very tight corner right now, allowing a draw with West Ham Unitedd is another loss of big opportunity for them, at this point, the farther they are from ManchesterCityy in terms of points, the better chance they have at winning the title at last, if not, it's not my wish to see them lose the top position to Manchester city, that would be really (to say the least) disappointing.
And that will be the worst thing that could ever happen this season, that Arsenal after struggling this far later losses the premier league trophy to Man City, simply because of their inability to maintain the speed they started the league, because for the past 22yrs now, it's clear that Manchester City has won the Premier League title 6 good times, of which only if they happens to win this year's make it 7th times, while Arsenal only won twice since last 22yrs & that was far back 2004 when led by Arsène Wenger as the lead coach. So the 3 best performing clubs which I think has the potential of winning this yesr's League is either Man-city, Arsenal or Man-City. Arsenal may be lacking the mental strength needed to remain competitive rest of their games. Arsenal once again let a two-goal advantage slip away from home. City fans are certainly excited for their fall. If Manchester City manages to win their game in hand, they could close the gap down to just 1 point. The fact that Arsenal still has to play against both Man City and Chelsea is not good news for the Gunners. It is becoming increasingly challenging for them to maintain their lead in the race until the very end. |

In the first Test match against Ireland, Sri Lanka finished the first day with 386 runs for four wickets on the scoreboard. Sri Lanka batted at a run rate of 4.39 in Test cricket today but they did not get above four runs per over with their two front row players scoring centuries Dimuth Karunaratne 179(235), 140(193).
The wicket is now unbeaten Dinesh Chandimal 18(33)*, Dinesh Chandimal 12(17)* They will start their innings afresh on the second day. A very challenging first Test for Ireland. But hopefully Ireland will be able to keep wickets falling early in the second innings.
Ireland had a challenging time vs Sri Lanka on the first day. The run rate was slow, but that didn't bother me much as it was more important for SL batters to survive and put up a decent total by the end of the day. As an inexperienced test team, Ireland did well to fight back in the final session and managed to pick up three wickets. I'm hopeful that they will continue this momentum into the second innings and take a few early wickets. |

As you said, looking at the statistics, we can see that this match will not be an easy one. The fact that PSG is currently in the lead doesn't mean they can easily win this match. Maybe this evening's winning team will be Lens. If PSG lose this match, they may have problems with the title. After all, PSG still has a distance of 6 points from Lens, so even if PSG loses (maybe not) Lens will still have a distance of 3 points from PSG. PSG will try to win this home game without any mistakes. They lost 6 points in the last 3 matches, so against Lens they should be quite capable of avoiding defeat. Lens is likely to have a very hard time beating PSG today, but if they play well then of course PSG will also have a hard time beating them. Lens had to play with 10 players from the 20th minute, so it might be more difficult for Lens to win this fight. If Abdul Samed had not been shown the red card, things might have been different. It is not possible to win such a match by playing 10 players. PSG managed to win this match with goals scored in just 10 minutes. I didn't think they would score so many goals, they played better than I expected. Actually both teams were good but PSG won. Being a champion will remain only a dream for Lens Today's match could be a thrilling one. But, game atmosphere changed when Abdul Samed was sent off in the 19th minute. From that moment on, PSG managed to get the job done well against their title rivals. Down to 10 men, Lens did not take the result lying down. With this win, PSG are now 9 points clear of the league table and it's only a matter of time until they lift up their 11th league title. This result has made the situation in Ligue 1 even more predictable and there is no more excitement left in the title race. |
