He got surprised to see that his name being removed after the transfer season already ended. England were able to save their face after struggling in the last two matches. As usual the English batted very well but the real reason they won the match was because of Archer. 6 wicket for just 40 runs is an incredible achievement after coming back from an injury. I hope he stays fit throughout this year and especially in the ODIWC. He is the only bowler that the English have who can easily snatch away the game from the opponent team.
Jofra Archer took 6 wickets and all important ones at right and crucial time and because of his smashing balling England won their 3rd ODI. South Africa was good throughout the series and if Archer didn't took thier wickets SA would have won last ODI too. Jofra Archer back to the form have helped England win the match, if not this could've been a winning match for South Africa. I expected Jofra Archer to be presented with the man of the match for his 40/6 bowling 9.1 overs. Fortunately the man of the match is given to Jos Butler. A comeback by a fast bowler is not easy, but Jofra made a solid effort. The performance of Jofra Archer in the third ODI against South Africa gave England their victory and made him the first English bowler to take six wickets in an ODI inning. England would have been whitewashed without this man yesterday. I hope his bowling will be as enjoyable as it was before. |

India have won the toss and decided to bat. Not much of change in the India squad. Umran Malik have come instead of Chahal which is a good choice. India haven't lost 24 consecutive series in home. Will the series win continues. More expectations over both the teams. Within few minutes the match starts and the pitch is quite good for batting and has an average of 170+ runs.
India are really in good position they had score 63 runs in 6 overs with a phenomenal runrate of 9.90 while just one wicket of I Kishan has been dismissed. It's hard to understand why Enzo was so expensive, since he was just average at the World Cup. It is indeed a huge deal for Enzo, and I hope that he repays the amount with an outstanding performance. The club has signed eight new players in this transfer window alone, but most won't get enough playing time and will end up being a waste of money. Signing so many young players was a huge gamble for Chelsea, but somehow they all didn't lived up to what was expected. |
