As this here is, theoretically, a thread about walls - where would be a good spot to read about hints and speculations when something like this is imminent? The low volume was a good warning sign, it didn't come out of nowhere (this time)..
Any long-term thread with that stuff?

Haha I know right, I would've bought in around low 11s, didn't even think the 10s would happen, but I seriously fucked up when i put in a big temporary buy order for 11.8 two nights ago to add some downward pressure and realized I typed in 12.8 after the fact, causing me to buy at 12.20  (((((( hard lessons learned hard How did you expect your buy order to add to downward pressure? It did you mean to place a sell order and instead placed a buy? |

You gotta pay attention to the walls, of course. As much as the TA guys would like to think these aren't very relevant, I think they are. Everyone recognizes, I think, that a lot of these walls are for show and manipulation. Still, enough people worry that somebody will react to them, which motivates them to react first, and so on. Also, pay attention to bitcoin news. The GLBSE news, combined with some wall posturing and low volume, was about as good a suggestion for an impending downward movement as you can get. |

What's always amusing is that the herd's wall placement tends to squash enthusiasm and, thus, create a top lower than they were hoping and induce a new round of selling.
