161  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: MinexPay crypto debit card by minexpay.com / Minexcoin on: February 18, 2019, 08:26:23 PM
They can't even finish anything on their road map with Minexcoin and now they larping about doing a version of ETH on steroids?

Seriously, those Koreans are better off blowing their own money on hookers and blow instead of giving it to Boris and his son.

And Yurez83. what the fuck happened to you?

Come defend your sugar daddy Boris.

 Grin

This really made me laugh.

Yurii Pohrebniak (yurez83) has gone to post in Russian threads instead. It seems the whole inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 has gone quiet because they know Minex is nearly over and they failed in trying to get a company once valued at over $169 back to those heights. Now it is worth less than $2 million.

They lied and lied trying to get people to believe in this failed project a blatant scam but thankfully many of us exposed the scam and we battled against threats and abuse to make sure newbies and gullible people do not get scammed. Now the Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystems project is 99% dead just as its price has fallen more than 99% since its peak price of over $56 just 14 months ago.

No,it is not merger, but joint venture. This is a plain, big lie about merging. Just look at link below ,Republia statement about it. You can see big headline: "There was a merger of two companies, the Republia Group and PaxNet." ,but if you click to enlarge picture below ,you can clearly see different inscription on the banner above its heads : "Signing ceremony of joint venture to launch block chain mainnet PAXNET" . So, it is not merger,Koreans just hired Republia to develop this ETH spin-off for them. They are not supporting Republia coins or anything else, just want Republia do tech part.

Is that Daniel Shulyaev (son of super scammer demolition man Boris Shulyaev) in the photo?

It clearly shows "It is a joint venture"

The Medium release states: "Korea is a very fast-growing market that opens doors for the blockchain, which is why the management of the Republia Group decided to merge with PaxNet. Since the project is fully funded by PaxNet, Public Sales will not be carried out, as this will not be necessary. PaxChain will have two offices — in Seoul and in Kiev. Thanks to the merger of Republia and PaxChain team, big changes are coming in the field of Blockchain technology!"

Republia scammers are blatantly lying, trying to oversell this as a partnership of two equals when Paxnet is a trading company with history behind it and Republia are a bunch of scammers who will not even pay bounty participants what they were promised.

No ,it is not Boris son on the picture. It is his buddy and co-founder of Republia Vladimir Gyrych

Today, they sold last 14400 MNX coins from ICO fund on Instabuy. There are no more coins in ICO fund ,it is completely dry. They have 981000 in so call Developpers fund, last of premined coins. They are selling as much as possible, does not care about extremely low price, which is a sign they are now in endgame mode, trying to take as much money as they can:

162  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: MinexPay crypto debit card by minexpay.com / Minexcoin on: February 18, 2019, 10:23:02 AM
Theirs "super fast" blockchain technology is actually ETH blockchain on steroids. They push down time between blocks from 15 sec for ETH to 1 sec and put unlimited block size. Also they want to add additional apps to make some kind of rudimentary social network. So, with time between blocks of 1 sec and block size of just 1MB,they will have network 750x more powerful than ETH. In theory it is great, but in reality picture is quite different.

To make such huge and powerful network you have to invest enormous amount of money in hardware to support it. Such network cant rely on ordinary people to maintain nodes network. They have to make supernodes ,so all costs of making and maintaining such network will be on its operator and consequently costs of transaction will be much higher than it is a case with other coins whose rely on network made of ordinary computer users.

How did they think they could speed up Ethereum transactions better than the Ethereum devs?

On paper I can also claim to make faster transactions on Ethereum or Bitcoin but in reality it is a completely different issue putting it in to practice.

Yes the Republia and Minex scammers have convinced Korean Paxnet to offer some office space in Seoul, S Korea but it is definitely not a merger like they portray. I hope Paxnet dump Republia as soon as they realise their claims are completely impractical to achieve.

MNX market is so thin now. With higher daily limit ,they would accelerate even more price decline and that means they have to sell more coins to cover expenses and so on... It is one spiral fall which becomes faster and faster until the bitter end.

Probably, Republia was backup plan. You can see that even Koreans are not interesting for economic part, including RPB coin( they will launch Paxnet coin) ,they are still trying to show like they are, lying people how Koreans invested $50 millions in it. I wont be suprised when Minexpay soon facing Instabuy exaustion, that we will see ,out of nowhere launch of RPB coin as a last stage of this double scam show.

Yes the $50 million investment was a joke that made me laugh but they continue to lie.

All that Paxnet did was to  give office space to Republia scammers so their team could oversee and work alongside the Republia scammers to see if they can actually create the super fast blockchain technology.

I think Republia are telling a big lie, there is no super fast blockchain technology.

Theirs "super fast" blockchain technology is actually ETH blockchain on steroids. They push down time between blocks from 15 sec for ETH to 1 sec and put unlimited block size. Also they want to add additional apps to make some kind of rudimentary social network. Minexpay is company on the verge of bankruptcy. They are between 2 fires. They had to limit daily selling of MNXs to only $25 ,because they are afraid that more selling will push down price of coin even faster and cut-off life-line income from selling premined coins on Instabuy.

For 1.5 month, price of MNX went down 60% and speed of falling is accelerating. With present rate of falling , till April price will reach $0.16 and it is highly unlikely that selling via Instabuy which is fueling it, will stop to accelerate.

I think the writing has been on the wall a long time. Minex is on the verge of shutting down.

How could they limit daily selling of MNX to just $25? That was a bad move.

They made so many mistakes, one after another but the inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 and a few others did not put forward views to challenge Boris and Co. Instead they went along with the scam and the downfall of MNX.

They certainly will not mention it. We have to wait until investigation is over. It is not just simple contract breaking. Because they are hiding its involvment behind other, shell company it is also major breach of AML laws. This case is much more serious than unjustified use/sell of Upaycard payment cards,so investigation is also much more thorough.

No announcements have been made about the Upaycards being stopped though. Having said that they have gone seriously quiet on their censored Minex scam thread.

I wonder really is going on with the Minex scammers.

Boris should have kept the AML laws in mind before he embarked on this pathetic scam. Instead of going through proper channels and getting VISA accreditation via a Program Manager and launching their card, the scammers have used free Upaycards to charge their users and scam them.

Pathetic

They spent money and lies. With 50% rate of deleted posts they are by far the worst censored thread. With more and more scarce financing, theirs trolls are staying more and more silent, because they wont post if not paid for it. Yurez83 admitted that in one of his posts.

Is it true the cards have been blocked by Upaycard and Mastercard?

Cant say for sure, they are under investigation. Though, they severely diminished their activities and limited exchange working time only to business days and regular worktime, trying to keep low profile and to mimick themselves as regular company.

The scammers have all gone quiet but there is no mention about cards being cancelled by Upaycard or Mastercard as mentioned in the post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5046331.msg49744019#msg49744019

At the current rate I do not see them being active for longer than a few weeks at most. The whole thing has turned so sour that even the inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 and a few others have stopped posting in their censored thread and in the Republia scam thread.

Since 28th December 2018 which was 50 days ago when they launched their censored thread. The header shows this:

This is a self-moderated topic. If you do not want to be moderated by the person who started this topic, create a new topic. (124 posts by 19 users with 2 merit deleted.)

They have deleted 124 posts in 50 days so that is around 2.48 posts a day !

They are desperate to suppress all voices that challenge them and expose them that they have resorted to deleting the most important posts in that censored Minex scam thread.

170  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: MinexPay crypto debit card by minexpay.com / Minexcoin on: February 15, 2019, 09:16:18 PM

Minexbank paid today 50000 MNX coins for parking and 138340 coins left in it (or only 9.2% from original 1.5 million coins). With present rate Minexbank has coins just for next 2.5 months.

What is more alarming is a rate of selling MNXs via Instabuy. For just 4 days 47000 coins were sold. Now,there are just 14408 coins left in ICO fund ( only 0.5% from original 2.7 millions coins) from where coins are going to sell on Instabuy. All premined coins were spent except 981000 in so called Developpers fund.

Till February ,Minexcoins was selling about 100.000 coins via Instabuy per month in 2 batches with 50000 coins in each of them. But due to constant price decline and that Instabuy is now only income source of Minexcoin today, selling rate accelerated in February by 50% (75000 MNX batch) and consequently price of MNX coin fell from $0.68 (30th.January) to $0.38 now ,which is drop of 44%.

No doubt any more, how coins selling via Instabuy has devastating effect on the market price. For covering expenses ( about $75000 per month) and due to price decline, they are selling more and more coins ,creating a cycle of progressing inflation and accelerating price coin decline.Minexcoin, without any other source of income except selling coins on Instabuy is facing a bankruptcy in very near future.
171  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: MinexPay crypto debit card by minexpay.com / Minexcoin on: February 14, 2019, 08:19:54 PM
@thunderjet

Excellent investigative work.

You put a lot of time and effort in the above post just to expose the pathetic scammers even more than you already have done in the past. MNX, Minexcoin, Minexystems, Minexpay, chain2pay and anything else Boris touches is doomed.

Before the end of this month MNX will probably fall to around $0.25 or less....

Actually ,you are very optimistic about MNX price. Now,Minexpay is exclusively financing by selling coins via Instabuy.  It creates vicious cycle of hyperinflation and pushing price of coin harder down with an accelerating pace,so they need to sell more and more coins to finance them. My opinion is that the pace of price falling will accelerate so much that even gamblers who are buying coins in troubles will lose its faith. Minexbank is also dying, has a coins for max 2-3 months, so I think we will see more rapid price decline to almost a 0$ in the next period of 2-3 months. With just Instabuy as source income they cant survive much longer.Maybe they will try to take money from Koreans in Republia, but that is no much realistic.

I see your point. You are probably right, I was generous in my calculation. Maybe Minex will be dead within the next 90 days at most.

How exactly they thought selling via Instabuy would be a great success when all it did was reduce the exchange figures being sent to CMC as trading statistics.

I questioned this at the time and made it clear that it would be a bad idea because it was not show trades in exchanges. It was at that point I was told the Instabuy wallet was linked to "the exchange" and any buying and selling was going to be done via an API from that exchange so the statistics would be visible and available for scrutiny.

These scammers are liars through and through. Their incompetence has made a company worth over $169 million just 14 months ago, to its current value of under $1.9 million.

Any CEO with dignity would resign after a calamitous decline of the company fortunes but not Boris. The demolition man CEO Boris Shulyaev wants to truly destroy whats left of Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystems

 Roll Eyes

They didnt hear about the law of conservation of energy -  that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant. It also applies to finance - if you remove buying potential to Instabuy it will create lack of it on the exchanges.

Today current value of $1.9 millions is also overestimated. If you look at buying orderbooks,it is clear that you cant sell coins for more than $150K.

You are right, incompetence of Boris Shulayev is enormous. He is trying to lead business about he didnt know nothing before. If he sticked to original whitelist and made an exchange which could be longterm and viable source of income for the project,it would be different situation. His greed also contributed a lot to present situation. He was selling MNXs mercilessly while he still had a lot of collected BTC for running a project and made a significant acceleration to price declining. He truly demolished project to pieces and it is really a great irony that he has a company registred for demolitions Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I made the post here because Boris Shulyaev and his inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 are heavily linked with Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystem and the son of Boris Shulyaev (Daniel) is shown as co-founder of Republia AND Boris Shulyaev appears in the "team" section of Republia home page: https://republia.io/

I feel sorry for Paxnet that they believed the lies Republia told them, soon Paxnet will dump Republia.

How are these cards "working". Thank you @thunderjet

Summary

Every new attempt to deliver what they promised leads to a new shady and scammy company. They are blatant scammers.

All the Info:

The team behind https://minexpay.com/ and Minexcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1847292.0 is promising to release a creditcard.

First they wrote that it will work this way.

https://faq.minexpay.com/article/237-how-does-minexpay-work

Quote
How does MinexPay work?
All MinexPay cards are issued by our own offshore bank with an international license (category B), established and managed by MinexSystems. By ordering a MinexPay card, each client becomes a participant in the trust fund and, at will, transfers their assets to be managed by the fund.

The fund, based on the value of said assets, acts as a guarantor of the corresponding credit limit (opened by the bank for the cardholder).

Fees associated to that guarantee are 0.01% per year.

When a client spends his credit limit, the fund immediately sells the cardholder's crypto-assets at an exchange rate defined on Coinmarketcap.com (at the time of payment).

After the sale, the client’s available balance is updated accordingly.

Then nothing happend and they just promised to reveal the name of the bank "soon".

And then they did not open their own bank. Instead they announced a partnership.

MinexPay Signs a Contract with ČSOB Bank

We are pleased to announce that we’ve made a deal with ČSOB bank for the first MinexPay cards. ČSOB is one of the largest commercial banks operating in the Czech Republic since 1964. This bank has enhanced its considerable experience with openness towards forward-thinking technologies such as blockchain.

But this partnership is not real.

"We have to rebut the claim of @minexcoin, which has announced that we have recently entered into a contract that allegedly relates to payment cards. We have not made any such business with Minex Pay and do not cooperate with Minex Pay in other areas."

And the answer from the team is just an other excuse

Bank partnership clarification

Currently, we are experiencing a misunderstanding about the partnership between our party and the bank. We assure that we have signed the contract with the help of the bank affiliate company. According to the documents with the bank, the MinexPay trademark is not disclosed. MinexPay is not an entity, but a trademark that cannot sign contracts by default.

We are preparing more clarifications on the issue to inform our communities as soon as possible.

and then this:

MinexPay official statement: ČSOB bank partnership

Dear community, we have faced a misunderstanding regarding our relationship between MinexSystems and ČSOB bank. As you know, we have recently revealed the news that we have successfully signed a contract with the bank for our card project, MinexPay. However, the bank has posted a short statement denying this contract. We want to clarify this situation in this post.

Chain2pay company, registered in Estonia, has obtained licenses for working with cryptocurrencies. There is a valid contract between Chain2Pay and card program manager. At the same time, there is an agreement between the card program manager has a deal with the card issuer. Finally, the card issuer has a signed contract with the bank.

MinexSystems is working directly with the card program manager that is acting as a bridge between our company and the bank.

In this situation, the card program manager has announced the name of the bank. And here’s where the misunderstanding arises, as the bank has no information about the MinexPay trademark.

Currently, we are negotiating with the bank to clarify the situation.

MinexPay official statement about recent events with card manager company and bank partnership:

Dear community,

As you may now from our past posts and announcements, we have signed a contract with a card manager company as an intermediary for Chain2Pay (MinexSystems' subsidiary) to issue the first MinexPay cards in partnership with the bank.

According to the contract terms working card program (including the cards issued and sent to us) would have been launched not later than on the 24th of October to our costumers' pleasure.

As soon as this date have passed, the terms were not fulfilled and misunderstanding happened between the bank and us. We had to terminate the contract and suspend a relationship with the intermediary as suspicious. We want to abstain from comments regarding the third party's workflow, despite we fully understand it caused unpleasant consequences such as disinformation and certain accusations. Regarding the contract termination we will take down the bank mentions from our social media channels and blog as irrelevant (today EOD), the bank notified.

We hope that all the affected parties, especially the bank and our community, will take this information with understanding.

We want to point once again that in spite of difficulties we continue our work for MinexPay cards and, as MinexSystems CEO previously mentioned in our Telegram chats, successfully found new partners that value transparency and honesty to make it happen in the legal landscape for which we stand.

With regards,
MinexSystems

So they stopped to work with all the partners they had to release the card.

suspicious: Dont blame others please.

And now they want to try it again.....

Cards have been sent.

Has received my tracking today, very pleased.

BUT!

After thorough investigation I have additional informations which will completely debunk this payment cards drama:

- If you carefully look at the card presented on Telegram as Minex card you will see on the bottom of the card a name UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS

But this is not a name of some person ,but name of Lithuanian Human resources company !!

What happened?

Boris made illegal, secret deal with owner of this Lithuanian company.

UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS company(eng translation CRYSTAL BOTTOM,strange name for HR company) will present Boris customers as theirs recruiters-workers.

This Lithuanian company made a contract with UPAY(probably had it already), not Boris company.

Same Lithuanian company probably provided false residence documentation for Minex non-EEA members.

Most certainly UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS company didnt do it for free ,but for some arranged percentage, they will illegally give Boris full control under theirs account on UPAY, which has no clue about this secret deal.

This is so illegal and not only some agreement breach, but criminal behaviour.  Who will get them first UPAY,Mastercard,FCA or Lithuanian authorities ,we will see.

Unfortunately ,this is Minex self-destruction made by completely irresponsible and reckless acts of owner and his mens.

And here more information about UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS .

Who needs cards... just a simple search is enough to see that you're dealing with crooks ant this will not end well.

How are these cards "working".

I think the minexcoin card activation is subject to minimum amount of minexcoin to be locked to use those tariff offered. But @thurderjet do you have idea how they will set those limit on each card

Minexpay imposed theirs own tariffs and limits. Original Upaycard does not have such division on special tariff plans,it has its own unique fees and limits.

As I know Minexpay imposed artificially division of cards on special tariffs, described before on theirs site - Standard, Gold, Platinum and Infinite.

Due to different limits between Upaycard and Minexpay tariffs, Minex Platinum and Infinite tariffs cant have max.daily withdrawal limits of EUR 5000 and EUR 20000,but max. EUR 4000 daily ,because it is Upaycard limit. Also max. monthy withdrawal for Platinum and Infinite tariff cant be EUR 100.000 and EUR 600.000 ,but max. EUR 50.000

You can see Upaycard business card fees and limits on theirs page and compare it with Minexpay tariffs, keeping in mind that Minexpay(until it last, because it uses illegally other company account on Upaycard) will have to arrange theirs limits to Upaycard own limits :

https://www.upaycard.com/limits

Then why are they asking for selfies and why all that KYC?

What does Borys intend to do with all the ID and bank account numbers and signatures he has accumulated?

Selfie with payment card is only needed on some exchanges as a owner verification measure for enabling deposit/withdrawal by using payment cards.

Why Boris is asking for selfies? - He can sell BTCs on Upaycard UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS account and fund user card, but cant do it with MNX coins. If someone wants to fund card through selling MNX coins,Boris needs to change MNX for EUR first and he can do it only at EXMO exchange.

But there is a problem. His cards are non-branded and he is using other shell company to cover illegal doings. He cant open corporate account on EXMO, change directly users MNX and send EUR to theirs cards.

So, he is using provided documents and selfie with card to open accounts on EXMO for every user without theirs knowledge about it.Selfie with card is needed verification measure on EXMO if user wants to withdraw money on his/her card.

Unauthorizedly using customers data to open individual accounts on EXMO for enabling option to withdraw money directly on cards,Boris will cover his tracks in all this mess and if anything goes wrong all blame will be put on individual users.

List of Boris illegal doings gets bigger and bigger every day.

EXMO owner,Pavel Lerner is Technical director/advisor of Republia,so it is not coincidence his role in Minexpay selling MNX on EXMO for UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS cards  :

@thunderjet

174  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: MinexPay crypto debit card by minexpay.com / Minexcoin on: February 14, 2019, 10:49:23 AM

After some time of researching, I suceeded to find Minexpay BTC wallets and to follow all deposit/withdrawal transactions from them.Due to complexity of blockchain analysis I will try to present it as simpler as I can.

First I found a video where some guy recorded entire process of buying MNX at Instabuy. He sent his BTC to address 1GTmGikrFFcMMS7ekaGSeSaPjTGnsHJaZo :

https://youtu.be/aD6Qmvi304E?t=579

That address follows to another wallet where BTCs from buying MNXs were accumulated and sent to Minexpay wallet on address 14nKjznUoadZG3Txkp72oqDpnAmWy8ShuJ  on Binance exchange :

https://www.walletexplorer.com/address/14nKjznUoadZG3Txkp72oqDpnAmWy8ShuJ

Examining all transactions for address 14nKjznUoadZG3Txkp72oqDpnAmWy8ShuJ I found one direct deposit transaction which comes from wallet :

https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/6f4cd0dc2a004455

This wallet received few deposits from Kraken and sent BTCs directly to few addresses in wallet on Binance, which part is also addresses :

14nKjznUoadZG3Txkp72oqDpnAmWy8ShuJ    1Abtz2EF7soiZeQTUtbftFTYiDtksHNqwk  and   1FKA78BwoQiaPPUm6DXn2RRraG8f8rED3n

https://www.walletexplorer.com/address/14nKjznUoadZG3Txkp72oqDpnAmWy8ShuJ

https://www.walletexplorer.com/address/1Abtz2EF7soiZeQTUtbftFTYiDtksHNqwk

https://www.walletexplorer.com/address/1FKA78BwoQiaPPUm6DXn2RRraG8f8rED3n

Following income transactions for these 3 addresses, I found primary Minexpay wallet used for collecting BTCs during ICO phase 15.May-15.June.2017.:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/000b075ac23c976d

If you go on page 2 of this wallet you can see at the bottom, few tiny (control) transactions made few day before ICO started. Then stream of deposit txs from 15.May to 15.June and after it stream on withdrawal txs. This wallet received 238.63 BTCs.

There is also secondary wallet at  https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/4cba3256b5b77faf
which received 24.81 BTC. In total, both wallets received 263.44 BTCs which is about 25 BTC smaller than published 288.32 BTC,so there is possiblity that there is  one another small wallet out there or collected amount was not correctly displayed.

At first ,from Minexpay main ICO wallet, few withdrawal transactions were sent to Poloniex,Bitstamp and few to some others, most likely as payments for some services/work.After that, all withdrawal transactions were sent to Binance and Kraken:

1Abtz2EF7soiZeQTUtbftFTYiDtksHNqwk
1FKA78BwoQiaPPUm6DXn2RRraG8f8rED3n
1JzG35esJCtmq2ZdVdsq4gNSFPjTwcJYtU on Binance and to

34qAavcDn9ELmA5Ztx8Gr1dm7Gj2sdoWqo
31kPxS9DgA3td5U1APHUoWNN7YbCbDcwGh on Kraken

Last withdrawal transaction from Minexpay ICO wallet occured at 06.Feb.2018

BTCs were deposited on Binance and Kraken and gradually converted to cash.Last 11.5 BTC from Kraken were moved from 02.May-16.May.2018 to Binance and from then ,Binance became main Minexpay BTC deposit exchange:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/6f4cd0dc2a004455

In June 2018, all BTCs obtained from ICO were spent. But, Minexpay were sending MNX coins to different exchanges and sell them there, far before all BTCs from ICO were spent. In fact first MNX ,Minexpay sold at Livecoin at 13.Dec.2017.

This is hronological timetable of all transactions, made of BTCs obtained from selling MNX on Livecoin,EXMO( which owner Pavel Lerner is a technical director-advisor of Republia),Coin Exchange and Instabuy and deposited to Minexpay wallet on Binance described above.Few transactions for which could not find real point of origin I excluded from this list:

From Instabuy selling to Minexpay wallet came 61.5442 BTCs
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Total: 133.3884 BTCs

Summary:
--------------

- at least 263.44 BTCs obtained in ICO phase were spent till June.2018

- Minexpay started selling premined coins on different exchanges from 13.Dec.2017 till 07.Sep.2018. Such massive selling reflected quite negatively to MNX coin price, sucking liquidity from market. When they saw what they did, trying to prevent further price crash,Minexpay from September.2018 started to sell MNX exclusively via Instabuy. But ,avail, because selling via Instabuy also continued to ruin liquidity and price of MNX coin, because buyers were diverted from exchanges to Instabuy, causing huge lack of buying power on exchanges and further price decline of MNX coin

- due to string of bad business decisions and lack of proper planning, especially for buying 90 ATMs far before there was any sign that Minexpay could make a viable payment network to use them and investing a lot of money for making a video game, still far from finishing and without any guarantee that it will pay off,Minexpay paved the way to its doom. Not only that Boris investing in video game market, about it he does not nothing(Iam sure that it was somebody else idea, except if he was secretly jealous to Super Mario Bros and wanted to make video game about himself as a Super Boris - Demolition man  Cheesy ) was disastruos, but diverting money from accomplishing whitelist for which realization investors gave him money to completely private project of making video game and other falsely empty promises he gave to investors can be considered as a fraud.

- From September 2018.Minexpay only source of income is selling premined MNXs via Instabuy. That is probably main reason why Boris is pushing so hard payment card program, breaking any regulations and laws on its way, trying to get new source of income.Constant selling of MNXs is pushing price further down ,bringing a vicious cycle of hyperinflation, where every month,Minexpay has to sell more and more coins to finance itself.Payment card program is a desperate move to prevent imminent bankruptcy of Minexcoin, but due to its illegal nature,it will just cause acceleration of Minexpay destruction and going to bankruptcy.

and here we have another shill Racquemis acknowledging that Boris has been involved in dodgy dealings with his construction business but that it is

totally fine because there's nothing "super criminal" about it, it's NORMAL company things.

It's just FUD lads, Keep sending your money to Boris.  Roll Eyes

Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystems CEO Boris Shulyaev and his inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, yurez83, akira128 and a few others will always keep up the lies.

Racquemis1 claims the 23 Court cases against Boris were because "Boris forgot to pay a bill"

Shame on that Racquemis1 scammer fool. He is running several Minex pools. His MNX were once worth millions and now they are worth less than 99% of what they were worth 14 months ago.

Racquemis1 the scammer tried to scam people buying in to the MNX knowing it was a dead project and he did it in the hope the price would rise and he would see huge gains but instead he lost big time. Shame on Racquemis1 the MNX pool operator scammer.

People in this thread are extremely stupid. Boris was a head of huge building company. Of course sometimes someone sorted issues with that company thru the court.

Boris has huge building company. Well,if he is so huge construction tycoon, why he does not pay Tax debt of his company worth 7410 UAH or $273 ??  Wink

MinexPay Launches The First Truly Global Cards for Crypto Payments

Estonian company MinexSystems has commenced the full start of operation of its two primary products, MinexPay and Minex Web Wallet, which in conjunction create one of the most completed cryptocurrency card ecosystems on the market. Minex Web Wallet is a secure web wallet system which offers storage and control over several digital assets, as well as activation and control of the cards purchased via MinexPay. MinexPay offers a card program, which can be used both for crypto online and offline payments and ATM withdrawals, with very attractive limitations.

Unlike any other crypto cards, MinexPay cards are available literally worldwide: anyone from a UN-recognized country without any imposed sanctions can order themselves and use a MinexPay card with the same limits and rules as anyone, anywhere on the globe, which in practice makes it the world’s first ever globally accessible crypto payment card.

Wow. Racquemis got promotion. Now he is Boris lawyer !!!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Reason why I did investigation about Boris earlier business reputation is his behaviour in running Minexsystems. After CSOB lying, making a deal with guy from Novarise Secrecy to obtain payment cards for him through avoiding "stupid and long" regulation and not achieving anything from whitelist, I suspected that such business behaviour has a background. And I was right about it.

With 23 lawsuits against him( 1 criminal),he is certainly not a shiny example of business conducting
.I didnt have time to look at all of them, just took 3-4 newest.

In one he took money to do some construction work and didnt acomplish anything. In second, he bought equipment for his company ,pay for half of it and "forgot" to pay second half.

In third lawsuit against Boris( criminal lawsuit), he was accused as a member of tax-evading ring, made by two dozens companies. It is obvious that he could not just drop inside it accidentally, because elaborating of such complicated tax-evasion fraud needs a lot of coordination between participants.I have never said that he is mastermind behind it,but participation in such criminal ring is certainly not part of regular business practice. "Lawyer" Racquemis made a new euphemistic expression for tax-evading - "reducing taxes", which is hilarious.

After all ,we can see a pattern in Boris business behaviour - he does not like laws and regulations. If something is too complicated for him and needs time to be solved ,he easily turns to shortcut by avoiding "stupid" laws and regulations and making a deals with some problematic guys to help him to do it on his way.

We saw that lately in UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS saga.Instead to find experts who can help him to make a legal, branded payment card program he turned to easy "solution" which can help him to do it faster and without following necessary laws and regulations. Result is that we have on Minexpay site pictures of non-existing Minexpay branded VISA cards and not a single word that customers will get not that card, but UAB KD Upaycard business Mastercard, which Minexpay is illegally distributing/selling,not allowing customers access to Upaycard accounts and forcing them to pay Minexpay fees and tariffs if they want to use card.

They claimed(screaming) how that is perfectly fine, but they did not answer if that is legal why they dont change pictures of non-existing branded Minexpay VISA cards with a pictures of UAB KD cards and mention it in Term of Use ? They will never do that ,because they know how that what they are doing is so illegal and against the law.

They are scared of impending Upaycard,Mastercard and FCA investigation,so they turned to do exchanges only in business days and appropriate working time ,trying desperately to mimick ordinary business company and be less suspicious.

HOLY F**K !!!!

Customers are complaining that Minexpay took them 50% fee for withdrawal . 50% !!!

That's taking scamming to a whole new level.

Also makes you really question the intelligence of all the idiots who keep defending the project.

I mean either you're thick as pig shit and should remove yourself from the gene pool or you're getting paid to shill for that scam and are by default a

fucking thieving cunt like Yurez 83 and TemKunt.

and here we have another shill Racquemis acknowledging that Boris has been involved in dodgy dealings with his construction business but that it is

totally fine because there's nothing "super criminal" about it, it's NORMAL company things.

It's just FUD lads, Keep sending your money to Boris.  Roll Eyes

With 23 lawsuits against him( 1 criminal),he is certainly not a shiny example of business conducting.I didnt have time to look at all of them, just took 3-4 newest.

MNX price went today to $0.37, now at $0.40 :

And this is not just coincidence, that it happened today. Today , 75000 MNX went on Instabuy (from ICO fund) and just like 2 times before in January, new massive dump occured just few hours after it. Minexcoin project is demolishing from inside ,there is no doubt any more:

I certainly will not shedding any tears for these scammers. The price will drop to below $0.30 soon, then below $0.20 and then below $0.10.

Their reserved MNX are nearly finished, the game for these scammers is nearly over.

The scammers deserve to lose all they made from the Minex scam but I feel sorry for innocent investors who were duped.

I think my post from the censored official scam Minex thread will be deleted soon so I am copying below:

So why are they sending out Upaycards that they received for free?

Why are all the names on the Upaycards showing the Lithuanian company "UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS"?

Why is Minexpay showing VISA as their method of transactions on their promotions but Upaycards are Mastercard?

Why has Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystems not got an accredited VISA/Mastercard program manager accreditation?

Why has no official Minex promotion stated that Minexsystem/Minexcoin/Minexpay Founder and CEO Boris Shulyaev has several outstanding Court cases against him in Ukraine where companies he has been involved in are implicated in tax evasion and fraud?

Customers are complaining that Minexpay took them 50% fee for withdrawal . 50% !!!
