We all know the advantages of BTC, but what are some of the disadvantages??

The advantage of bitcoin is the potential of increasing its value because of its supporters and investors. The unexpected increasing of value has made other people to continue deal with cyrptocurrencies. Bitcoin is anonymous and it has nothing to do with the economy of a certain country and yes, the developer is a genius. However, there are some current issues about bitcoin and we should never ignore it, however, if you still believe that bitcoin will increase again then proceed or continue for long term investment.

Bitcoin for now is so huge that it create some restrictions for its further development. It use old protocol and very long chains. So now it is really difficult to operate this currency. For me it is better to find some another.

The main and only drawback of Bitcoin I believe is still a strong influence of news on virtual money. Almost all of the ups and downs of the Bitcoin exchange rate directly depended on the declared statements of the governments of different countries. High volatility of the exchange rate creates problems in the short term. For example, you bought Bitcoin, and in a month it fell by 10%. The same may happen is exactly the opposite.

The price is too volatile I think is the most disadvantage of bitcoin, as we know that the price can rise up to thousands of USD per day and this often makes me surprised even confused why prices like this.

Well currently i can say that bitcoin is a bit slow on transactions that's why it's a little bit hard to handle. Also, the price is high and low at a point of time. It is not constant so it takes a good timing in buying and selling bitcoins.

I think the disadvantage of bitcoin sometimes there is a downfall.. There value is decreasing but it is rise a soon as possible. Bitcoin is a faster transaction. As you can see last year at the same month is bitcoin is down but right now bitcoin is rising and its value is getting increasing right now. If you have a positive outlook in bitcoin you will get disappointed on the disadvantage of it.

I believe that there's no disadvantage on bitcoins but it depends on the people's approach on how they are going to use cryptocurrency either for good or for illegal transactions because it was just the same as fiat so people will be also the reason for cryptocurrency to be banned on a country.
