they most probably banned cryptocurrency related advertisement on their platform because they wanted to eliminate the "competition" of shitcoins with their centralized shitcoin which they will probably create in the near future and push on to all their users on their crappy platform.

the good side of it is that they will introduce the technology to a lot of people and then they will see the better options such as bitcoin through their crappy option. so in the end bitcoin is the winner of it

Even if Mark Z. decided to decentralize the facebook how it would prove to its users that their personal data were not available to other things sometimes he violated it.
