You can't withdraw if you have less than .02 BTC.   None of the BTC trading is now active it seems, only CNY trading.  At least you can convert to DOGE and withdraw that.

I am trying to get out some of my BCC and it says "Please transfer funds to AEX.com for withdrawal."

Has anyone experienced that?   Interesting new set of hoops to jump through.  How do we find our AEX account number?

It also wants our Google Authenticator code.

Have not been able to log in account after trying a few times over the last month.  Giving me a "facebook error" message but I didn't use Facebook to sign up with them.  They need to fix this.  The btc38 account here hasn't logged in since March 2017.   Luckily, I didn't have much there.  This looks like the first exchange I've been on that is looking like it did some kind of exit scam.  They need to get back online.

You are a bit late. The exchange is closed since some months ago. It was announced long ago.

So.. I purchase a bunch of Ripple last year Feb 1st 2016. Approx. $25 worth when the price was around $.006. about 4100 XRP

Figured if it ever reached $1, it would be a good time to cash some in for other alt coins. Also, at the time it for some reason I decided to do this via BTC38.com... Got busy, moved, involved in other projects etc...

I see now that it appears they shut down.

Is there anyway, at all, in order to transfer or obtain the XRP I purchased through them last year?

On this page it says you can transfer funds to the AEX exchange. Unfortunately I don't know exactly how it works. Perhaps AEX could explain it.

You can quickly transfer funds to the AEX account
Funds are only allowed to be transferred to an AEX account
AEX is a btc38 partner, please be assured to transfer funds
