Yes, it seems that both parties have agreed to settle already, maybe there are deal that we don't know behind the door that's why the accuser has accepted it. I'm not a lawyer or something, but if we uses logic, I don't think that we need to discussed it further. But I guess there might be member that might not be satisfied by the result and so this argument could drag on. Not sure if the user are still going to used Winna though, lol.
If the deal was done between them, I believe the user felt it is good enough for him, otherwise he would ask for more, continuous complain more but it is not this case. The user satisfied with the deal and no longer complain about it so why Don we as community members need to think that Winna did not treat the user well and frank enough?
It will be different if Winna did not resolved the case with their user. In fact they resolved it well and it is helpful for defending their business reputation too.
