Hello Monkeytilt rep, why do I have problems login into your website. After writing a review for you, I have been trying to use the site but to no avail. I clicked the link from signature and your ANN thread but it keeps loading without opening the site. Am I the only one facing this issue?

Could access their casino without getting an issue.

I tried to click their signature and also the link provided by @_Blackstar it went fine.  Maybe try to clear your browsers cache or use alternative browser since I think this is simplest solution you could try for now.

It seems you are the only one facing that issue since no one post the same thing in this thread.

Access the site using different browser, the one you don't usually using, if it happens to work then that's a cookie and cache issue. You should clear them then force refresh the browser ctrl+f5 for desktop users.

I think I faced the same issue not long ago although it was my mobile phone and chrome browser so just like you stated, I did the same thing and cleared the history, cookie and cache of my Chrome browser of which was when the whole site started loading fully again. If you are using your mobile phone you can also try other browser to the load the site because I did that for mine and it worked fine.

Many other members have experienced the same thing before and the it appears the easiest way to solve this is by clearing your browser cache.
You can clear browser data for MonkeyTilt website specifically without having to affect other websites.
Another thing I have noticed is that only those who have an open session who may experience this. So, it may have something to do with the website cookies or something like that!

This is a common issue for a website that was updated to a new look/platform and this solution/knowledge should be common to any internet users — you don't need to go to browsers settings to clear cache/cookie. You can click the lock icon in the browser's url bar for desktop, or the setting icon in mobile browser, there is "Cookies and aite data" delete then refresh the page.

You are right.
This is what I was talking about in my previous reply when I said you can clear browser data for a specific website. Thank you for explaining in details how this can be done

However, I don’t think this has anything to do with the recent upgrade of MT to the newer version but I believe it’s still something they can fix from their end.

Sometimes some platforms can be good to make a refund if you contact the support most especially those that are paid into the wrong chain, I experienced that in an exchange when I sent in the wrong chain address and support told me to give them 3 working days and after the timeline, the money was released into my account so yes what you said is the truth.


But we have some sites that make dead-end mistakes if you send it to the wrong address you should consider your money gone and the warning is always boldly written to send warning signals to defaulters.

We definitely understand the frustration that can happen when you deposit to an old address and don't have the funds in your account right away. I think our customer support team has been awesome in dealing with these issues and we can usually find the funds within a few minutes and get them into your account.

I just visiting with "URL" from my cache everything is fine, I also trying to visit the link using someone signature and without any issue. Already tried both ways, logout > from history of my browser + URL signature.

Everythings is perfect without issue bro, tried to clear cookie & cache or using guest mode of your browser.

I simply used another browser and it worked. I have to clear the data from the previous browser. That should be a lil bug from the backend which should have been fixed by now.

I think your customer service instead stands out in terms of reputation because I have actually contacted on other issue like a pending withdrawal issue and thy handled with so much alacrity and severe urgency which is what every gambler looks to find in any casino because it helps give the gambler trust and confidence in the casino which is the reason why many casino don't flourish well cause of bad customer representatives.

Hope everything works fine now, been a while since I used the monkeytilt but this weekend is free time for me and I would like to try my hands on a couple of games for the weekend, but reading your comment as per your inability to access the site make me think if truly I will be having a nice weekend without network issue's, anyways data networks have been having issues in my region lately so I won't be surprised if the site doesn't load as fast as it used to be.

Overall I would like to commend the support team as they have helped funds that are transferred into the old wallet address, to be transferred into the right one, but it will be better if only one address is allocated to a user and no need to change at regular intervals.

Not sure about the network issues in your region but from MT’s end everyting works fine. If you face problems accessing the website like the one mentioned earlier then just follow PX’s advice and you should be fine.
Support team is vry responsive and helful indeed but it would be better if deposits to old addresses get credited automatically to your account without having to contact the support.
