I tried searching MonkeyTilt accepted countries yet I found nothing and it seems people still ask same question concerning restricted countries due to the old list. The old list is irrelevant, it will be nice if we get an updated list anyway this idea is absolutely nice, trying the signup process first before concluding definitely most people are still confused about the restriction.

The old list has already been removed as it’s no longer accurate.
Service providers always list the restricted countries not the other way around so this is what you should be looking for. If you can find the name of your country on that list then you can conclude it’s not restricted.
You can find the updated list on their ToS under "Legal Requirements".
I believe MT already cleared up this issue in this reply.

I thought as much, thanks for the clarification and the link provided. I could remember when MonkeyTilt shared a list of accepted countries we should expect on the new platform if I’m not mistaking, viewing different questions regarding restriction seems strange though. I found the list of restricted countries after going through some few comments.

Thank you for the reminder. I have already submitted the review, and my name is also on the spreadsheet. I am just waiting for the reviews to be completed.

In my opinion, the review campaign was a great idea. It will help the team get a lot of POVs, and different users with different perspectives and angles looking at the platform and its features will provide their feedback. Then, the team can decide which areas they need to work on the most. The new platform already looks great, but with this campaign, a lot of improvements will be made.

I have noticed a couple of design irregularities that I pointed out, and I hope the team can fix them. It is going to make the UI more flawless.

Hi @icopress, I joined and published my review last week Tuesday. I pointed out the validation error I encountered while signing up. Hopefully, they can fix this issue not just for my location but also for others who might experience the same problem. This way users won't be confused if they see that their location is not on the list of restricted countries. Such issues can leave a negative impression on new users especially those unaware of it. So far though I like the interface new it's intuitive and easy to navigate.

Totally agree. I think that all of us who are in their signature campaign will make an effort to write a real review. The last thing I would do is to use AI to write some vague review just to write it. After all, icopress is a reputable campaign manager and I would never do anything to make him kick me out

They actually run their first review campaign, before that they have never run any review campaign. If there is another marketing attempt in Bitcoin forum, it's their Signature Campaign.

MonkeyTilt actually have their active developments for the platform, and the user interface you saw and reviewed, is their new one. They upgraded their landing page and others several weeks ago, and this Review Campaign is part of their advertisement and initiative to listen to community assessement and proposal for improvement.

What I like there is the sports bet though since they have it all there. Just put some bets as well while making the review and I hope mine's also beneficial towards the development of the team.

With their active marketing, I wish that they will host other things like Free bet tournament, price prediction contest, or match prediction for forum community.

Although I am not in the MonkeyTilt campaign, today I have done a lot of research on this platform and created an account here and wrote a review. But overall, I liked everything about this platform. I spoke to the support team on the platform on live chat and they are ready to solve the problem immediately. When I created an account, I saw that there was no problem on their platform and the account was created very easily.

I don't gamble much, I only gamble occasionally for fun, only participate in sports betting, which is why I couldn't review the platform by placing a direct bet. Still, I hope to prepare myself to place bet here.

When I encounter such errors the first thing that comes to mind is geographic restrictions. The game might not be accessible in the region due to licensing or regulatory limitations. For example there are cases where registration issues arise even if your country is outside the jurisdiction it could still be a system problem.

You can contact support to confirm whether it’s a regional restriction or something related to your account.

I have never heard of that organization. I have even Googled it but couldn't find any information about such an organization. I also tried finding a location abbreviated "CAO", but I could find nothing. I guess only the support team can explain what that means. From the error text, it looks like it is a geographical restriction, but confirming it from the official source is always better.

Even if it's a geographical restriction, it's probably from the game provider and not the platform itself, I believe.

This is too vague for an organization name, there must be exact name for this only if monkeytilt can provide. I can't also see relevant meaning in google upon searching, i even tried chatgpt but it doesn't have an exact idea about this related to casino/gambling.

Those who are facing this issue when trying to play slots on MonkeyTilt:



This is, most probably, a geographical error, and I will tell you why. I was trying to play some slots just now. I tried multiple games but kept seeing the error again and again, I even tried contacting the support to get some help with it, but then I realized that I had my VPN on. As soon as I turned it off, the games started working.

I'm not sure how many regions are affected by this, but my VPN was set to the Netherlands, and I was getting this error, which means that the Netherlands is either blacklisted or something; I don't know; only a representative can provide more insight on this.

Edit: Wait, I think I was wrong. It seems like games from some providers are giving that error even when I have the VPN off, which implies that it isn't a geographical thing. I tried games from Pragmatic Play, Play'N Go, and some other providers that aren't loading, but I tried slots from Hacksaw, and they are loading successfully.

@MonkeyTilt, can you please check into this and tell us what's wrong?
