right now even to expect for the price of bitcoins to go down below 900$ is just a waste of time. bitcoin price is going rapidly and it will touch the  mark of 1500$ in no time. it is better for the people who are holding the bitcoins.

I don't think it's a waste of time though, the price is great but we have seen many times how the price move so I would say it's till possible since we are still close with that value. However, if one will think to see a price like what is mentioned in the OP, that will take time and if only bad things will happen in bitcoin's economy.

That price is easy for bitcoin to reach since it is starting to gain momentum again and it can attract a lot of people to buy even more bitcoin when the price is starting to pump up.

Yes that is right when a lot of bad things happen then it will easily affect the price of bitcoin and the $100 dump price is very possible because there is a lot of bitcoin holders that make panic selling worse.

Its possible but not likely this  time. Maybe if there's another rumour going around that will shake the bitcoin ecosystem again to hit $900. The only major event that will shake the market is the BU hard fork, but it looks like this issue has been taken a back seat and maybe totally forgotten for now. That's why the price is rising up this past couple of days. But again, $100, I highly doubt bitcoin will touch this price anytime soon.

No we are not. It will be remain a dream for ever.  I don't think it will go below 300/400$. You can start buying now and might get a good amount in the near future selling it. I am also on it

If everyone is waiting for $100/BTC to buy, some of us will front-run the crash and hence BTC will only touch $125 at best.

On the other hand, I'd be more than happy to be wrong about this, because I'm waiting for $100/BTC too 

When the price comes to $100/BTC, I think some ppl are panic and will be afraid the price will go down further. They will say they are waiting for $50/BTC.

Your expectation to get it down to 100$ it will only be a dreams for you, because most of it are not true happen. Thinking of it it just a waste of time, it will only be happen if no one will use bitcoin and embrace it in the entire planet. It will only reduce the value but not crashing it down so hard.

Because if that happens bitcoin price is very fall and many people consider bitcoin die. But for traders will be the moment to buy bitcoin. And yes, I agree with you, bitcoin price will not fall to $ 100 because bitcoin is now thriving and price continues to rise. So I do not think bitcoin price will fall to $ 100, if one day bitcoin price fall I am sure it will not be less than $ 600.

Even if the bitcoin is already dead and it keeps dumping up to $100, i will still buy a lot of bitcoins and keep it for about a few years because who knows that it might be a wrong news or announcement and they just trying to make the bag holders sell. So if i am a true believer i will still buy those dumps and keep buying and buying until the price touches up to $1,000.

Agree,seeing on the current price point we are almost again to reach up again 1200 which means dropping to the lowest pricepoint like $100 isnt really realistic to consider as of these days but theres still possibility of certain crash of the price it might be on adoption or users issue but it wont happen now because the adoption is still progressing.

Yeah and that crash that is predicted most likely won't be as low as 100$. Bitcoin now has reached a point that it's users are growing as time passes and even though there will be a crash that I think we're all expecting, it won't change the fact that btc users are much more now than before so 100$ low is a very far possibility

There were, in the past, situations when bitcoin had really dramatic drops, and recovered. But still, the drops happened. We should all be mindful and learn from our mistakes.

from wothless to worthy where 9 years ago nobody care but now everybody want to earn it as much as possible. bitcoin price could dropped down to more than 70% in single night but could gain more than that too , but yes better to wait for the price skyrocketed rather than to see bitcoin price dropped hard.

It's much easier to see a skyrocketing in price than a fall of 70% in price. I don't think bitcoin will fall to 100$, it's a very dramatically down and it would represent the end of the currency, who is waiting for this will wait forever.

Alot of people will start stocking up and when the chain split, nobody knows what will happen. Probably a split in chain, and the one with the weaker support would probably less than $100.  But the one with the bigger support will definitely increase in price.  And the one that got the best support will be the one that will be acknowledged as the real bitcoin.  So I guess it is really impossible to see $100  Bitcoin a piece again.

Yes it would be very profitable if you continue to buy when the price fell to $ 100, I will also do it because I believe bitcoin will continue to grow and prices will return to normal. I think even the price of $ 500 is not going to happen again because when panic selling occurs then the price dropped and there will be many users who use it to buy bitcoin again, and then the price will go up

That won't gonna be happen I think, because look at the price value of bitcoin at the present now its 1198$, do you think it will drop that to the amount you are expecting for? of course not! because many of the other business company are now adopting the system of bitcoin and the demand is also getting higher nowadays dude.
