Im not waiting for that, cause 100$ is the price of bitcoin in early 2013, Then after halving in 2013 bitcoin hits 300$ and start to grow the price of bitcoin
If you are waiting for the price to hit $100 then you are somewhat waiting for nothing because I think that it is not happening anymore. Not even the halving can bring the present price so low again. |

LOL..It already reached to $500 today and we still are wasting our time in thinking that bitcoin will fall back to $100, that is impossible for bitcoin to fall that low now.
yeah agree with you bitcoin is so strong right now. greater than several years ago which has a high fluctuation. but this time is different bitcoin. have more users and more powerful than the previous one. I'm not sure bitcoin can go down to $ 100. |

If you are waiting for the price to hit $100 then you are somewhat waiting for nothing because I think that it is not happening anymore. Not even the halving can bring the present price so low again. The block halving will get the price higher as the hype and speculation are the real price drivers. The only way we can see $100 again is due to a flash crash which will only last a second or two.  |

anybody who is waiting for a price drop they are wasting their time. i think it has been established already that bitcoin price is only going up these days and doesn't show any sign of drop at all.

While some of us want bitcoin to drop to $100, the reality it is highly improbable. It would be like waiting in vain and a lot of buying opportunities would have been missed if that's only price you are willing to buy at. At current price, it is like asking for it to lose about 85% of its value.

I would not suggest that you wait for something like that to happen because you are going to wait forever. The bitcoin price is not going to reach 100 dollar ever again not even the halving can help with that. |

Many people with deep pockets would love to see $100/BTC, but the smart move is to already own a good number, since the bear market could be over.. People who got much money to spend would love the price to be a hundred Dollars per Bitcoin. But it would also be good for the people that do not have that much money to spend in Bitcoin. If you are going to wait for $100 then you are going to wait forever because I am sure that it will not happen again. Even with the halving coming it would not be enough to get the price to $100. it is clearly impossible for us to see the price around $100. even $400 I think this will be waiting a long time, because of the upward trend continues to rise I think for the $400 price is still very possible. see $ 1,000 a few years ago could be $ 200 in a few months? bitcoin prices could go regardless. there will be no one can predict it? for while this may bitcoin is in a period of solid. because the demand is still great. lets see it yes I know $400 it's possible, but I say it's not for now, because the trend will continue to increase until halving occurs. yes, and it will take several months like $1000 to $200 |

Pretty sure BTC wouldn't go back to 100$ each. The price is slowly increasing. There might be some downward spikes in the past but nowadays, bitcoin's price is more likely to have upward spikes not downwards.

Yes, i'm waiting for that price. But i think it's never happened again, because the price of bitcoin keep increase for now. Maybe the bitcoin's price back when halving is done.

I will wait patiently for the price to happen but with the rate that is happening now with bitcoins it is almost impossible for us to see that kind of price again, I have already move on but if It will happen I will buy more.

The idea of being able to buy at $100 does sound cool but you have to keep in mind that something would have had to go seriously wrong somewhere for Bitcoin to drop that low. It may or may not be a good idea depending on what caused the price to drop in the first place. |

If bitcoin ever falls to $100, I'll be selling my house and buying all the bitcoins that I can. You're totally right. I think most people would agree with me. It's always good to get out of the fiat currencies as soon as you can and move into an asset that you can actually trust in. And bitcoin is that asset for me. |

totally agree with you prices will not return to that price Because of what ? bitcoin each year will always evolve and grow stronger. bitcoin is different from some year ago and very easy to fluctuate. current users of very large increases and not all users are experiencing intermittent panic selling simultaneously. and prices will not fall too far down dude |

For us $100 prices are not even part of the story anymore since these prices are unrealistically low. But still some people dream about getting to buy at such low prices again as they want to experience how it is to see your coins go up in value significantly. |

There is absolutely no need to dream about such prices as you can better point your focus onto something that is realistically achievable. That's much better than wasting time on something that won't happen within a reasonable amount of years. |

All this thread is good for is to prove that waiting for a 'good price to buy in' is a very dangerous and very stupid thing to do.
Do you have some cash to invest? Just invest it. Waiting will only make it more expensive to buy in.
Sure, the price might drop by $10 or $20 a few days after you buy, but it might also increase by $100 or $200 a few days after you buy.
The explosive swings happen to the upside, so waiting to buy is more likely to cost you more than to gain you more.

yeah I agree with people just waste time to wait for the price to fall to $100 I'm sure it will not happen. although the price will be subject to manipulation to get off. but it will not go down ito $100. because users has reached 10 million more and will continue to grow so prices will begin to rise. and will not go down to $ 100 |
