However.. potatoes over here go between 30 cents a kilo (if you buy them directly from the farmer) up to 2,50 at the supermarkets.

acutaly when emigrating, growing patas on Tenerife could be the thing for me!

here in Hamburg we have these lovely fullmoon-nightowl- peed upon potatoes as well - never gopt to try them tho. prices for the lower potatoe tier seem to be similar here so i can rest in peace knowing i didnt get ripped off at my last potatoe buy.
